Our daughter went here for 5 years until she was placed in 4th grade with the lead teacher. We had to pull her out of this school mid year because we genuinely feared sending our daughter to school with that teacher. The teacher wants to be dictator of the class and wouldnt let the kids drink water in 115 degree weather. Last I checked, thats a human right. Oh but she could drink whenever she wants to and would tell the kids no you cant get a drink, and then drink her drink in front of them. It sounds funny, but when your kid is complaining that they cant get a drink, its truly sad. She also laughed when our daughter didnt get her homework and when she asked for her homework, the teacher said too bad. ? What? That teacher constantly harassed our daughter, even our daughters friends would come have sleepovers and say, the teacher really hates you. Thats totally sad! Its heart wrenching to hear as a parent. If you have a problem, good luck getting someone on the phone. The principal is nowhere to be found. Good luck getting any problem you have solved. There is zero communication. You have to send 5 emails and then wait 2 days to hear back. Then when you do hear back, they side with the teacher and you and your child are wrong. What a joke! Oh and forget keeping your sanity when you want to simply pick up or drop your child off to school. The parking lot is a nightmare!

This school was absolutely terrible. They really talk it up and I was sold on the anti bullying policy. The problem is, they do not enforce it. One of my children was bullied on a daily basis. Don’t bother calling the principal. She is a joke when it comes to handling issues and loves to brush things under the rug instead of doing her job. There was an incident where they had unauthorized back pack searches over a toy in someone’s back pack and dumped my children’s as well as a few others personal belongings out as if they were lying. They didn’t apologize when they didn’t find the toy that turned out to be in this child’s desk, nor did they bother picking up the belongings of the kids who’s stuff was just dumped out. If you express your concern, there is retaliation between staff. There is an “aid” of some sort named Miss Patty and the way she talks to children is awful. Telling them to shut up and yelling at them over anything and everything. ( I’m not sure if she is mentally all there or what) There are signs that say no parents in the restrooms, which when I first seen them I liked the idea.. my children and another mother I referreds child said they don’t let people in them because they are very gross. They’re constantly flooded and have toilet paper all through them along with things smeared on the seats. I referred quite a few families and they pulled their children out for the same reasons, mainly bullying, and a few others. A teacher even refused to let a little girl use the restroom to the point where she was having accidents. Students are allowed to bring their own soccer balls and things to school (since they do not supply them) and when my son was playing, the older bullies would kick it over the wall. When notifying the principal she acted as if it was no big deal (as usual) and didn’t take the claims seriously, until I let her know one of the aids had to retrieve it. There are so many other things that I could go on about, but I do not wish to relive that nightmare of a school. My children are back in public school and have been for the last two years now and are both doing very well. They have both been on the honor roll and love the staff, students and safe environment. I hope that people read these reviews before they are sold on lies.* I will NOT contact that school ever again. I reached out through email, spoke to the principal and to HR. We even met in person and they laughed in my face as if my children and their safety was a joke. My children’s safety was way more important to me than to keep them there and give chance after chance. With “20 years” of “experience” you are well aware of what’s going on and it is quite obvious that you do not care.

Teachers have no communication and complains to the principal go unheard. Do not send your child to this school if they have or may have an IEP or any special needs! Teachers gossip about students, verbally abuse them, do not have any form of parental communication and are extremely rude. Among the teachers there front staff is rude and pick up a nightmare.

My son began Kindergarten at Noah Webster for the 2017 - 2018 school year. I immediately began to noice red flags in the schools supervision. The second week of school my sons friend, also a kindergartener, was held down and beat up on the playground. Within the first month my son had been reporting that kids were following him around school telling him they hate him, even into the restroom. The first week returning from winter break there was a kid on the bus that had progressed in his bullying towards my son .He began to rip up my sons homework, gave my son the middle finger, would tell me son his mother is fat, and push and yank on my sons clothes. It took me escalating to 4 different people in a week timeframe before the school took any action. Moving forward to first grade, 2018-2019 year my sons class had substitute teachers the first few months. Mrs. Kalina became his permanent teacher. She treated my son differently and refused to care for his feelings. He ended up acting out severely at school and home. She would embarrass him in front of the class and send home papers to me with all caps threatening to write him up if he doesnt stop misbehaving. Not once did this teacher ever contact me via telephone. I would get nasty emails from her and finally chose to pull my son from Noah Webster. He has been at a different school for a month now with perfect behavior. He comes home happy and loves his teacher and principal. During the 2017-2018 year his bus driver Chuck got into an accident and the school never notified me. I found out because my son told me. 2018-2019 year somehow I never received info on school pictures.(These are super important to me.) I asked for a redo and was told no it was my responsibility and I was notified. Their communication is awful and they lack basic respect and integrity. My son would have 6-8 homework assignments a night which I believe is too much. He was completely miserable .I am a 28 year old Caucasian mother raising an African American son and I hate to say this, but the school is primarily Caucasian and I believe my son was treated differently due to those circumstances. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this school. It was a huge let down. My other mom friends are pulling their children from Noah Webster as well. This is the East Mesa Campus, not the Pima Campus. As a student who was bullied, it was my primary focus to ensure my son never went through that. Noah Websters anti-bullying policy is only a selling point.I will say Mrs. Boyce was a great teacher, but people like Mrs. Kalina shouldnt be teaching.

