Training went really well. Everything was explained very nicely. First time on a forklift and everything went good. Instructor was Patrick “Trey” and he was very patient with us.

Stepped out of my comfort zone & took a chance. Very nice environment. Welcoming & reassuring that mistakes are bound to happen. Patient & professional. Ifw them.

Excellent service! I was scheduled to train at 9 AM, staff was super friendly and professional, and the full session was completed within 3 hours by the dot. Great team of professionals to help you get certified! I highly recommend this company for training. I see how they have 5/5 star ratings now. Quick and effective with communication, precise on the dot with time, and awesome staff. The training process is simple and efficient. They even allow you to come back for extra training time on the forklifts for a very small fee each time. Very much worth the investment!

Trey and Alec are courtesy and are providing simple instructions that even a caveman can follow! I most definitely am not mechanically inclined but they make me feel comfortable in my ability to do this.

This my honest review nobody paid me to say this. First of Id like to thank OCTI for giving me the opportunity to achieve some Ive never done. Im going to give my likes and dislikes about my experience. First when I enter the light skin which direction is greeted me with a warm welcome, she was fun friendly and productive from start to finish. The owner/written test giver he was a inspiration to me. When I seen this guy he look like he was in a bad car accident, yet he still was multi tasking making sure everyone was in position. That moment I was motivated to learn all I could & was determined not to leave empty handed. Far as the forklift trainers go. It was 3 guys, first guy with the braids he seemed uninterested, mostly on his phone, his business etiquette was nonexistent & running to car for long periods of time during our training. Not sure if he was having a bad day but he just came off unengaged the entire time. He might have been a fillin trainer so who knows. Now the next two was a slim dark skin bald-headed and a light skin guy. Both of these brothers came to work should up & should out. My hat goes off to them both, the light skin guy going to take time with you no rush making sure you get it. The dark skin bald guy he stayed with me after class just so I could feel comfortable. About time I left I knew everything I needed to know. This place has a bright future ahead overall they get 5stars. If you are new like I was and want your forklift license or just training this the place you go! Dont wait dont pick up the phone and call now! You wont regret it!

Mr. Patrick Carter, is an awesome trainer. I went through training with him today and was very nervous as I have never operated a forklift. He walked side by side with me and made sure that I was comfortable. I’ve never seen a trainer with his passion. Came in for driving training and what was taught by the video and my teacher where very understandable as he explained to us he took time before the video was done to ask questions that kept me on point regarding the GOAL Get Out And Look Salute

I enjoyed my experience with the class. The active on lift experience was very good and the teacher made sure that everyone was comfortable with operating the forklifts.

I came in very nervous. As the time went on, I became comfortable with driving the different lifts. Plus my lift trainer KB was very patient with us and showed us correctly how to and how not to operate the lifts. The video was informative too. I really glad I came for this training on today. And also everyone here was very friendly and that’s what made this experience great.

That place is false. Nobody accepts their bogus certification. Its just way for them to make money. They charging ppl $100.00 for that class and after you complete it you can use their certification nowhere. I tried everywhere
