Asking questions without being hostile is your best bet attitude wont solve anything put it in your back pocket

The man working there Corey Dickerson is very rude! I went there on 7/20 and 7/23. On 7/20 it was packed so I just thought maybe he was frustrated as he didnt care to hear what my issue was just told me to sit at the computer and do a GCT when I tried to tell him Ive already done this his response was very sarcastic and unprofessional. Now on today 7/23 it was less crowded and they seem to have a system down to help people the young helping me was very nice but he constantly kept asking her was she done yet while she was still talking to me! Hed walk then come right back seemingly annoyed for whatever reason and saying we were going to much laughing so she cant be helping me and also stated my address will not change no matter how many times she put it in there! It took everything in me not come back at him as nasty and rude as he had been! SCS is already horrible to deal with but it just puts the icing on the cake when a concerned parent is treated badly!