My nephew went to this school and had an absolute horrible year until we took him out. Staff all the way up to the principal does not have the childrens best interest at heart but are worried more about the money that comes in. I do NOT suggest you bring your children here. From the curriculum to the staff every thing was horrible. Whenever a problem arose it was just deflected and never handled. If you want your child to learn and enjoy their time doing it please DO NOT bring them here.**in response to your copy and paste message stating your concern*You DO NOT take concerns or problem seriously whatsoever. The teacher, office as well as the principal(after a week of waiting) defleceted anything and everything that was brought to their attention. I dont care to waste my breath on the phone with any of you as we all know the outcome of the situation. And i think your level of concern shows by the fact you couldnt even take the time to respond but to just copy and paste some bs message you have to everyone. You DO NOT take the childrens education seriously nor any problems that arise. You guys are literally a joke and the best thing we ever did was take him out of there. Hopefully others do the same before their children begin to hate going to school as well.

DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!!!! I read their website, their reviews before I sent my child here I thought it was a good school based off that. What stuck out the most was that they mentioned they spend over 4,000 per child. HUGE LIE . My kindergarten child had an outrageous supply list over 20 items mostly packages of name brand stuff they were very specific that, that is what they HAD to get. When I saw the 8 packs of glue sticks 8 crayon boxs all named brand including dry erase markers ect. I thought well it must be a really good school and the supplies were for my child through out the school year and that, all the supplies she was going to get the best education. NOPE her 1st day I come to find out the supplies were for the ENTIRE school. On top of that they sent my child with 2 envelopes different weeks DEMANDING $13.00 for hand sanitizer . She was only there for three weeks not only that but I could get my child about 6 containers of cute hand sanitizers at bath and body works with 13.00 dollars. That wasnt it either, my child would come home claiming they had cake and cup cakes and candy almost every day! For doing what they should already be doing then coming home expecting to receive more for doing what she would without expecting anything. With all that your child can have diabeties very young not only that my baby started have the hardest time crying not wanting to go to school, she had attended pre k for three years before attending Noah webster she never had this problem. I had asked her why, she would have feeling that the teachers didnt like her because they AWARD the kids for doing what they should, they would get prizes and my baby would cry stressing saying she does everything they want her to and they would never call on her for an answer to get an awarded. My child is very helpful sweet and caring and all her pre k teachers witness that. That broke my heart I had to get her out of there. When I finally took her out they DID NOT give my child all the items I bought specifically for her including her note books that I had her choose for herself. Now my baby attends a wonderful school she has nutritious breakfasts and lunch they have running club every morning they aint being rewarded on things they should already be doing and if so they all get rewarded . She loves her school now she doesnt act out anymore most importantly she isnt being stressed she being a kid and learning especially learning in fun activities at Noah their spirit week was a joke basically for the teachers wear your collage shirts ECT. Lol it wasnt fun for the kids compare the the school she now attends where its all for the KIDS Im not constantly throwing money to the school shes now at, they supply all the kids and ask me for nothing. I dont even have to buy her snacks they provide her with at her new school and if she or other students didnt have a snack at noah they had to watch other students around them eat, my baby would share her snack with anyone who didnt have one. They would watch movies everyday at snack time basically was a daycare. The new school my child is at they have to have clear backpacks and supply that for the kids. She is healthy and happy at her new school. The teachers are amazing Im glad I got her out of Noah Webster in a very short time with in the short time she was there I spent hundreds basically on the teachers and the school of Noah webster unbelievable don t waste your time or money at this school.
