This is the only exercise Ive ever been able to stick with. Ive had several of the teachers and they are all incredible. They are patient and kind, and all have great experiences to pass along. Definitely a great place to try alternative exercises!

With all sincerity, this place changed my life. Through pole, Ive discovered a level of confidence, joy, and connection between my body and mind I never thought possible. Being a boy with boy parts and boy smells, its hard to find a place that welcomes you regardless. I understand the trepidation, dont get me wrong, since Ive personally closed the door on some random guys prying eyes (very rare occurrence though). But Jackie created a space thats truly welcoming to everyone. No matter your shape, size, gender, whatever. And, for me, this space is sacred. This is my church. This is my home. And the people there are the most amazing and beautiful people Ive ever met. So much kindness and acceptance. Never have I felt uncomfortable or a lack of acceptance. Super welcoming atmosphere, lots of fun, and I love that I dont need to purchase a whole 8-week program. The small class size makes me feel very safe and well-attended to. Ive only done two classes so far, but I know Ill be coming back regularly as its pretty affordable compared to other classes in the area. Sign up for a class! You wont regret it.
