Nice open space. Several exhibits to see. Parking and building is enclosed within high walls so kinda feels like youre somewhere else and not within heart of LA. Good services. I give 1 less star because telephone service was horrible. Each time someone would give me a direct line but it all funnels to automated line.

I would give the people that work in this location negative stars if I could. They need to be sued! This AAA location is the worst. Someone who is a AAA insurance member was involved in a car accident with another person who was driving my car. AAA called my insurance (Geico) to file the case on the persons behalf, my insurance concluded that both parties were at fault in less than a week, and dealt with the issue. When it came to AAAs turn, they kept on saying that they tried contacting my insurance (Geico), but no one got back to them. I spoke to Geico, they said they contacted them (Julian, AAA person in charge of my case) and left them 2 voicemails a-week apart. I had to call this AAA location multiple times to speak to Julian, who never answers the phone. I also left the manager of the location a voicemail, the manager took Julians side, and said Geico never contacted them. Eventually Julian Called me back while I was working, and left a voicemail stating that the voicemail Geico left them regarding what the person who was driving my car during the accident said, which is, both parties were at fault was not good enough. Mind you, the AAA member who was the other party involved in the accident said to AAA, the same thing my driver said to Geico, that both parties were at fault, which is why Geico was able to finish their part of the claim. The people working at this AAA location (Julian and the manager of the location) said, Geicos statement was not good enough and they need to speak to the person driving my car directly. I spoke to Geico and they said that they never had such a demand from AAA concerning accidents where both parties were at fault before. Geico also told me that they later informed AAA to speak to them directly and get information instead of speaking to me. For some reason, Julian decided to ignore Geicos request, called me a second time, spoke to me on the phone, and demanded that I tell the person driving my car during the accident to speak to them directly. Well, I gave that person Jillians number because Julian is in charge of the case, the person called and, as usual, Julian did not pick up. The person informed me that they called again and left a voicemail on Julians number explaining the details of the accident to them, and I still have not heard back from AAA. My guess, Julian is too lazy to check voicemails. Also, Whenever I called them in the past, either Julian or the manager during their non-off days office hours, they never picked up. I even called a AAA number to complain about this location, and I was told that according to their system, my case is marked as both parties are at fault, the system said Geico told them to not contact me, and that the case investigation has been concluded. However, I never heard anything about what will happen next concerning payment for damages to my car from AAA. Additionally, Geico told me today that Julian said, the case is not resolved because they did not hear from my driver, who called Julian twice and left a voicemail explaining the detail of the accident.Today, I received two mails from AAA and Julian that they have an open case concerning the accident, and I need to contact them to open a claim. As you know, the claim has already been filed. I am just waiting for them to check their voicemails, close the case, and send me the payments for damages to my car as they should have. I do not understand why they had to waste paper that poor trees had to give their lives for to send me useless mails; at least I can recycle the papers; this claim issue has been going for over a month.Comments about the workers doing nothing is true! Any comment that is positive about this locations are LIES! I think they created fake accounts or had their friends and families boost their ratings. I will not stop the fight until they do their job. I will continue to report them to all the higher ups I can, and I will even sue them if it comes to it. I am not afraid of a fight for they are wrong and I am right.

I went to pay my brothers bill yesterday and they charge interest on monthly payments for car insurance so I was disappointed tho my brother was aware or it, he is in a Nursing home and suffering with Parkinsons and nearly can drive his car, they should be more considered of the elderly sick with this uncurable disease. WOW SAD.😢😥😰😓😭

Not necessarily this location is horrible, but the actual AAA service (or lack there of) is what irritates me. It used to be great, tows would take 20 minutes. Then all of a sudden it was a minimum 1-2 hour wait ! Once it took 5 hours !!!! 5 hours ! And then it became that there was no tow ticket on file. Wth ! They give me ETA, I call the service provider they told me and then they tell me AAA never sent them in any request !! Their service is a joke.

