My first day the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and organize. They wasted no time they got down to the point, I did my paperwork it didnt take all day they were very professional!!

A lot of Truck & Bus driving schools have a cold corporate vibe to them. GSF Trucking, however, has a personal feel. The staff and instructors are really there for you. And they want to see you achieve. Juan and Marlon are excellent instructors. Old school in Juan. New school style in Marlon. A great blend.And the office, from Rosa to Courtney will go the extra mile to resolve any concerns you have pertaining your schedule, etc.Bottom line, if you are serious about obtaining your class A or B license, and you are diligent to commitment then they would teach what you need in order to pass. OUTSTANDING!! I highly recommend GSF Trucking for anyone looking to get their class a. This is coming from myself, a person who had absolutely no knowledge of being a truck driver. They taught me how to correct all my mistakes while doing my straight backing, offset, parallel and docking. I didnt know how to drive a manual transmission, let alone double clutching, but the instructors at GSF helped me grind it out and correct all my mistakes while I was out on the road training. Its best to make all your mistakes at school, and recognizing your mistakes so youll know where to correct them at the DMV. Three weeks after I got my permit, and 30 hours on the program, Im excited to say I am officially a CDL class A graduate from GSF. Courtney who answered all my questions from day one. Carlos who is responsible for guiding me into the right direction to obtain my permit. Sergio, Juan, Frank and another instructor which by the way, I forgot his name, gave me the last bit of advice I needed to pass my skills test at the DMV on 3/20/2019. Every instructor was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and had the upmost patience with me to guide me from day one up until the date of my exam to pass my test on my 1st try!!And to Angelina, who was the instructor at the DMV, gave me all the tips and advice I needed to help me compose myself and focus during my exam. She is so nice and your biggest fan cheering you on while youre performing your test.1 on 1 training, money well invested into this school for a better future and career for myself and my family. My experience at GSF was FANTASTIC!! I had all of my classes in the evening, so I can only speak for the evening instructors. They were all very very helpful!! I really appreciate the one-on-one help. If you don’t know how to drive a stick shift truck, I highly recommend getting the 30hour package. The office staff are all so helpful and cool. So much great information and wonderful instructors!! My instructor majority of the time was Christian. That dude is amazingly helpful!! Five star experience for sure.

I had a great experience here. Everyone from Carlos at the front desk to Edna(the boss) and all the instructors (Alfonso, Walter and Jeffery) in the yard were helpful with every question i had. Always make sure to squeeze as much knowledge out of them and dont be afraid to pick their brains for as much info as needed.Whats a review without some recommend tips?Only thing I recommend is lightning. The lighting at the yard wasnt all that good, but in reality there will always be some dark places where you will have to park your rig. So remember your training. Thanks again guys!

The staff at GSF were really knowledgeable, they teach you on a 1 on 1 basis. This was really great as I was new to the air break system. If you are looking to obtain your Class A license, I highly recommend GSF trucking school. I quit my last job to work in the trucking industry but didn’t have a clue how to get my license or how to pass my exam. GSF really is a great school to attend because they have one on one training, you have a great teachers that answer any questions you have, especially if you don’t know anything like I did about this trucking stuff. Glad to say that I passed my exam and now I’m working a good job in trucking.

I cant recommend this place enough. As a neophyte in regards to driving a manual transmission, they were able to train me all the way to my A Class. Shout outs to Juan and Sergio for being as patient as humans could possibly be!

