The Model Experience has been a great catalyst for building my career. My initial experience with them was when they booked me with Beauty Blender in early 2021, and I have worked closely with them ever since. Working with their team, I have already grown leaps and bounds as a model within the span of less than half of a year.I am so so grateful to be a part of this model family and hope to be able to share my experiences with more models and aspiring models.

I have followed The Model Experience for a year and I can say when our Brand, Pentard Couture finally made the decision to participate, it was all I thought it would be from the photos on IG.I am very happy and this was one on the best shows we have participated in. Very organized and thank you for taking care of our VIP Clients giving them the Star treatment they are used to. They were soo pleased with every aspect of the show. I had an amazing experience at the model experience!! This experience is a great learning tool for upcoming models not only to gain experience, but to also learn numerous tools and make so many connections to better you in your future of modeling. The Model Experience is no more than just an experience. It’s not an environment to make connections to further your dream model career. In fact, photographers sign a contract that disable them from connecting with the models outside of this company. This is restrictive for those models who impressed photographers (i.e. me). The photographer has to wait a few years before they are allowed to work with the model they believe in, to not breach the contract. As the audience are only family and friends who paid to see the models, I found this experience a complete waste.I also noticed it isn’t selective, which may seem like a good quality, as that allows people from all different walks of life to enjoy a brief experience of the spotlight. Still, the price can get outrageous when you find yourself having to pay for tickets that you couldn’t sell. Basically, you or your guests are paying for you to experience a hands-on 3-day masterclass. This doesn’t mean they view you as someone with potential in the industry. I personally feel you’re better off getting headshots, practicing how to walk a runway by watching tutorials, and pitching yourself to agencies.If they did have agents in the room looking to scout models or at least if they allowed their photographers freedom , this post would totally be 4 stars. Hec, they can even provide a list of agencies that are in their circle to models they believe have what it takes. 5 stars if they did the former plus if they were more organized instead of having models walk out in clothes that were too small or too big. Also they could make use of a space for people to store their belongings, watched by one of their security guards. My shoes were stolen!!!I was apart of this in Spring 2019, so its possible this company learned from those mistakes, which would be amazing! I post this now because constantly seeing their emails in my inbox about doing this experience again, is ridiculous. If a company has nothing more to offer of value, why are they trying to milk more money out of people who may be desperate? A few celebrity appearances doesn’t make this genuine. It just means you have a connection and you’re banking off of that. TME can do better, if they truly make the effort to show that this isn’t just a paycheck earned by blinding people with dreams.SO in conclusion, dont set your expectations too high. I admit this was a fun experience, simply because it was new and I loved meeting people there but-- I would never have had my loved ones pay for me to just have an experience, nor do I think I got a $400 valued experience out of this.

My name is Josue Flores. I am a photographer and fashion designer, and TME did well to helped me so much. They have amazing models and a very professional team in the every new levels to improve everyday that something is not very easy and totally worth it for you to have an experience of this TME. Ps I am deaf myself and most of all agencies DID never help me at all until TME DID helped me and changed my life to make a more beautiful friends and opened my eyes to jumpstart my career since almost 1 year and 4 months. TME is very friendly service to any POC (person of color). TME is very nice more than any agencies so far. What I see is that TME is one of the powerhouses of the model agency in the new every improvement and make you success! Go for it. Just take a risk and totally worth it for your experience. I am success now because TME really pushed me well to success. :) Do not create a negative. Just do it with your positive attitude because attitude is EVERYTHING to success the only way to approach! Smile It was really incredibly opportunity experience to me! TME did really well everyday in the new opportunity levels. Do not miss out again! Keep motivation no matter what and attitude is everything that people can tell! You have nothing to worry about. Focus on what you needed exactly and then TME will hit your career to success! For models, you cant bring any negativity energy to any model agencies because people will not want to work with your attitude. Life is simple. One of my favorite quotes from Bruce Lee “You must be shapeless, formless, like water. When you pour water in a cup, it becomes the cup. When you pour water in a bottle, it becomes the bottle. When you pour water in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Water can drip and it can crash. Become like water my friend.” Then will be no problem at all. HAVE A FABULOUS DAY! :)

