I want to thank Angeles College and all my teachers for their support!!! I moved to the USA 3 years ago , English is my second language , and had no knowledge about nursing. I passed NCLEX on first try with minimum 75 questions and couple days ago received my license. Also my school is helping me with a job right now.Im glad I made the choice to enroll in this college. From the beginning everyone was very helpful .The financial aid office and administrators made the enrollment very easy to understand and helped me with documents and financial aid .The instructors are great and they make it very easy and fun to learn.

Study! You have to take it serious. Show up, participate, study, study again. I graduated in 2019 Dec. There are some things that I wasnt clinically prepared for once I was on my own. So be assertive when doing clinicals and learn. If you drive be prepared to pay for parking everyday at campus! We had validations but it still cost about 5 dollars. The teachers I had were very knowledgeable and they change throughout the year. Also the teachers gave me references and even job recs.. When I say knowledgeable I mean in the field and nursing stuff not on teaching lmao!! I didnt give five 5 stars because they need a guidance counselor, I dont like one of the receptionist, one of my teachers was very brash, Im missing some clinical experience, parking, and 3 people I know forsure didnt graduate or get licensed because they couldnt pass ATI. Ati is an online tutoring program.

I am a recent LVN graduate from Angeles College, I was so glad that I chose Angeles, for my experience there was awesome. I started the LVN program June 2018 and completed program July 2019. My experience with the program is that if you stay focus and dedicated you will complete your goals. The instructors all cared for their students and wanted us to succeed. Clinical rotations were interesting, where I had a lot of hand on experience with very knowledgeable Clinical Instructors. I passed NCLEX on the first try. I would like to thank all my Theory and Clinical Instructors for their support and expertise throughout the program, this has been an amazing journey that I will continue for higher education.

I initially expressed my interest on attending Angeles College in 2013, the person who helped with process was Myra.(Admissions Representative)As much as I wanted to attend school, it was my Third year living in LA... I felt like trapped in working full time, attending school seemed like a luxury. And time went on...Finishing school was on always on my mind, especially after dropping out of first year in RN program in 2008. Listen to the advice when people tell you that “nursing school” is a full time job. I took on too much, full time of school and full time work. I had to give up on one, I had to give up on school. In 2019, I finally enrolled in LVN program at Angeles College, and just 13 months later I graduated from AC.This journey definitely wasn’t easy but if you stay focused and dedicated, you can achieve it.

I graduated from the Angeles college on July 19 2019 and I am training at nursing home now. I recommend the lvn course because there are a lot of jobs.Angeles college has three good things.First, aside from the $ 29,000 tuition fee, no further fees are required.Second, it will be completed in just one year without extending the curriculum. Third, this school does not drop students with sincerity and effort. I recommend the school

The staff there were all very helpful and really got to know each and everyone of us (which is pretty amazing as there were A LOT of us). I highly recommend anyone interested in the medical field to come to Angeles College.

Coming to Angeles college was an amazing experience. The staffs are really nice and Ms Lopez is an amazing teacher, everyone there are really helpful and they are willing to work with you on making it an amazing experience. I remember if I ever had any doubts or I needed help theyre always willing to lend a hand. MS Lopez was an amazing teacher, she was my MA/phlebotomy teacher every time I had trouble or I didnt understand anything, she would always work with me and help me understand the material. Everyone who works in the front office are really amazing staffs. They help you set up your resumes, they explain how financial aid works, they help you work out payments, they also help with job search. It really is an amazing school.

I graduated from Angeles College in April 2018. The staff and faculty were very supportive. I took my board exam right after graduation and passed on the first try. The structure of the LVN program sets a student up for success to pass the boards because they utilize the state of the art test prep materials with a coach I thought this was awesome. In my personal opinion the experience at this school was wonderful, they take you under their wings and guide you with great support and encouragement. After graduation they support you with job leads and assistance with your resume. Currently Im working as a travel LVN providing wound care and medication education while working towards my RN.

I love this school. Mrs. Lopez is the best instructor for CMA/MA program. I like the way she teaches the morning class. Also the staff is really friendly and helpful. Also they have a great phlebotomy program and it’s really cheap. I recommend if you taking the MA program to take the phlebotomy class as well, it will help you get more experience. I totally recommend this school.

