This was a calm and very informative class. At every step Instructor Ted led us with wondering life lessons and a soothing voice. Many should consider having him as their instructor.

He took his time by demonstrating everything and gave advice when performing and he was well rounded and a joy. I really enjoyed the class and the information he gave. He was great. I took off from work, spent 2.5 hours watching your videos, drove 40 minutes to get to the class, waited 40+ minutes at the site (because I make it a point to arrive early as to not be disrespectful of other people’s time) - only to find out that the instructor couldn’t make the class. Not only is this extremely unprofessional of your company, but it is also an utter disrespect of my time and resources. The only reason we found out that the instructor wasn’t coming is because another participant got someone from the Philippines on the phone. I was issued a refund for the class without ever receiving a phone call or issued an apology. I would have just rescheduled my class to another date, but after the way that this was handled, I will be signing up with a different company, and I will never recommend anyone else to use you. You need to revise your policy on how to handle situations as this one and be better.
