Pat is a fantastic percussion teacher! He doesnt just teach kids how to play, but teaches them how to read and understand the language of music. He is super patient with the kids and has advanced the progression of my son FAR beyond the ability of the school band. Very impressive!

I have had my daughter in lessons with Pat for many years now. I originally started her lessons to help with her confidence and improve in her craft. Pat’s unique system of teaching has done that and more providing my daughter with opportunities previously outside the scope of consideration. Over the years while waiting for our lesson, I have witnessed many students young and old be taught in his studio, each lesson individually tailored for their needs. Pat may teach out of his converted garage, but don’t be fooled it is what is inside that counts; and I have been hard pressed to find anyone in this valley that brings more experience, knowledge, and patience to their teaching.

We have been taking lessons from Pat for a couple years now and he is a phenomenal teacher! Our son has learned so much from him in the short time he has been taking lessons. We highly recommend his studio as a great place for your budding percussionist to get to all those “next levels” as a musician!
