Mark was so great and very good with his array of solutions. Brandon the tech he was knowledgeable and I watched him go way out of his way to help people even non paying customers. The experience was pleasant and It was like having a family member fixing everything in the house.

The guy, Brandon, opened up and talked with me and let me nerd out a bit and hooked me up with some great products to makey older computer hum. I havent got it back yet but I could tell they were going to treat me right. I will update when I get my system.

They were the ONLY place who had the Power Supply I needed, when I needed it. I was searching all over for a power supply for my high spec Editing PC build. You wouldnt think a power supply for a pc would be so difficult to find, but trying to track one down without ordering online and waiting days for shipping was starting to become a nightmare. I called and drove to more than a handful of places around the valley only to be let down by the lack of products, poor customer service or overall lack of patience of a lot of the supposed PC Shops. The staff members at RAD are well informed as opposed to some of the larger establishments I visited. They were very patient and answered every questions I had, and this was over the phone. Upon arrival Paul was able to get me in and out in 5 minutes with exactly what I needed. I appreciate excellent customer service, and that is exactly what I got here. If youre on the search for PC related problem solvers, id give them a call or drop them a visit (they did require a mask when I visited).

My wife was due this past weekend and I needed to finish up working before going on Paternity leave. My Windows PC broke and I had a number of issues with not being able to boot from the BIOS level and needed a quick turn around. I messaged over 20 businesses in my area but Mark was not only one of the first to reply, but actually made an action plan to help me get it fixed and back before Monday. Mark the business owner is great. Very smart, knowledgeable and efficient. I am a customer for as long as I live in the valley and wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone for their hardware, software or business security needs.

RAD computers saved the day when our main church computer crashed. We use it for streaming and recording so it was imperative that we get it fixed. We needed a very hard to find processor and they ordered it right away. As soon as the CPU we needed was delivered, Paul and the owner Mark got right to work. They spent about 2 hours with us in shop explaining everything and got it fixed that same night. Mark even came to us and helped replace the CPU cooler that failed the next day!I wish we had went to them to build our computer instead of buying online!They offer great pricing, amazing and timely support. We definitely will be using them in the future for ALL of our computer needs.

This place is so gosh dang good! I am a truck driver who travels the lower 48 states. And I was in the area getting loaded at a customers location. And I was very hungry lol. I decided I would bobtail into town and try a local business. And my goodness I am so grateful that I did! Best burger I have ever had in my life! Customer service is good. And the french fries are so finger licking good lol! Everything they serve here has got to be good based off of the experience I had. I cant wait to come back again!

Cant say enough good things about this place. The owner, Mark, is a stand up guy and straight shooter. He worked with me for hours on a problem that I had on a brand new gaming PC until it was fixed. He cares deeply about both the work that he does and his customers. This place has you covered on everything, from basic IT questions and repairs to building top of the line gaming rigs. Only shop in the valley I will take my PC to.

I originally had a negative experience with this business, however, it turns out that my laptop had been shoved by the waste-side by an employee who had skipped-out on them. Once they became aware of my computer, they worked diligently to solve the issue, and Mark, the owner, was profusely apologetic. Unfortunately, once they found the several hardware culprits, it would cost more to repair than to replace the 4 year-old laptop. But I cant fault them for that. I look forward to Marks recommendations for another gaming laptop- that wont die a death like this one.

Came here a few years ago and still have yet to experience any issues. When I came he was able to change motherboard, CPU, and the GPU. Ran tests made sure there were no issues with the PC. Yet that is only one thing done here there are many others tech issues that can be resolved at this establishment. Fair pricing and good service definitely recommend to anyone with tech issues.