Had the greatest experience ever!!! Was told I made the fashion show and had two photo shoots and a practice on how to walk the runway before the fashion show!! Got to meet Ms.Summers and she broke it down for everyone on how to walk the runway and be confident. Very next day had my photo shoot and it was absolutely amazing! The photographers, make up artist, models, and whole model experience team we’re just so professional and friendly! This whole experience has just been a dream come true and just can’t wait to rip the runway!! If your a mode looking to pursue your dreams then take the opportunity and join the modeling experience you won’t regret it!

Any aspiring models who want to gain experience and get there feet wet, this is the place for you. They offer great opportunities, you can be coached by Americas Next Top Model Contestant Rio Summers. Also the photo shoots they have can help you get comfortable in front of the camera. The runway portion was my favorite, thats when you really get the feel for how it will be on the regular; fittings, hair and makeup then rip the runway. So if your looking into becoming a model please contact them you wont be disappointed.

Great opportunity and experience for aspiring models while also being able to meet and build relations with others as well. You get a taste of the industry through photo shoots, coaching, and runway shows all to help build your portfolio. Rio Summers herself takes part of coaching and does a great job of teaching the necessary elements of modeling. Through her advice and helpful tips you sure do get a dose of the model experience.

I just wanted to take the time to talk about how great this company is. It allows aspiring models an opportunity to learn and practice things like walking a runway and getting comfortable in front of a camera with photoshoots. It is also a great way to network. I participated in not only several fashion shows but many events and this company only wants the best for their models. They work with you to get you all different types of connections. Although, being an aspiring model you cannot just sit back and make them do all of the work. You too have to take all of their help and allow it to further your career. Overall this is an amazing company and I will continue to refer friends and other aspiring models to them. They are all around great people and I appreciate them for all the experience that I grew with their help.

I loved working with The Model Experience. They were very professional and they had amazing designers. The process was fun and it was amazing to be surrounded by people that understood me on a personal level as well as being open to hear my ideas about things. It doesnt get any better than that.

I live across the country in the smallest state in the US. I never in a million years imagined that I would get selected to be a model at The Model Experience and it was the best news I’ve heard in a while. The entire team at TME made me feel at home, were so productive, and organized. They gave me and hundred a of models a platform to expose ourselves as new models and I will forever be thankful.

Waste of time and money. I didn’t hear back about being accepted until a month later and was required to sell 10 tickets (the equivalent of $400). I had only sold 7 tickets so I ended up having to pay around $120 of my own money. The Model Experience’s first part of the “fashion week” was supposed to be a “coaching”. It was at some store and just had it shoved it the back corner. The people there were mediocre. The next day was at the same location and the photographers had no clue what they were doing. During one of the shoots the photographer literally dropped the camera on the floor! The final day was at the Los Angeles Convention Center. They had several beginner makeup artist and hair stylists. My makeup stylist did the worst possibly job ever having the smokey eye go over my eyebrow. The hair stylist ended up burning me while rushing to get onto the next girl. After that I was rushed into another room where we were supposed to put on the designers creations. My designer hadn’t showed up yet. I waited for 4 hours she ended up not even coming until the show was already over so I was thrown into this other designers clothes and physically pushed out onto the runway. When I walked the music suddenly stopped and the DJ was trying to fix it. Overall it was a pointless experience for some cheap photos.

I had such a great time at TME! Rio does such an awesome job coaching, and she really helped me prepare for my runway show. You can tell she loves it. The photographers are all so good as well! It was a fun professional environment to be in, and Im so grateful I could go.

Attending this fashion show was great! The venue was very nice & fancy. All of the models there looked super professional and you can tell the coaching they received was a good one! Super professional & organized event.

