Absolutely horrible!! No one ever wants to answer the phone! You can call for weeks and get no answer at all! When someone does pick up the phone, they either hang up on you or are always very rude and don’t care to hear you out & help you with anything at all. My daughters bus stop is wrong & supposed to be in front of my house as it’s always been and they got it wrong and put it 2 blocks over and I’ve been trying for weeks to correct it, even had the school secretary email the supervisor and have heard nothing! I refuse to have to walk 2 blocks over every morning & afternoon when my daughter has a bus stop in front of my house and the bus even stops there and passes it every day to get to the other stop they have her being picked up and dropped off at! It’s the absolute worse bus compound I’ve ever dealt with before!

I have been waiting 2 weeks for a stop to be added for my children to get to school. 24-48 hours is the time they tell you it will take to add a stop. School starts in 2 days and I cannot reach anyone. I honestly dont know how my kids will get to school.

Absolutely horrible! Most of the time they don’t answer the phone when you try to call. Significant lack of disregard when it comes to a parent trying to find out where their child is. I should have to “hunt” my child down every other day because they decide to “double up” runs and then fail to inform parents what is going on. This is ridiculous to sit and wait Over 40 minutes at a bus stop waiting on my child because of the lack of communication.

The finest bus operators in Jefferson county. Lovely yellow buses with clearly visible numbers, making it easy to find your bus. Dont be late or youll be walking. Best free bus ride ever.

They dont care about what happens to our kids. I will be filing as many formal complaints as possible until they get all new staff or supervisor is fired..

Extremely rude!!! I need very important information that only they can supply me with. Each time I call, they let the phone ring & ring, finally pick it up & hang up on me. My sister finally got a hold of them after 19 tried & being hung up on. I finally gave up but this will be reported to transportation dept.

Very tight space between the compound & school thats beside it. Very old and in need of up dating.