Marks on top of it. Had a quirky issue with the BIOS accepting a new CPU, and he got it squared away within 24 hours. I was looking for a trustworthy place to address what I thought at first was a pretty routine software issue. It turns out that the problem was a good bit more complicated than that, and in fact my entire hard drive had failed and needed to be replaced. But I am really glad that I chose this place to do the work. The techs were very friendly and professional, and they kept me updated all the time (via email mostly) about what was happening with my Mac...they even invited me to the shop to come pick up my machine a day early (even tho it was significantly after-hours), instead of coming in the following morning.What really impressed me however, was this...When I went in to pick up my Mac and pay for the work; I misheard my total...I was told, two hundred, sixty-six....which I took to mean $266, and paid in cash. I already knew that all of the invoicing, etc. was online, and so I requested no receipt or other paperwork, and I had already driven away before anyone noticed the error...My total was actually $200.66 - I had overpaid by nearly $66 in cash. Mark (the owner) very easily could have kept the extra money, and I honestly would have never noticed. But he didnt. He called me back right away and told me to come back to the shop so that he could return that portion of my money. Sure, it was a silly mistake. But that incident instilled in me all the more, a supreme confidence in the integrity and trustworthiness of this business. And so I would very highly recommend taking your devices here for service.

These guys are awesome and full of integrity. When I started having charging issues, I brought my laptop in to them based on the recommendation of someone else. They offered to do a free diagnosis and contacted me the next day with updates on the issue they found. Aaron, the employee working on my laptop, clearly explained to me what he planned to do to fix and test my laptop. To expedite the process, he even ordered the new part for me and told me that I could choose whether or not to pay for and keep the part or provide my own part if it fixed the problem. He also provided the tracking number for me so that I could track when the part arrived.After it arrived, Aaron called me to update me on the situation. Although the part fixed the original issue hed found, my laptop still wasnt charging and he was unable to find any issues in the connections of the part he fixed, so he guessed that there was likely an issue with the motherboard, which was unfortunately outside of his expertise. As such, he told me that they would not charge me since they were unable to fix my issue, but that I could keep the new part since that did fix one of my issues. He gave me some suggestions on what I could do from there and recommended some places I could go to.When I came to pick up my laptop, I had a chance to chat with Mark, the owner. He took the time to give me some laptop suggestions, in case I wanted to simply buy a new laptop rather than repair the motherboard. He also offered to do a data transfer for free for me since I had to come in several times for my laptop. Following this suggestion, I bought a new laptop and brought it in. Sure enough, they honored their promise and transferred my data for free.I would highly recommend this group to everyone. Their prices are reasonable and they do a great job. Most importantly, though, I would recommend them because of their honesty with me and transparency throughout the whole process. Aaron was very communicative with me, updated me regularly on the situation, and made sure to explain things to me so I understood what was going on. As I mentioned in the beginning, these people have integrity, and I think that was a crucial factor for me in trusting them with my laptop. My gaming computer just would not start up no matter what I tried, I was out of ideas and I found this wonderful place of business. I called left a voicemail as all of their technicians were out to house calls, got a call back in a timely matter from a gentleman named Aaron. Brought my computer in had them take a look at it. Aaron had a hunch it was my 7 year old hard drive being the culprit, he ran his diagnosis and come to find out it was that hard drive. He got that put in transferred over all the important data and now my computer it back up to speed and working better, he also did a very detailed de-dusting and replaced my extremely old thermal paste on the motherboard. Definitely a pleasant experience all around and I definitely will be coming back for any and all my computer repair needs!! Thank you Aaron!!!

He also offers discounts for students which saved me even more. No one could have made this experience any better. I dropped my laptop off at 5 on a Monday and it was ready at 3 the next day.

My laptops hard drive started to go on a Friday after I downloaded a heavy drafting software for a class. I had no idea what was going on but Nick called back within the hour to tell me the problem and then promptly gave me not one, but three different options to take in replacing it. I took my Mac laptop in for data recovery a few months ago after spilling coffee on my computer. They were able to recover all of my data within a week including wedding photos which I was so worried about losing. I wasn’t able to pick my computer up for about three months , and they stayed in communication with me through phone and text and held my computer the entire time. They were MUCH more affordable than any other place I had called. When I finally picked up my data, they uploaded it onto my new laptop, and even removed a virus free of charge. I am very happy with my experience with RAD computers, and would recommend them to anyone. I plan to also continue to use them in the future for anything I might need computer related.

Love them! When I first built my pc I was having issues with it, so I messaged them on Facebook & they got back to me pretty quickly. I told them what was happening and they told me what the problem could be. They said the problem was my graphics card and it turned out they were right! Fast forward a few months later, I am having another issue. I messaged them about it & RAD Computers was able to diagnose my pc with their remote desktop.