TME is a great way to get started into the model industry. If you have the natural talent but don’t know a way to get your foot in the door, this is the route. Level up your confidence and self esteem by interacting with model coaches and professional photographers really made me want to push my way into the modeling industry. Thank you TME!

I loved my experience with TME so far! I’ve done the coaching and the photo shoots and had a really great time. I had a lot fun participating in The Model Experience in Los Angeles! I got tons of photos and I got to network with my fashion Designer, Lady Dione. Hope to keep networked and looking forward to attending future events.

They are very unprepared and unprofessional, also you can trust them, while you’re getting ready for your show, they don’t watch your belongings, it’s left in a hallway for people to go through. I end up missing an expensive watch, skin and hair care while they ensured that everything will be protected. Then when I contacted them, they took no responsibility and said “what do you want me to do? It’s too late” Anyone who went to school for public speaking or communications would know that’s not the way you deal with people or clients especially from an event which you’re responsible for. I don’t recommend them for anyone, I believe not all opportunities are the best, keep them as a last resort. There’s plenty out there!..

TME is a fun, amazing experience. The models and staff are very helpful and helped me gain experience to become a better model. They give you photoshoots and a runway experience that’s over the top!! I love them 10/10 recommend!

I had an amazing time working that runway with the coaching from amazing Rio Summers! I unfortunately did the modeling experience when I was younger here in Las Vegas I was so wanting my big break into the modeling world that I would do about anything . The photographer wasn’t friendly with me at all and I don’t know if it was because I was gay ( that’s hoenstly what it seemed like ) but he was NOT nice . I tried my best and did what I could ( at 14 I’m 21 now )I had to raise a lot of money by “ selling the tickets”. I was told I was going to get my pictures that were taken of me but I never did receive them .I wish there was a modeling agency that actually pay their models and actually make that a career !Models BEWARE ! It is a fun experience but just know it comes with a hefty price .

The Model Experience is an excellent platform for unsigned models and talent. This group of people work really hard for all of the talent that signs up. They give you the experience of a walking in a runway show. There are no hidden fees and no scams. Your individual experience is based on the person. The talent makes the experience and TME provides you with the opportunity to create memories and your career. You just have to be realistic about your goals. And you have to work toward your goals. TME is not going to turn you into a runway super famous model over night. I appreciate the team and the experience.

The model experience is like a heaven for unsigned models, they’re amazing to work with and are a great help when it comes to runway coaching and photo shoots. I can’t even explain how much they’ve helped me and other models ... but long story short, if you are an unsigned model and want to be professional, this is the way to go!

My experience and opinion on TME IS NOT the utmost positive. Group coaching with Rio was mediocre at best and she clearly paid attention to the students who were more “model material”. All of her coaching tips/advice seemed basic and were nothing I’ve never heard nor seen on a YouTube video. With my participation in the coaching season I’m really questioning how qualified Rio Summers is. With extensive research, I’ve haven’t noticed anything that may qualify her to be a model coach. Aside from the reality TV show America’s next top model (which she didn’t even win) and a 10 second clip in a music video, what has she done? With my experience in the coaching session and further research on Rio Summers resume, my opinion is to seek Model help else where. Here is why. What big jobs, brands, anything of that nature has Rio done? What big runway events has rio done and when? Alls I see on her Instagram is the model experience and that’s it. Doesn’t look like she’s been on a billboard. Can’t find anything with her associated with any big name brands. Why should we pay for lessons from someone who doesn’t have any experience with Large name brands? In my opinion, if you’re thinking about taking lessons from Rio you need to think twice about it. If you do choose to go, make sure you ask Rio and the company about her resume. Ask them about what brands she’s worked with after ANTM, what big runway shows has she walked in? Why should we take lessons from Rio if she has minimal experience herself? I fell as if, A real model coach should be a real model with real experience, who’s worked with Large name brand company’s and has walked down important well known fashion shows. Not someone who’s biggest feat was being on a reality tv show and not even winning. I personally wouldn’t repeat with TME. I suggest everyone does there research and ask the company questions before you hand them your money.

