Great location, right in the heart of Melrose area. Fits the vibes and Is a great sized dance location. Definitely have to come and dance at.

We were in town from North Carolina for the week. My daughter did a drop in hip hop class and she loved it! I thought the price was very reasonable and the instructor was definitely well qualified.

The place is incorporated with many different features into the play space, from a wall of light switches to a padded area for toddlers who are learning to walk, and to the room for imaginative play. The registration and membership options are flexible, allowing parents and caregivers with busy schedules the freedom to come as often and regularly as they would like. Weekly classes and a party room is also available. Great accommodation!

I came to this studio with a friend because she wanted to try doing a heels class even though we both don’t know how to move in heels like a real pro. All I have to say is i loved it! Marissa made us feel so welcomed the atmosphere was great everyone was great. We did not feel that negative vibe of being looked at for being beginners which made the experience even better and memorable!

Hands down the best workout. Trade your bikes, boards and running shoes for a Zumba class .

Always a great experience taking dance class, never fails to kick my butt learning choreography and having fun!

Lots of people go so depending on the class the room may be packed and you have little space to dance at some points or you can have lots of space. The class I go to is usually always sold out so I have to find good spacious spots. But other than that its great!

This was the best experience of my life!! The instructor was really good, and so was the choreography. Everyone was so nice there, and it was really easy to check in. The best part was that they had a drummer, who was amazing!! I will definitely be coming back for more classes!!

If dance is your thing then this is your place. I like that they place a limit on the class. Not overcrowded like many other dance studios in the greater LA area. Great location to grab a meal before and/or after a dance session. Very affordable!

I have been here a few times. Ive taken a class with Kenny (beg/int) and would say it was more on the intermediate side however he reads his classes well and adapted with us. Ive also taken classes from Shane (beg/int) and his were more on the beginner dude but it lets you focus more on free stilling which I liked. Everyone is super friendly and encouraging too which is the best part about it 😁

Wow! What a discovery. I came upon this venue by chance early evening and was riveted on the stop for an hour!Its a place all ages go to dance with an choreographer. Participants learn a new routine together and then some are chosen to perform and are filmed.I met a mother waiting for her 16-year-old daughter who she home schools. Her daughter is already a professional who loves to dance here. I met her daughter after her session. She was sparkling! She raved about this fantastic social dance venue.Its a perfect place to learn new routines, explore dance and experiment without any shame connected to age or size or colour or ethinical background. Every one was welcome, every one did it their way, mums, dads, daughters, sons, brothers, sisters, friends. Theres all sorts dressed any way and it was so exciting to watch.What a fantastic place to keep every one healthy, happy and focused on such an inspiring and energerzing activity that builds skills, stamina and social acceptance and tolerance.Yes, you have to book yourself into a class. Five a day, I was told. I would love to dance there when I build up my courage. Its fast- paced and you face the mirror and follow a routine. Its jam-packed and buzzing and thrilling to observe. One day, who knows you might see me there...

This is a good place to learn dance, and I certainly learned a lot from practicing choreography, but I have two criticisms:1. The place is very loud. Surely the drums could be muffled and the music could be quieter. For how much echo there is at this place, both of these things should be lowered in volume. I want to preserve my hearing ability.2. There were too many people packed into my BEG/INT HIP HOP class. I didnt feel like I could fully practice the choreography because I was so close to others. There could realistically be 5 or 6 fewer people in the room and I think there would be appropriate space for everyone.Honestly I think these are two easy fixes to make a much better learning experience.

The choreographer was great I wish there was more space but other than that great experience.

I absolutely love the energy and vibes of the classes. The instructors are all amazing and has an amazing way of keeping the energy in high during each session. I look forward for my class🖤💃🏽🖤

Took an intro hip hop class here with some friends, and left it all on the floor. The teacher showed us a combination over the course of an hour or so, and then we broke into groups to do it in front of the mirror. Anyone who has taken dance classes before will be familiar with the high level process here, but even newbies can have fun perfecting a few moves! Be prepared to get showed up by so many tween girls, cuz these kids bring it. Space was a bit cramped, but that also means you have a good sized audience. I would give another class a shot!

It’s ok. The studio was packed. Could barely see the instructor. There’s definitely a majority that aren’t beginner in the class and it feels like we’re impeding on their greatness lol. I don’t think the instructors should bring friends to their beginner classes. Or maybe make class capacity lower.

Enjoyed dancing. Clean place and good music choice. Instructor was pretty good and cooo. Make sure you dance next to someone who is cool cuz sometimes you get to be next to an annoying person who might ruin the whole thing for you.

Good for a drop in with friends. Go for one event or buy a pass for 4 or more events.

Energy in here is real! absolutely loved every single moment of this experience. Shane was an awesome choreographer!

My niece took a one time class here and really enjoyed it, they were very welcoming to newcomers

One of the best places to learn dance at, definitely has some great teachers that come in to teach .

Classes are packed to capacity. Small intimate studio is not capable of acconodating the huge influx of people. They need to add more classes if they are so busy. Their AC cannot handle running the studio at capacity either.

Kennis Marquiss dance class is a great workout!

A former lens place for young people to learn to dance different genres of music very professional in their classes and easy to grab online

Facing Melrose Place,Tourists also came to see. There are many good teachers.However, as soon as the lesson is over, the Melrose Place is scary at night, so please call Uber as soon as possible.

The dance hall seen on YouTube. I didnt think she was so small. It can however accommodate a good 50taine dancer. The only downside: there is no reception area or cloakroom and it opens directly onto the street. The staff are accommodating (invoice, personal account) I took a class with Nicole Kirkland I loved it!
