My son is 12 and had been wanting to begin martial arts for sometime. I found Freedom Karate and have been amazed in how much he enjoys going to class. From day one, Mr. Parth has been phenomenal in his patience and instruction. His attention to teaching technique and explaining the history of the art is like no other. If you are looking for a school that is small and will really teach you, or your child the fundamentals of karate, I would give the highest recommendation to Freedom Martial Arts. You will not be disappointed.

Mr. Parth is an excellent instructor he breaks down the material so anyone can understand. I have come to love karate thanks to his teaching! The other instructors who help him on a weekly bases are fun and always encouraging. They will gladly lend you a hand when needed. The online platform is easy to use and the visual and sound components are very good. The space is always clean, and temperatures are taken before every outdoor class. You will absolutely have fun and learn something new every class!

Mr. Parth and his studio have been a godsend to our family during these Covid days. We are pretty new to the area and wanted to have a way for the kids to get exercise and have fun, while remaining safe. My six year old loved it from the start and to my unexpected delight, its been a great boost of confidence and coordination for my nine year with mild cerebral palsy. Mr. Parth takes great care to accommodate and communicate with each family and we feel lucky to have found this studio!

I met Adam awhile ago thru my daughter, looking for a photographer for her Sr. College pictures. She attended his class at CSULA for all 4years she attended there. Adam has great passion for teaching young people and adults self defense. He opened his studio he is so proud of it and to get young folks in there is his passion.. Karate is not just a physical thing it so much more. Its physical, mental, self control, discipline, compassion, hard work, and more. Adam takes the time with each student works with them, corrects, teaches them the meaning of each move and the whys of the moves. The students work hard to achieve different levels, not an easy task but the young folks love it, love him. He is proud of his studio the young folks love going to the studio, their home away from home. Their safety place to release whatever inside or just to sit chat with other student or Adam.He cares, he has passion, heart for his students. I know this first hand. Being a parent of a daughter that had no self confidence, no self esteem, didnt know how to speak up for herself or defend herself. Now she has all of that and so much more. What I love most about Adam and Freedom, is seeing my daughter happy. Seeing my daughter work so hard, and love it what she is doing at the sametime. He has given her so much and than some. Seeing her respond and learn, achieve different levels, am proud. She is so confident in her own skin. I would recommend Freedom to anyone, no matter what age. You wont be disappointed.

Ive been a student of Mr. Parth 4 YEARS going on 5YEARS. I started with him at CSULA not knowing what I was getting myself into. Over the years I have learned so much not just about self defense, and Karate but about myself as well. This has given me so much self confidence in myself, its given me strength not just physically but mentally as well. Tang Soo Do is an art that allows you to focus on yourself and learn different techniques. Mr. Parth has amazing passion to teach. He explains it to were you understand. Ive learned what hard work is mentally and physically, He challenges you for sure. He has also introduced us to different styles of Martial Arts thru workshops which i think is pretty cool.. I enjoy going to Freedom studio to workout, to get better at Martial Arts, too better myself, its my place to learn, unwind, get good advice from Mr. Parth. I would tell anyone to join Freedom, doesnt matter how old you are.
