(Originally Supposed to be class of 11 then moved to another city) This is a story that everyone must read. At first, I really hated this school. I didnt really put any effort into my classes and I had failed two classes nor made a lot of friends. Then, the following year, I started to have more of a open mind and decided to make friends in my sophmore year. I did not regret it. This school was like my second family. whenever I had any problems the staff or my friends there were to help. Furthermore, My depression was gone and I was smiling better than in my freshman year. It sucks that I had moved but I never had any regret going to this school. Its awesome. Viper Pride!!

Best school in the nation.The principal says its better than santee. Five star meals for FREE. We have some great teaches that care about us like Dr.Watson. They have a lot of good sports program and the football team is the best. Id recommend you bring your kids here.

This is a wondrous school! The staff are well-trained, caregivers to the students, the students are an adequate amount that is suitable for hosting a small atmosphere, and the stigma that is gained from this school is one that proves to excel within a challenging, innovative curriculum.I entered Ortho in 9th grade, and as a current junior, I cannot believe how much Ive grown in only four years.The teachers are fantastic, the opportunities are unparalleled, and the students are incredible. My friends – athletes, artists, scientists – both inspire me and support me through difficult times. The support and wise advice of our counselors has helped the students-including myself- to get into my dream college program. The school is well-mannered, though small.The school only seeks to improve itself with additions and furnishings added annually.With many partnerships-most notable Orthopedic Institute for Children- the school provides students from the inner city and surrounding areas of Los Angeles with a greater chance of success in life and to make meaningful contributions. Those who choose healthcare professions, whether as doctors, nurses, researchers or technicians, continues this schools proud tradition of making a difference in the world.We even made a listing in 2010, by the U.S. News & World Report, that we ranked in the top six percent nationwide!Finally, between the rigorous academics, intense athletics, and wide variety of creative electives at immediate access, Orthopaedic HopsitalMedical Magnet High School (OHMMHS) provided me every opportunity in every respect to cultivate my talents and grow through adolescence to adulthood. Freshmen at this school very good teacher and learning small school but with it would recommend a parent to come to this school

This is an excellent school staffed with knowledgeable educators. Its small, compared to other LAUSD schools.
