Joe is a terrific dance instructor! Hes patient and extremely knowledgeable. When my wife and I wanted to practice a dance sequence for our wedding, Joes advice was invaluable. His calm demeanor, professionalism and knowledge helped us to both improve our knowledge and keep from tripping over each other too much as we got ready for our big day. Cant recommend enough!

I have had about 10 group lessons with Joe Yang and have fallen in love with tango. Joe is an excellent teacher, brings us forward gradually from the beginning stages to being finally able to enjoy ourselves on the dance floor. He is patient and attentive with students of all ages and transmits his conviction about the tango being elegant, fun and possible for everyone to learn and enjoy. It has been also great to meet and get to know the other people in the various groups and to meet up with them again in tango events.

Joes teaching of Argentine tango is something special. I was a total novice who had hardly even seen tango before I registered for Joes introductory class, but he made learning as easy as possible. His very relaxed, friendly manner and clear instructions are perfect for beginners.