Thats is my very favorite place to do all what concerns to my little Chevy Tracker! from license plate, registration, insurance, travel issues and elses! I loved! the location its great the building its so Historical, they do a great to keep it in excellent conditions! Security guards, always can find place to park in their own parking lot! What else we can ask?!!

If youre a member you can do DMV services at this location. Worth the membership. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Cannot say enoughWas here to do my DMV registration, the first time the (male)staff made huge mistake and because of his mistake had to visit the place for the second time,The second time I was helped with female (African American) I wish I remember her name she went above and beyond to fix the mistake that her coworker did, she was great and facilitated the process.I cannot ask for more and as soon as I found her name will revise this post. She was great and so helpfulTnx

I went to do my smog and registration and I was in and out. The staff is always polite and courteous here at this location. The smog was fast and I passed the guy was very nice.

Even though we have closer offices to us we love coming here because of the beautiful historic building and easy parking. Crew is polite and efficient

I specifically told them to charge my card only one time dont do it next year..They charged me again the following year....I changed cards they couldnt get a simple request right.Also they kept wanting me to sign up for their insurance..I told them no .they kept trying to push it on me.

First time going to this office, was a very good experience. Due to Covid, a customer rep greets and prescreens you outside. The wait was not too long. I was only there to renew my registration. Another customer rep took my documents and payment and returned within minutes with my registration tags and change. And I was on my way.

Ever heard the term, false advertising? AAA=HIPE! Theres NO gift for a quote! Theyre OUT! Theyre always out. Ads, save you $ over other companies?...they dont...PURE HIPE! No integrity left!Agent said, We hate it when that say that...we cant match the quotes in reality.Absolutely beautiful world class physical location...(what a waste.)Admitting they still red-line addresses, he said, even though its illegal...everybody does it...gave me the willies.Im a great test case. Widowed...female...right address...low mileage...right auto...no tickets or accidents EVER...the quote??? Not $4__ as posted, but a big whopping savings of...(drum roll) wanta quess how much I save over State Farm?? $62.00!!! And, if you want to say you drive less...I can save you more. You mean lie, I asked? Well, if you want to save some money...I suggested he look for another job where he doesnt have to lie...or tempt others to sell his product.So sad to see another great American company bite the dust. No integrity!They were a fabulous company when they were non-profit. Still made money...but not as much...greed set in. Now, seems like they will do and say anything for money...just not mine!

Come prepared, bc get this.... they only accept CASH, CHECK or CREDIT. They will NOT accept DEBIT. Idk if this is the case for all locations, but it is for this one. Oh and the nearest ATM is a BofA bank half block to the right, or 711 1 block left and across the street...which is what i had to use bc the bank had a line for using the ATM that ran the length of the building twice! I wish i was joking. Was a bit off putting to say the least.

My recent experience was one of the best that I have had in dealing with AAA. I give the 5 star rating to Melissa Martinez, not because she shares my last name but because she worked on making sure that all of my insurance and vehicle needs were met. She made sure that I understood the process and wad very Professional. She also notarized a document for me.

Really nice and historic looking building with a really cool looking tree outside.We needed something Notarized and so we went here. We were seen within 10 minutes and the customer service was amazing. The lady helping us was so sweet and offered me a tissue because I had the sniffles.Very neat clean and comfortable

Better than CA DMV, and for member the dmv services are free. And yes, this location is Covid 19 compliant.

This is a really big AAA office. Due to the current COVID 19 situation, there was a long line waiting outside and they only let a limited amount of people in at one time. Theyre open for DMV services, membership and insurance payments. There is off street parking. The employees are helpful and friendly.

Getting your tag here is a Wonder. Going to DMV is a horror and so coming to this beautiful place to get your tags makes all the difference in the world. Unfortunately the services at AAA gives you for roadside assistance are cheaper when you get it through your car insurance and they dont seem to understand that you no longer want their services. I am inundated by cards and mailers from AAA asking me to come back. I have a better deal with my insurance company and I have a lot more influence with my insurance company.
