Our teenage son was having trouble learning a few years ago and we took him to see Ruth at Grade Power. She immediately developed a plan of action and we spent many months there. He didnt just learn; he learned how to learn; his self -organization skills in particular increased dramatically and so did his grades. After being a mostly C and D student in middle school he became an A & B student by his Senior year of high school. This is a follow up after more than three years and we just wanted to say thank you to Ruth & Grade Power.

Absolutely recommend this center for any kid! They completely changed the course for one of my sons, helped him organize and stay focused and helped another “learn how to learn”. The assessment they take of each child is incredibly detailed and SO helpful in understanding how your child learns and how their individual mind works. I wish it were required in all schools. It completely changed the way we approached school work and even parenting with our boys. This place is amazing and worth every single penny. Highly recommend for any kid at any academic level.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. My son has shown a great boost in self esteem. His reading has greatly improved and we are so grateful to Grade Power Learning for helping book his self esteem!

We had a wonderful experience at Grade Power in Meridian Id. From the first time we walked into the center we were greeted warmly and felt like it was a safe place for my child to be. Michael was always very communicative with us as the parents. He would check in with us regularly to give us updates on our childs progress. My daughter was paired with Mr. Robert and she thought he was great. They got along wonderfully and Mr. Robert helped increase her Math SAT scores. My daughters SAT scores increased by 100 points and this happened during Covid. I highly recommend Grade Power Learning to any family looking to increase their childs SAT scores or for personal tutoring. This is a great place for your child!

This is the best program we found for our 12 year old grandson. They did a complete assessment of his learning skills and developed a program based on the assessment findings. Im impressed on the way they challenge him while keeping him interested and focused in his subject matter. Thank you GradePower for doing a great job..

We have used other tutoring programs in the past (Huntington & Mathnasium) for our son not because he has learning disabilities only because he just never was able to get the help a student should get because the teachers never had enough time to help all the students. So tutoring really helped and it was a great experience. He was able to get help for things he needed that he wasn’t receiving in class. Unfortunately, here we are again due to the public school having so many kids in each class, our child struggled getting the appropriate help he needed to be successful. Now, our son asked if he could go back to tutoring for help! So we decided to look into other programs and found Grade Power. One of the best decisions we have made for our son! He LOVES it there!!! The staff and tutors are so kind and welcoming! Our son loves the quiet atmosphere they have there. It’s not crowded so he feels he can study get the help he needs and not be overwhelmed. He loves it! We love it!!

I’m so blessed for all the help I received here, as an adult it’s already embarrassing asking for help to further your education, but they made everything very comfortable. I’m proud to say I passed my GED and I couldn’t have done it with out them, and I am now looking into furthering my education EVEN more which I would’ve never even thought about if it wasn’t for their support. Grade Power has been a life saver for my son. They helped him figure out his learning style and how to organize his listening and writing skills. He went from frustrated and ready to throw in the towel and thinking of himself as less intelligent then other students to a confident learner with a 4.0 grade point average. It was well worth the cost to see him find his way as an excellent student.

My husband and I looked at a few different tutoring company’s before walking into Grade Power. This was a very hard decision for us. My daughter started her second grade year reading about a year behind. Her school was doing multiple things to try and catch her up with out much progress. My daughters gap between her level and her class, continued to grow larger. Her school came to us wanting to put her in a Special Education reading class. Grade power was able not only to get my daughter back on track, she is now reading at a third grade level. She starts third grade in the fall. She has even won an academic award at school. This place is amazing I was a little Skeptical at first. But after being there for 6 months and seeing the huge change in my daughters learning and writing abilities it changed my mind. I thought at first I wanted a place with 1 on 1 learning style. They had a 3 on 1 learning style which ended up helping my child to handle a class setting better then she was and focusing better in class. I highly recommend this place. Plus the staff is really easy to talk to and they have great communication.

Mike and his team are awesome! They have helped my daughter prep for the college entrance exams and are accommodating to her busy schedule. We’ll definitely use them when our other children are ready to take the SAT/ACT.

Grade Power was an excellent choice for my son! He was having trouble organizing his work, and taking time to fully follow direction. Last summer I had an opportunity to visit with my stepdaughter who is the Education Director with GradePower Learning in Meridian, Idaho. I found the information that she shared with me very interesting and also very hopeful. My grandson, who lives in Colorado, has struggled with school from the first grade and was headed into his senior year with a low C average. Later that summer, I was with my family in Colorado and shared the information about GradePower. My grandson and I then set an appointment with the Education Director of Grade Power in Aurora. She took a lot of time explaining the program, and when we left, I could hear the excitement in my grandson’s voice. Zach had been to numerous “tutoring centers” in the past which turned out to be a place where he could get help with his homework, but did not give him learning skills he could use outside of the tutoring center. GradePower tests each student to figure out where they need help, and from the testing, they develop an individualized plan. The thing that we all loved about Grade Power is that they teach their students how to learn. Zach has learned how to take notes, how to study, and how to use his time more efficiently and effectively. Since attending GradePower this school year, Zach has gone from a marginal student to an honor roll student. Our only regret is that we didn’t know about GradePower 12 years ago.Cheryl E.

GradePower has been amazing with both our boys. One of which has Autism and was heading into Middle school. They taught him how to be prepped and ready for the changes that came and worked with his counselor to make sure he was on track and doing well with the transition from elementary to middle school. Our other son was below average in reading ending the school year and by the following spring he tested above grade level in the same category. What a blessing they have been to our boys and our family!

My daughter is involved in the little readers program at Grade Power and absolutely loves it. She is currently 4 years old, and has been involved for almost 3 months. GradePower and their staff make miracles happen. Our two boys are both enrolled and have made a huge progress. Our 9 year old is dping in so much better in school since he started GP. He reads and writes better, has a better understanding of his subjects and is more confident in himself. Our 4 year old is so advanced in his knowledge that he is already kindergarten ready and possibly first grade. Although it all depends on the child, all the staff at GP takes time to recognize individual needs and focuses on those first. We can not thank them enough.

I love GradePower! The atmosphere is so welcoming, its a great place to concentrate and learn. All the staff are so nice, and they care about your education and want you to learn. Its a fun environment, and i always enjoy going. My GPA went from a 3.0 to a 3.8 with the help of the team.

The best decision we made for our kido!! He had been struggling with reading since 2nd grade. So here we were about halfway through 4th grade, and we noticed that our son was making up even simple words for speed while reading. This was new, so we got him into Grade Power, and his ISAT testing went off the charts with improvement at the end of the year. I mean knocked it out of the park! We can see his confidence is so much better just in life as well. We cannot thank Grade Power enough! They really made a difference in our son! Thank you to everyone at Grade Power!!
