We started this year with our daughter and have been very impressed! We were able to take a tour before Covid showed up and really liked the clean organized and positive environment. She enjoys going to school and comes out happy and clean all around. Great communication and attention to detail with Covid leaves us feeling blessed to have her there.

My son has attended this center since day one and I have nothing but praise for the owner and her dedicated staff! He has grown so much emotionally and academically that he is ready for kindergarten a year early. The center itself is very clean, my son has a variety of fresh healthy lunches prepared daily on site and they keep their kiddos busy with their large playground. He loves his teachers and classmates and is always excited to give me updates on what hes been doing in the classroom. I have considered moving so that my child can attend school and utilize the after school programs at this center just so he can stay with this group of teachers. They are family to us and as a parent, that is so much more than I ever could have asked for in childcare providers. We love New Life!

This daycare is wonderful! My daughter has been going to this daycare for a year and a half now, and she has learned so much! The daycare is clean and organized, and above all the staff there are the friendliest and the most loving people! Every child gets one on one attention and Im so happy and pleased with the care from this daycare! Your child would love to go here! Awesome child friendly atmosphere. Educated staff. Extremely clean and organized. Stimulating learning environment. My kids look forward to going everyday. My youngest excelled in kindergarten due to the structure and school like setting this center provided.

I absolutely love this childcare facility, they all are hands on with every child. My child has special needs and they make sure to accommodate him & still include him in everything they do. They offer a weekly curriculum based on each classroom. Overall the best daycare I have found. The owner (Ms. Rhonda) is hands on in all classrooms & genuinely cares for all her parents and kids. I have never had one issue with this childcare facility. They communicate very well & make sure each child is recieving the best care. I wouldnt take my kids anywhere else.

As a first time mom I was very nervous about putting my son into preschool, I had visited several other daycare, but when I walked into New Life, I just knew deep in my heart this was the school for my son, and I was right!!! Ms Rhonda (the administrator) and Ms. Charla (my sons teacher) are both wonderful women who love these kids as if they were their own, which makes me as a mom feel very happy and secure. As a matter of fact my son is doing so well that I decided to enroll my daughter, and they both love their school.I recommend this school from the bottom of my heart! Thank you ladies for being who you are.

I absolutely love this daycare! The Director truly loves and adores the babies/ children. The teachers are wonderful and my child is developing right on target, even ahead of schedule. I am very happy with the quality of this daycare, director and staff.

Stay away from this daycare. I wish I had trusted my intuition from the get go. This provider is a little less expensive than other places around Louisville, but childcare is not an area to cut corners financially. I won’t go into specifics with the incidents here, but regulations weren’t followed. There were countless red flags, and once I received a phone call from a state employee informing of an investigation involving the daycare, that was the last straw. Having peace of mind when leaving your baby is priceless. My son is doing wonderfully at his new daycare, and I’m worry free!**For anyone reading this, the review is for the correct business despite the owner reply. It’s devious to even bother trying to deceive those reading. This business was under serious investigation and to my knowledge was shutdown because of the investigation for quite a while. The owner replying is well aware that this review is for their business. According to the state, infants were given medications without parental consent. My son wasn’t a part of this, and I cannot contest to the accuracy of the allegation but I personally spoke with the state regarding the claim. With that said I wouldn’t risk leaving my child with a business having such allegations against them.

The holistic care and learning provided at this center is phenomenal. I have never met such a devoted staff to both the parents and the children. The center is very clean and has a great group of loyal children and parents.

My son has been attending New Life since we relocated 3 months ago and I have seen a tremendous growth in his learning. He gets weekly homework sheets and he is excited to come home and tell me what he learned each day. I highly recommend this child care the staff are wonderful and the owner Ms. Rhonda really cares for her children.

I am a speech therapist provider for First Steps and throughly enjoyed coming to this facility. Top notch director with teachers who demonstrated openness to providing strategies to developmentally delayed children as well as loving, caring for them and their peers. Very clean and great atmosphere to work in!

Clean, hands on teachers that truly care about the child. Owner is very engaged/invovled. Bright engaging rooms. Follow safety/sanity procedures such as hand washing. Good focus on learning and teaching more so than other centers. The only thing I would suggest are daily sheets...some parents can do without them. I personally like to know what my child is eating and how much. Or if.not that provide or post a weekly/monthly menu. I also.think that breakfast should be extended. It ends at 8:15 it should end at 9 or 9:30 Considering that most 1st shift work days start between 6am-930am parents could be dropping kids off as late as 9am before they start their work day. Its hard to get yourself dressed, kid(s) dressed and feed them before you head out which is why I think breakfast hours need to.be extended.

I absolutely love this daycare. Ms. Rhonda the Daycare owner is a hands on person. She loves her kids. Ms. Bo teaches her kids things that other daycare dont. They even send home homework packets for the 3 and 4 year olds. If you want your kids to learn this is a good place to send them

Lovely, clean environment with a productive schedule for kids of all ages, teachers engage with each student and also provide a healthy environment to let the children progress with their future education. The owner is extremely experienced and loves working and interacting with children which shows through out her facility.

Wonderful center! The owner is hands-on with the children and the children learn a variety of things each day. The center is one of the cleanest childcares Ive ever seen!

This facility is a very clean and wonderful facility. They also help kids learn and become ready for the next level.

The owner told me she would hold a spot open for me as my husband and I visited the daycare. The very next morning we went to put the app in and the fees and she had the spot filled... very unprofessional
