My girls love it here. Danielle, Monica and the wonderful, loving teachers care deeply about the kids and work hard to make their days fun and educational.

Danielle, Monica, and staff are amazing! With COVID, they have put very strict protocols in place which makes me feel more at ease. The teachers post pictures of your child and daily notes to keep you posted about what your child is doing in the parent app. Any questions I have are addressed immediately. My child is happy when I drop him off and pick him up. Danielle and Monica are warm and you can tell by their interactions that they love the children and what they do. I would definitely recommend this facility to parents looking for a safe and healthy atmosphere!

There is so much to say about this KinderCare location. My son was one year old when he started at this location. I had already tried two other daycare centers and was not pleased with the lack of attention, dedication, and injuries that could not be explained. I found this KinderCare center and quickly enrolled my son! In just a few days they were able to tell me what actions they were going to take to teach my son how to interact and share with other kids. They explained that it was as if he had never been in a daycare setting before. That information told me that the two daycares my son was in prior to this one we’re not adequately equipped for education. My son is thriving in this center, he’s now two years old and the happiest he’s ever been in a center. The teachers Vanessa, Ariana, and center director Danielle and Monica make us feel like family! They encourage him to be his own person and every day Perla greats him with a good morning handsome or by his name. Perla has even played little games of hide and chase in the morning when he is being silly and runs from the door. My son is loved here and he loves his teachers. Not only do I feel the love they have for him but they care about me as a parent as well. Danielle has taken the time to have a heart to heart conversation with me that allowed us to reach a whole new level of communication and understanding. She reassures me that I’m doing good as a mom and educates me when I have questions. His teachers are warm and welcoming, they make me feel like more than just a parent dropping their kid off with a sitter. I feel like I’m taking him to a second home! A second home that will teach him things that I’m not capable of teaching, help him grow in ways that I may not have patience for. A place where we both belong. This KinderCare location makes me feel important and makes me feel like my son is important. We matter to them and that’s incredible when you’re trusting your world in their hands! Where do I begin! I am a lifelong critic and deterrent of Day Care, so when my daughter chose to go back to work, I was totally against putting my grandchildren in daycare. However...I have been proven wrong!!Danielle and her team have won me over. They have taken such great care of my little ones and for that I will forever be grateful. I have never seen such commitment to form lasting and personal relationships with children within a daycare facility. I even hesitate to use the terminology daycare facility because it has become a second home to my grandchildren. As a manager in Human Resources and College Services in Maricopa County Community Colleges District, I recognize the processes and procedures necessary to run a successful organization within a community and they have exceed expectations. Danielle and teachers Perla, Keisha, Monica and Vanessa have earned the trust of those they serve and have been instrumental during these uncertain times. The precautions they have taken to protect themselves, the children, the parents, etc., has provided so much peace and tranquility to me and my entire family. Danielle is one of the best Directors Ive seen. She is quick to respond and address any and all concerns. She cares about the children and I feel she and the center are an extension of my husband and me; they ensure what is important to us is reflected during the day at the center. My children are happy and are thriving at the center. I highly recommend this place.

This childcare facility is amazing! From day one the director Danielle and teachers Perla, Keisha, Monica and Vanessa have been nothing but amazing with my four children and myself. In just the short amount of time we have been attending KinderCare they have definitely become family to my children and myself. They never fail to let me know if something happen to one of my children (which is very rare). They’ve always called right away when my children have gotten hurt on the play ground or even when my children are having a rough day. They all have personally taken the time to make sure all of my children have a great day. The first day my children started here, they did not want to come home. Any questions I have they are always there to answer them. Now with COVID19, they have taken every precaution to protect my tiny humans and make sure they are 110% safe. Thank you KinderCare team for always making the children and the parents feel loved❤️

My son has gone to KinderCare since he was an infant. I see and feel the love the teachers, director and staff have for him every day. I know he will be safe and well cared for when I drop him off and I love to hear about his day at pickup. This team is like family and we’re thankful to have them in our corner. Through “normal” times and COVID, I know I can depend on them.

My kiddos have been at this Kindercare since they were infants. The teachers seem to really care about their growth and learning. My kids love their teachers! Danielle, the center director, is easy to talk to, holds her team to a high standard, and really makes Kindercare a fun, safe learning environment for the kids.With everything going on with COVID, I was hesitant to keep my children in daycare, but Kindercare adopted and enforces strict health protocols which has eased my worries.I am very happy with the Recker/McDowell Kindercare team and would definitely recommend!

This school is absolutely amazing. The director is wonderful she will stop what she is doing and take to time to listen to your questions or concerns. The teachers are great. I am so happy I choose this school for my little princess.

Our children love this school. I love how welcoming the Director and teachers are each day. The staff is great with communication and keeping parents informed about the childs daily progress. They provide a wonderful combination of play and academic activities throughout the day. Great school, would highly recommend!