Coming to Angeles College to become a Vocational Nurse was one of the best choices I have made in my academic career. My experience here as a student has been both pleasant and supportive. Obtaining a nursing degree can be challenging and rigorous, but the professors, the Dean and staff at Angeles College go out of their way to make sure their students are well prepared as nurses. The Registrar and front desk staff are both supportive and very friendly while taking time to listen to their student body.I really enjoyed the small classes and the knowledge the RN professors passed on to the student nurses especially Professor Garcia and Professor Sebastian..

Angeles College was a great move for me to get my medical assistant career started, I was also able to take a phlebotomy course which Im getting ready to wrap up. The tuition was definetly reasonable. The Staff was amazing and very helpful every step of the way, even when it felt like it was taking a toll since i was working full time and taking the evening classes. Always so understanding and they helped me stay motivated no matter what. Job placement was very successful, Just approximately 2 months after graduating I got a job in the field and Im still there and enjoying it. Im so happy and grateful for the choice i made to come here. Id do it all over again! I sure will miss the staff a lot! Best of ventures to the future students. Thanks a million!

This is a great school, I am a former Medical Assistant/ Phlebotomy Student and I had a wonderful experience. The teachers, staff and students are great. I dont live in the area so I passed several schools before I got to Angeles each day, but I choose this school because the pricing was FANTASTIC!!! The Phlebotomy course is optional but I appreciated that it was automatically offered with their Medical Assistant Program and that is very hard to find and I why I choose this school.

VETERAN FRIENDLY!Comming out of the army as a medic I felt lost. I had skills but no credentials. This school is so great for helping someone learn a trade to get in the medical field. Weather youre just starting or experienced looking for credentials in the civilian world this school is amazing. From day one I felt welcomed and informed. I met NaDesha at the front desk who gave me a tour of the school and informed me of everything I needed to know. Myra was ready and willing to answer any and all questions and the rest of the staff just made me feel welcomed and secure that this was the place for me.When I started my experience only got better! Because of the G.I. Bill, I didnt have to worry about my books, scrubs, or materials other than pen and pad! They even offer a laptop paid for by the VA to help with your education! They are filled with veteran resources and you can tell they genuinely care. They dont just help veterans, if youre still reading, they help EVERYONE. I didnt even know I qualified for grants and I found out I did because of them! They will help ANYONE smoothly and efficiently, get started on a college path. It was nice to know the ONLY thing I had to worry about was my education, not money, payments, materials, books, uniforms etc. This college is great for a multitude of reasons i recommend that everyone come in and see it for themselves. You wont be sorry!

Hello! I am a Angeles college graduate of 2018 and i wanted to share my experience. This school is one of the most affordable accelerated private nursing schools out there, i guarantee. I had a great support system here at this school, the staff were all amazing and accommodating the whole 13 months that ive spent here. Shoutout to Eva and Claudia, for making this whole journey go as smooth as possible. I really felt like i couldnt do it without you guys being my emotional support system! Nursing is nowhere near easy no matter where you go, you need to give it your all. That means making adjusts in your life to be able to pass this program. Study study study! i cannot stress this to you enough. The staff here are willing to help you all, but you must show interest! Dr. Bello, Ms. Cynthia, Mr. Marcelo, and Mr. Bernard have all been great here as well. All the clinical sites weve been sent to, definitely helped prepare me for the real nursing world. Shoutout to Mr. Bernard for setting up a clinical site that taught us tracheostomy care because now I work at a sub-acute and impressed the RT! Being a new-grad, its pretty impressive. I didnt even realize that many nursing schools didnt even offer that kind of hands-on experience (other than w/ a mannequin) At the end of all the terms, i was able to take my exit exam and passed first try! Quickly scheduled my NCLEX (2 weeks after passing my exit) and passed NCLEX my first try (again)! As well as my close friends/classmates! Ive made great life-long friends here, and im so happy i attended this school. I am now a Full-time Charge nurse at a Skilled/Sub-acute center. My life definitely took a huge turn after attending this school, and im so proud to say im an Angeles college graduate.

The medical assistant program and phlebotomy program are the best! Although the facility lacked a few things like providing my class with CPR, they were quick to give me a refund once I graduated.I had a great educational time there, all the skills I acquired while I was there were quickly put to test once I went into my externiship. Nadine and Illiana seriously helped me find the best externship site (Cedars-Sinai) and the school also helped me find a great job and now Im working at Planned Parenthood.
