I left a little piece of my heart in Studio A. My dance director and I were in a bind, we needed an indoor place to rehearse and being able to rent this place saved us. Not stepping into a dance studio in so long, specially because of COVID, this place was so comfortable and clean. The owner, Bill, is so friendly and professional despite just meeting him he treated us like weve known him for years. My fave is the outdoor resting area, with its plants and water feature, its so cute! A huge plus is the sanitizer and disinfecting products everywhere.

I have rented Studio A for rehearsals and performances and they are AMAZING! Bill the owner is so kind, helpful, and accommodating. He even came to our show! The prices are reasonable and the energy in the space is so positive and affirming. The way the large studio converts into a performance space was perfect for us. I HIGHLY recommend!

Ove the classes its amazing!the golds gym is kinda gross, but once the door is shut, its all ladies and alot of fun!the instructors are fantastic! i love this place so much!

They have an Ashtanga Mysore program in the morning. This is a great place to go for yoga. Noah is a wonderful teacher. I highly it!
