I have worked with the staff here for several years and I can tell you that the staff here are some of the most genuine and kind people. They practice patience, which is extremely hard to find in a daycare and they GENUINELY care about the children who attend here. For me QUALITY of childcare is the most important thing when I look for a daycare for my daughter. I would feel confident that everyday my daughter will leave feeling COMFORTABLE and LOVED by the staff. Its hard to find a staff who are friendly and inviting.

The staff always look out for the children, theyre constantly checking on the children that go there to see if they are all doing well enough. I have personally witnessed them cleaning the shelves, tables, floors, walls and they bleach their toys every other Friday. The staff there are friendly and understanding, theyre constantly doing something in favor of the children. Its an amazing center.

I wont say this isnt a good daycare but thats all it is a glorified babysitting service and thats fine but it also false advertisement my children have forgotten EVERYTHING they learned at there previous school they can no longer write there names or even tell me the alphabet what kind of school doesnt continue or start education? again its not a bad place! they love it there and the babysitters but they come home smelling so foul! i know kids are gonna poop but at least go in to the bathroom and flush the toilet once you smell it or have someone go into the bathroom every hour and clean if your not going to teach them at least dont send them home smelling as if they spent all day in the bathroom.

Absolutely love this daycare! The staff is amazing with each and every child. I know when I take my child here that my child is going to be safe and taken care of, I can call at any point in the day and someone always answers the phone. I have nothing but positive, amazing things to say about this facility and the staff!

Toured this daycare and left feeling shocked and appalled. First, the entry is not secured, anyone can just come in and out. The playground was unsafe and a few small children were rolling themselves up in what looked like a discarded rug. Once I walked inside the building a fowl smell hit me so hard I had a stomach ache. The furniture was torn and tattered, some kind of fluid was in a puddle in the main room. The lights were off. Parents were coming in and out without checking in or singing anything. The childcare rooms had no activity boards or educational toys just a large tv in the main area. I asked for a pricing sheet and a woman just calculated some numbers in her head and gave me a price. The filth alone made my skin crawl. Im shocked this place is open and my heart hurt for the moms that had to bring their children here because its one of the only affordable options in the area. I am making a report to the health department!

My daughter has been attending this preschool for a couple years now and lets just say she absolutely adores every teacher here!! Yes it may be a older school but its filled with loving and caring teachers who are all more of a family rather than just employees. Im so grateful I found this school and my daughter is to !!!! Thanks all together now for making my daughter feel welcomed and loved just as she would at home Ms kim Ms Shelby and Ms Sassy are by far then best teachers around love you guys ❤❤ !!!!!

This daycare is awesome and my kids will not go anywhere else. Kim, Shelby and Sassy have so much patience with not only my kids but all the other kids at daycare, I dont know how they do it but theyre great!!!

Left our 6 year old outside all day in extremely hot temperatures. He got a 3rd degree burn from a hot slide and this was 3 or 4 days ago and theres still no incident report. Negligent? Id say so. After being in the heat all day he got extremely sick and was throwing up. This is not the place to take your kid, they leave them outside in extremely hot weather and no shade.

Ok so you get wat you pay for at this school ok....its just baby sitting. My 3 yrs old went from learning at one school to just playing and coming home smelling like a gas station bathroom at this one! My now 4 Yea old used to be able to write his name now only after a few months at this school cant even write the letter A or even identify colors! My daughter now knows how to use curse words in a sentence and says the teacher HIT another child in her class and says she so angry. I better then anyone understand the need for child care when your a full time worker with bills to pay but this school is not the way to go my company is all about making fake reviews and there are a lot on there and they all where put up with 5 stars and amazing teachers..im a witness to the inappropriate way they tell at the children and if I ever see them talking or even if my children tell me the women in this school raised there voice loud enough to scare them I can not be held responsible for my actions.

If you want a care service that makes kids play outside with no shade when its 100+ or a place that might cause harm to your child, this is the place. Ive seen them pulling children by their arms and my son came home last week with bruises and skin rub marks on the inside of the elbow from this behavior. The place often smells like urine or diapers, has food on the floor.I didnt want to leave any feedback until we had another solution but we are gone so its safe to be honest about the level of neglect at this facility.

Very unhappy with the care my 13 month old daughter received at this day care. She was there for only a day and a half and when I picked her up on her half day i woke her from napping and she had an abrasion on her nose, extreme swelling with bruising under the skin and a piece of a branch from a twig outside lodged between her teeth and absolutely no one could tell me if she fell, was hit or anything. Somehow the staff absolutely knew nothing about it. Unacceptable.

Horrible all the employees do is sit on their phones and not do a damn thing. Faces are always dirty ....I seen on teacher I believe the director pull a kid in the office by the childs legs . Kim the other director is always sitting and yelling and was yelling across the room on how much I owe on my bill. Walls are nasty floors are disgusting . Ones teacher with brown hair has her bf in there while shes sitting on the floor eating and the babies are crying . Dont take your kids here

I walked in and wanted to leave immediately. Unclean, unprofessional and I feel bad for the parents and children who have to come here.

This preschool smelled of urine and feces when I entered the building. The facility was not clean and did not appear sanitary. I cannot speak on the child care, as my child will not attend this place. I saw 2 children leaving the facility through the door and double gates, unattended as I was coming in.

Lourdes does the best!!