Be aware people. This is not a school, its a scam and deceptive company that steals money on broad day light. They will give you some papers to study but those papers are already available on DMV website and booklets. You can also find some free apps that helps you get the permit very fast. You can use many free available resources and get your permit. After you get your permit, pay only for behind the wheel training. Also Pls. Make sure you take pictures and record every papers your signing. They will purposely scam you out. They will prolong the process for you to get the permit because thats how thy calculate the tuition. they will milk cow your money to the last dime. They have taken $1700 my hard earned money without enough justfication. I went there with my own permit and paid them upfront $3000 for 20 hrs behind the wheel training. Even though I went there with my permit, they still want me to spend hours studying for permit. I told them I already have a permit. they said that they dont care and the tuition is the same. Also, Another issue was, the trainer they assigned me with speaks only spanish, but he doesnt speak english so I didnt understand him. they told me if I need english speaking trainer, I need to move my schedual to evening course which it doesnt work for me. I have only been there for 2 hrs of training course and They told me that I need to add more hours and pay more money because Im not learning fast. It was hard for me to continue so I asked them to cancel the contract. They said they will only reimburse my money $1300. They said I havent canceld it within 48 hours which I did. I have obtained my CDL now with first try in fontana advanced training school. Im very happy with how thy have treated me. GSF is scam company works mainly for spanish speakers. Im taking GSF and its criminals to court to battle it out. I have cancelled the contract on time. I will subsantiate that in court. Its laughable and quite pathetic that that nasty owner have to fabricate a lie that I have insulted staff. I never never never had any issue with the staff or management. Your pathetic liar. I dont know how you sleep at night with your lying mouth.

This is a great school I was able to get my trucking license or my class a license in less than two months. All the instructors are very nice and they all took the time to teach me all the proper procedures when driving the truck. Very good school. The only local school I could find that offers Class B training. The staff in the office are very nice and encouraging. The instructors are very cool. My 2 favorite instructors are Elmer and Jeffrey. I actually finished the course earlier than expected and got my Class B license about a week ahead of schedule.

I highly recommend this school. I knew nothing about truck driving and they helped every step of the way! It was my first and only school and I’m glad I chose GSF! All the instructors really care about you passing and they give so many helpful tips. Elmer was patient and had the great idea of recording me so I would remember the inspection. Jeffrey gave me a lot of helpful tips and urged me to study extra hard and I would pass which I did!! Christian gave great instructions as well. The office staff helped me get all the paper work in order, Carlos and Cindy made sure all my appointment were in order and didn’t miss a date. Of course Edna introduced me and reassured me from the get go that I will succeed and instead of getting a class B license she said “get a class A instead!” Sure enough I got it. Thank you gsf for making it a smooth process I will recommended to everyone I know!!!

This place is a scam i went to better my self on a grant from the state in which they the state paid for it for 5 grand 4800 to be exact and gsf only gave me 30 hours behind the wheel being new and not knowing that isnt enough for a new student what they soldme/the state that course is a refresher course to those that have had their class A PRIOR to taking this class so the chances of passing are slim to none i did my Diligence to pass the written passed all of tests none missed all in the first try and studied but where i failed is the behind the wheel 3x and after that the school trys to sell you 10hours more and 1 more try to the dmv...gsf is taking advantage of the states money and the poor who are trying to better them selves mind you the only way to qualify is to be low income the school is in the heart of the ghetto south central los angeles california...the dmv recommends atleast 80 hours behind the wheel...each time i went to test with 3 others for the behind the wheel everybody failed in a day so total 12 fails

Gsf is amazing. I came to this school because I had issues with another school I was not learning anything at all. Tania in the office did everything in her power to make everything accommodating, I even changed up my schedule on her and she fixed it on the fly. Also Alfonso my instructor was awesome he made sure I knew my pretrip the right way and told me everytime I was making a mistake. Overall the school really wants you to pass and they do everything to make that possible and its great. Thank you gsf because of you guys I have my class A :). Highly recommend this school.

Awesome school! I was shopping around for a school in March but never good a good vibe from most of the schools I was looking at. When I called GSF to get more info they were very detailed about the process and how they operate. Yes, they were more expensive than the other schools I was looking at but honestly, you cant beat that One on One training. The other schools were group training and just a few hundred dollars cheaper. Anyhoot, my training started on May 14th and I received my drivers license on June 1...YES THAT QUICK!!! The team they have over there really kick ass. Thanks GSF!!
