VGPA has been through a lot of changes the last couple of months but I think theyre all for the better. The changes to the building itself make the school look awesome and really presentable. I really enjoy working here. Our team is dedicated and hard working and I believe all of us are doing whats best for our students.

The new principal Denise Woods plays to be helpful but she’s just trying to save face. She is the worst principal I’ve ever seen. She does care about the kids, she’s political and doesn’t seem to worry about the safety of her students. She’d rather go after her teachers for being real caring teacher than to help the problems in her school. Most of the teachers who care have either left or are bullied into being quiet. The school is full of terrible kids and the teachers and principal don’t seem to have control and can’t help when there is a problem. Your kids are left to fend and fight for themselves and it eventually runs the good kids out or into the ground. My kids will never go back. Don’t enroll your kids here. Denise (I refuse to call her mrs because she doesn’t deserve the title), should never be a principal again. Leona group made a huge mistake with her.

Vista Grove is an awesome school that provides solid education in an alternative environment. It focuses on developing positive, nurturing relationships with students so they can celebrate high school success.

I love this school so patient and loving to my boys ! They educate wonderful and always on top of everything ! I would recommend this school to anyone !

This is a great school full of caring teachers and staff. Teachers and staff here know their students by name and care about the whole child.

Not good at all

This school is terrible. The only reason why my son still goes here is because its close by & their hours are convenient for my work schedule. The teachers here bully the children & should really watch what they say because kids listen to everything even when you think theyre not. & dont even get me started on the new office lady, Kimberly. She has no idea what she is doing EVER & is so rude. Shes clueless, but yet, tries to make you feel like the stupid one...

The staff is amazing and they truly care about the success of their students.

It is a wonderful place to take my kids to school everyday

Less than 3 weeks before school starts they change the bus stops from next to a major busy street to some weird neighborhood significantly farther away for a small child. Such disorganized mess of a school. The curriculum is poor copies of what appears to be a shared workbook. Food is full of sugar and terrible. Wouldnt recommend such a shotty school. Its amazing they stay open.

By far the worst school in America. Rated 656th out of 669 schools rated. If you want your children to fail in Life send them up there. Ms Dede will happily lead them down the wrong path

Great leader who cares about kids and wants to improve the community.

Lost my kid let her get bullied and made false accusations about her father to the police. Worst school staff Ive ever talked to. My daughter was fighting with a kid on the bus and the kid decided to physically hurt her and call her names like fat, the school tried to get out of dealing with it. When my daughters father called the school to deal with it they called the police and made false accusations about their conversation on the phone to the police. The staff does not care about the childrens wellbeing and your childs safety doesnt matter to them. My daughter has been bullied multiple times with no reprimandments from the school to the kids who did it. Another time they lost my daughter and she was put on the wrong bus even though she is a 1st grader and is supposed to be led to her bus she was not and we were waiting for the school to respond to where she was. It took an hour to locate her. The school was supposed to call back and the bus driver dropped her off outside of the house which could have been a complete stranger. These staff do not care about your children Do Not send your kids here

My son loves this school , I love how its small and he gets one on one . and the staff always keeps me informed with everything .

This is the worst school I have every been to!!! I was here in 1st grade and I would get bullied because I wasn’t able to speak good English. One time I didn’t know what the other 2nd grade teacher told me cause It was in English so I didn’t know what to say so that same day she made me write a note saying sorry for being very disrespectful and rude! In the lunch room the teachers don’t do anything to the kids; for example kids would be throwing food, running around and the teachers don’t care! WORST SCHOOL EVER!!!

I love this school because they are nice and take good care of us and we even have water day