TME popped up on my screen one day, and i thought Id give them a try. Never did i think i can make everything i wanted come true until they gave me and showed me the tools i needed. For me personally TME came the right place at the right time and here i am 3/4 nonths in more motivated than ever. Ashley and all the beautiful people who work there care and work so hard. This company is amazing and i literally recommend them to anyone who wants to take off in this world.

First of all the model experience is not a scam it’s a great opportunity for unsigned models. Rachel Havana to start your account is fake. Do something productive with your life stop hating and saying all this lies. Rio Summers is one of the nicest her coaching really helps. She is super passionate to help the models.TME is super well organized. If your a model who wants to be part of TME do it don’t believe this lies Rachel Havana says....:) Ashley Covarrubias works really hard to organize this event and have everything ready. Doing a show likes this is not easy at all.

Loved working with TME ! They show you the insides of modeling and you get to experience photo shoots, run way coaching, make connections with other designers and more ! Working with TME helped me a lot with starting my portfolio best of all I got to work with the wonderful Rio Summers From ANTM. I can write a book about my horrible terrible Experience with TME !! But I’ll save my energy and just come on here to save you all your money and time . PLEASE DONT DO IT !!! My experience with them was so disappointing!!!! All they do is use you for your money and for YOU to promote them !!!!!!!! So they can get more attention And have people thinking , they want to help you grow when that is NOT THE CASE !!! It’s all about marketing with them !!!!!! I unfortunately believe it all and came out on March 7 “2019 runway “ show which in my opinion wasn’t even a runway show !!! None from the STAFF knew what they we DOING !!!!!! Long story short “ the makeup people who do ur makeup are students who are not pay to be there which again they tell them come do their make up and you will get “experience “ so we are having students doing ur makeup ! And you being disappointed!!!!!!!!!! The day of the event One of the students did “ NOT HAVE EYE LASHE glue “ to put my eyelashes on !!! And to top it off I went into the restaurant and Multiple girls were in there CRYING And whipping off their make up !!!! Because they did not like the job , now it is not the students fault, in my opinion TME should of known better!!!! To actually pay people with more experience!!! When you get there the date of the event !!!! They did not have ANYTHING FOR YOU TO EAT NOTHING!!! Not even small snacks SINCE YOU WILL BE THERE ALL DAY . Like they made enough money off of you !!!!!! The less they can do is provide small snacks!!!!!! please DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR marketing business!!!!

TME was seriously such a wonderful experience and worth the time for anyone just looking to experience the model world or who seriously wants to get into the profession! Great for everybody and so much fun! The staff is so accommodating to all levels of models; new, some what experienced and experienced. They make sure you feel comfortable and prepared every step of the way. The team is so nice and is so quick to answer emails, phone calls, questions and all concerns (literally anytime I called or email it was answered same day within an hour). I am a signed sports model who has done jobs for Adidas, Lululemon, Equinox (Instagram: @claire.melanie_) and wanted to break into the high fashion and runway world. I could not be more happy that I could do it with TME holding my hand, guiding, and teaching me exactly what to do to have the best time and preform my best on the runway.

