Its was pretty smooth and hassle free. The course was nicely laid out and the instructions were pretty clear. There are a total of 5 chapters with 2 or 3 sections each. After finishing each chapter, there is a test which helps you review the content which you just read.The website itself is well made and to-the-point. In all I had a very nice experience and would totally recommend it to everyone.

Super straight forward interface. Being required to do this course sucks but this school is pretty painless. You dont have to watch videos that you cant fast forward through and youre able to skip around and go back. The final is open book and it wasnt hard. If you leave a review then they expedite your certificate. Boom!

I had to edit my review. The time limits were frustrating because the course couldve been completed a lot sooner but it was mandatory and I understand that. The course was straight to the point and very informative and did all that was expected. Definitely thought I would recommend until I got the email telling me that to actually obtain my certificate, I had to have a affidavit notarized at of course an addition cost. I liked the ease but they shouldve been upfront about that and not only tell you this once youve completed the course.

Never taken traffic school before so dont have anything to compare it to, but generally very easy to understand. Most questions were easy with simple common sense. Skimmed a lot of it and passed easily--paying attention to number figures. Im not the fastest reader/test taker and got it done in around 2 hours.

The course was simple and the questions were understandable, I used the video and read along so as to get the most out of it. Passing should be possible for anyone. Only thing is that I took 2 stars away because once I completed the payment the next step was the type of delivery for the certificate. They have it set up as free for USPS, however the program required you enter the amount in $0.00 format and the ability to do that was NOT available so you had to choose to pay the $9.95 upgrade for the email option to get done with it all. The program forces you to pay for the upgrade, that was a total rip off. Ten bucks that did not need to be spent, and it is dishonest as well. 2 stars for the ripoff. I tried all the options I could think of so as to not do the upgrade.

(I added on the option to have them confirm with the courthouse that the courthouse had received my certificate, but even then I only paid $17). I cannot remember a customer service experience as good as this in any context. I had a couple of issues; there is a live chat link and they answer right away. When I was done I asked if everything was complete and the gal said my ticket was missing the L.E.A. number. I had long lost the ticket info. While on chat hold she linked into the annoying traffic website and located my ticket in a minute with the correct code. 5-Stars.

Had to complete traffic school within 8 days to avoid a point in my record. I registered and paid online fast and took the final exam in one sitting. The chapters were fun because I didnt have to drive somewhere to sit in a classroom. Too inconvenient when one needs to commute for work. Great way to avoid points and higher insurance costs. Everyone makes mistakes. Unfortunately in California a single mistake cost me over 600$ for running a red light 1 second late. This site eased the pain as most of the courses are very straight forward. I finished the course in less than half an hour and passed on the first try. Pay for your traffic school, it will cost you less within 3-4 months. The higher rates on your insurance will be significantly higher then paying for the administrative fees and 6$ traffic school.

This course was not difficult however it was in depth enough to be taken seriously. Registering was easy as well as payment options. Before I paid for anything I was able to look them up on the DMV website to see that they were accredited. I recommend that unless you really struggle with DMV related tests (like your written exam or behind the wheel) that you do not need to pay any extra money for unlimited tests. Worst defensive driving ever they charged me for my driving record but didn’t want it because I already had it. The First Lady that talked to me laughed at me when I tried to explain what was going on. There are better ones out there I do them if I was you.

I would use this school again, and would recommend it to a friend. I was a bit annoyed, however, when in the process of signing up, I was given two extra cost options, despite them claiming there were no hidden fees. True, the were no mandatory fees, but email notifications (to me) regarding them notifying the court and the court reading them were extra cost options.In addition, there were a few typos and misspellings in the text. One example was the word break was sometimes used where brake was appropriate. Make no mistake, the few typos and misspellings in no way affected the effectiveness of the school. In fact they kind of broke the monotony.Again, if I ever need another traffic school, or am asked for a recommendation, I would use this one.
