Paid Bright Star Promotions, Inc. to get my teddy bear appraised by Brenda Yenke and their ad states the appraisal should take no longer than one day depending on research. Well, 8 days later, NO APPRAISAL and when I inquired, Valerie was very rude and this is her reply: Kathy your appraisal is in Brendas hands. Of course, we say depending on research and that also means we all have a life and try our best to get the information to you as quick as we can. Whats the big rush? Cant you wait a few more days?Needless to say, I was shocked at her nasty attitude. If you need an appraisal, find someone else. Very tacky customer service! On a positive note, Valerie did refund my money immediately along with a note that it was her pleasure to refund my money. Guess I wasnt suppose to ask her to honor what they advertise. =(
