The silver lining to the shelter in place is the opportunity to take classes with some of my favorite instructors thousands of miles away. The staff and instructors have been so welcoming, and there is such a huge variety to choose from, I havent taken a class I didnt like. I highly recommend the VIP monthly membership if its available, it is a great way to get a sampler of what classes you might like and an opportunity to revisit some if you missed. Accessible, welcome, and variety! I love my (online) time with them!

A true gem of a dance studio, featuring classes taught by magnificent belly dancers. Its a great space with lots of mirrors, and both students and teachers are friendly and inviting. Im so happy to have found a new belly dance home here, and in my backyard, no less!

I have stated many times before that Dance Garden LA is built on a positive energy vortex and I stand by my initial statement wholeheartedly... Its literally a wonderful place to grow your dance. So many wonderful teachers to choose from and fellow students are kind, respectful and welcoming. There is no attitude here. Its a really special and unique place. I am honored to be among the teaching staff there.

The best dance studio around for Middle Eastern Dance classes. The teachers are all prominent professional dancers themselves with ton of teaching and performance experience. Dance Garden never stops offering high quality yet friendly service & fun classes by GREAT (cant emphasize enough) teachers since the beginning, for 10 years! If you want to learn how to belly dance this is the best place in Southern California to learn. Legendary belly dance teachers and performers teach and study at this studio. They have classes for all levels and styles of belly dance. They also offer other world dances such as Samba and Bollywood. They host fantastic workshops with guest teachers from all over the world and host fun family friendly events. This is a one stop shop. Speaking of shop they also have a small store area where you can buy costumes, dance props, and vintage clothing! I cant express enough how much I love this studio. It is a great, safe, and welcoming space to dance.

I love DanceGardenLA, its my favorite dance studio in LA! The teachers are all amazing, and the classes they offer are fabulous! Every time I take a class here, I feel like I learn so much and my dancing style, quality and moves grow. I highly recommend DanceGardenLA. I have been taking classes at Dance Garden LA for several years. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. A variety of classes are held weekly, with some of the best teachers in the area. As well as the regular schedule, DGLA has hosted a wide variety of workshops with both American and International dancers. The location is good, with lots of space and parking. If you havent checked it out, its worth your time.

DanceGardenLA is my home away from home. So many incredible teachers (many of them Bellydance legends). So many amazing classes and workshops have kept me coming to Dance Garden several times a week for the past 4 years. I LOVE Dance Garden LA! It has been my haven for bellydance and bollywood. The best workout for my post pregnancy belly. I was introduced back in 2015 when I was pregnant by my friend Susan who taught Tribal belly dance which was my first experience with that style. I have been a dancer of all styles especially bellydance for over 20 years and I feel at home at DGLA. The owner, teachers and ambiance are so beautiful and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to everyone & all levels. Now I am part of a team that I feel confident and I see the results. The training with Devilla and Smitta have been my favorite on Saturday mornings.
