Great place to get the kids started off with some self defense and many more.
My children have been going here since they were 5. The classes are well structured and age appropriate. Coming from a martial arts background myself from my younger days, I can really see the improvement of my sons over the last few year. I highly recommend.
Very nice people ,, but they are not serious ,,I went for a class and other students sat and talked like it was a social gathering.The main guy because I refuse to call him a master ,,was more worried about selling me gear than teaching.. He should close down shop ,,,hes not serious ,,circus show,,,nice people,,but a lot of closing around
Highly recommended. Great with kids, truly cares about people and learning the arts.