I’m going to be honest with you all because I wish someone would have left an honest review before I went through with the experience. I participated in the recent LAFW event. Let me tell you guys, this was NOT LAFW. LAFW takes place during the weekdays, this event was on the weekend when all official LAFW events were long over. Also, this is NOT a free event, making models sell 10 tickets $40 each is still indirectly paying to be apart of the show. If you don’t find anyone to buy the tickets you will have to come out of pocket or they will not let you walk. I watched them deny models and send them home crying. To anyone reading this, IF YOU HAVE TO PAY TO BE APART OF ANYTHING INVOLVING MODELING IT IS A SCAM! The entire thing was unorganized, there were models who were unable to receive makeup before the show because there was “no time.” Mind you, we were required to be at the venue 4 hours before the show to avoid such problems. There were models who did not receive photos because they were “lost” and not to mention the photos received back were terrible, unedited, & just overall unflattering. I ended up having to edit mine myself. This was very upsetting given that the models on their social media advertisement pictures were flawless. I noticed the staff plays favoritism to models they think will give them exposure or returning models (some models have been doing this show for 3+ years). While I am on the subject of staff, I am going to address the woman they have as the face of TME, Rio Summers. Firstly, the runway coaching was horrible and I learned absolutely nothing. Not only was Summers puking everywhere during the entire session, there was no “coaching” going on whatsoever. Why stay & not give 100% to models that we’re looking forward to working with a former America’s Next Top Model contestant? And if you all saw the show then you know everything I am writing about her is accurate. That showed me that they didn’t care what kind of experience models get as long as they get their coins. She also has a nasty attitude & energy about her as well. After the coaching I did my best to avoid her the rest of my time being apart of the show. The group of people I did my training with was somehow mixed up with returning models so we did not get the “training” as promised with selling our tickets. Instead we got a 20 minute posing workshop... which I did not sell my tickets for! This was a runway event not a powershoot where I needed a plethora of poses in my arsenal. The women and men doing hair & makeup are all students & are not being paid to be there so if you know how to do your own I would HIGHLY recommend doing so. In the end you get what you pay for, an experience. The only good thing that came out of this was the designer I walked for and the friends & connections I made, otherwise I would have given this company 0 stars if I could. And for the comment provided back by Ashley Flores, of course it is easy for you to say these things because you were working with TME as a part of the staff during this show, so I am not surprised by your response in defending this company. You cannot deem my review as “lies” if this was my personal experience. And yes, this is not my personal account, but that is simply to protect my identity. This expierence is really fun and beneficial in so many ways. I partially liked working with Josue which is one of the photographers. I had a really unique expirewnce with him because he’s deaf. I personally know a lot of sign language and i loved the way he was directing the whole entire shoot. He really knew what he was doing and what he wanted to see with the posing. Super thankful to have this awesome expierence with him and the model expierence. Thanks for having me!

The Model Experience is a fun way to break into the modeling world. I dont know if anyone has actually ever gotten a paid job from it though. To me, it was just something to do for fun. I personally dont think its something that will jumpstart your modeling career, but I could be wrong.You do a photoshoot, fitting, and then the walk. So lets start with the photoshoot. I had to bring 2 outfits for 2 different colored back drops. One of the photographers was very helpful and gave the models poses, direction, etc. The other photographer was kind of rude and spent more time with the more experienced girls and gave them more shots. My photoshoot was very short (Im a beginner) and I didnt appreciate getting a shorter amount of time with the photographer simply because I had less experience, when the entire purpose of this agency is for UNSIGNED MODELS. Everyone should be getting the same amount of shots. It was fun nonetheless. Bring snacks to your photoshoot because you will be there for a while.The fitting is where you meet the designers and try on the outfits you will be wearing for the actual fashion show. Try to make as many connections as you can during the fitting, and exchange your instagram names with the designers. They were all wonderful to work with and very nice. I never felt uncomfortable or anything like that. They have tents and the bathroom for changing your outfits. I recommend bringing a nude and a black open to shoes.Some other things I wanted to mention: they send a truck load of emails which is kind of annoying, especially since most of the emails contains the same information as the previous email. You have to sell 10 tickets to your show, otherwise you need to cover the costs. Dont expect to get your photoshoot pics back right away. Its been 3 weeks and I still havent gotten mine back. The coaching by Rio Summers is super short like 5 minutes. She just gives you some pointers and leaves it as that. She doesnt make any special effort to help anyone.All in all, it was a good experience and I would do it again.
