Jeff is awesome with the kids! And when it comes to music he knows his stuff. Our daughter has been taking piano lessons with Jeff at East Valley rocks for a year now and is starting voice lessons. The progress is awesome. Lessons are always looked forward to and we always add more sessions when needed to prepare for auditions. 5 stars, I highly recommend!

Wonderful locally owned school of music! My son has been taking drum lessons from the owner for five years and really enjoys his time at East Valley Rocks. Jeff makes it fun and challenging, and my teenager has a skill that he’s proud of. Jeff has gone above and beyond, offering practice space for my son and his alt rock band, and fostering them in their growth. The kids love him. I highly recommend EVR for anyone looking for musical instruction!

Jeff has awful customer service skills and is NOT honest. He gave us one price over the phone, but tried to charge me way more when I came in for first lesson. Not only that, he was extremely unpleasant and rude in person. Maybe try not being rude to new customers?If you want someone who is honest, and isn’t a condescending little man, don’t go here.

East Valley Rocks is really good! Jeff has been teaching me how to play the guitar for the last 3 months, and he has taught me a lot! He is a patient teacher (especially since I am not musically inclined) and always has a great attitude. I would highly recommend East Valley Rocks!