This center is beyond warm and welcoming. The staff make all the effort to know you by name, love your child endlessly when you can’t be there and keep a safe space.The team in her room (school age) have really gotten to know her and her characteristics to the point where one teacher will bring in books she thinks she likes to read (and keep!).They find the strength in your child and foster that skill to help them continue to flourish.I am so happy I’ve found a place my child can go where she feels loved.Huge thank you to all the teachers and Director Mrs.Megan, who is such a blessing to this center!

We moved to the area in february and went to a daycare downtown I never felt a warm vibe during drop off or pick up, since Covid we worked from home and spent 2-3 months with a 2.5 yr old at home, I was so hesitant to bring her back to daycare, this daycare made me feel warm and the teachers were friendly, all wearing masks washing hands often, and I could tell my daughter loved it and they loved her, would 100% recommend this facility they are wonderful and so professional, I get videos of my kiddo playing and can tell by them taking the videos they love all the kids so much highly recommend- Jen Hobbs Eloise’s mama

My son has been attending this kinder care since he was 6 months old. All the staff is very friendly and loving towards my child. They do lots of art and learning activities. The director and asst director are very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this facility if you are looking for a place for your children.

The teachers are so amazing! My children love it there. Its nice being a working Mom and have zero hesitation when I drop my babies off for daycare. Thank you guys for loving my babies as much as I do!

I can not say enough good things about this daycare!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! My son is 18 months, he started attending the beginning of Febuary. I immeadtely noticed how fast his vocabulary was growing scene attending. he has learned sign language, blew me away!!!! Lol!! They are constantly engaged doing learning and fun daily activities. They are Clean! My son has not gotten sick once scene he started attending here witch is HUGE for him!!! Danielle the director is AMAZING ! My son absolutely loves Monica, 💜 just an amazing team here! She has such a great and loving staff, my son I feel could not be in better hands.i know he is safe and so happy here. It is his home away from home and could not be more pleased! Im so blessed to of found them! The Best, absolute best!!!!!

I’m truly blessed to have the opportunity to have my children enrolled at Kindercare in Mesa AZ. Before enrolling my infant daughter I visited multiple places and the environment at these places did not give me thats warm welcoming family feeling. I wanted a more family oriented environment a place where I know I can trust with my children because they are my life. Moving from out of state and trying to find childcare is a bit overwhelming and welcoming a newborn child during that period was stressful and having to return back to work I needed somewhere that I could trust. From first walking into the center I was greeted by Danielle and off the bat she made me feel so comfortable like I was home and that was exactly the feeling I needed for the care of my children. During the Covid Crisis they have provided excellent care for my children as well as other that I have witness pointing the children’s health first. I cannot say enough good things about this childcare facility. My infant daughter is learning so much and I’m truly great fun for the infant room staff that has provided my daughter with so love and care. My 9 and 5 year old sons also attend and it’s so exciting to see the everyday learning experiences they do on daily basis and coming home with projects and writing and learning material especially during the Covid crisis so their minds are continually expanding. The app that is provided has daily updates feedings, naps, pictures makes you feel your not missing out on their daily lives during the day. I want to thank everyone at the Kindercare Mesa location. My kids are truly blessed to be apart of this extended family and I’m grateful for the care the center has provided. I absolutely love Kindercare, so glad I made the switch last year. Absolutely worth every penny spent. My son was welcomed with open arms immediately. Teachers worked one on one with him during potty training and helped him excel quickly. He comes home with a smile on his face daily. We are always greeted by name by each teacher. Miss Megan (director) and Miss Ashley (asst director) are wonderful. No matter how busy things are, they will take time for you.My favorite things are the really well-thought out holiday family events (Halloween in particular was amazing - a bounce house and full spread of treats and crafts), daytime parties for kids on special days, the event calendar with dress-up days, and ESPECIALLY the weekly crockpot meals. My son is so proud when he comes home with dinner already made that he got to prepare. Miss Patty takes pics of my son doing the meals too - so near to get a glimpse of what my kiddo is up to while Im at work.Special shout-outs to Miss Amy, Miss Holly, Mr. Travis, Miss Shana, and Mr. David for all the love and support you show to my kiddo.

This Kindercare is the best! Megan and her team are wonderful. Megan, Hailee, Courtney,Kim, Ashely,Erin, Vanessa and Becca have made it so easy to leave my child when I’m at work. They love the kids and they love there jobs. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent

Kinder care is amazing. We (our family) love the director, assistant director, and all of the teachers there. Everyone really cares about the children, it’s a clean place, and my son has fun there. I would recommend KinderCare to everyone :-).

Worst of the worst. disrespectful and careless teachers, if your kid is dying crying they wont even pay attention and they always have the excuse. your kid will remain sick all winter. School manager? I cannot say enough how bad she is, gives all kinds of lies at the beginning. Thanks lord I went early that day and saw everything. Im filing a complaint to the head office.

My grandson has been attending this KinderCare for 15 months, he is 4 years old. It has been a pleasure watching him learn, grow, develop and improve his social skills from the help of this school.The facility is clean and kept in good repair and the staff is pleasant to work with. Ive had nothing but good experiences here. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is considering it. My daughter has been enrolled at the Recker McDowell KinderCare since she was 6 months old. We have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff are knowledgeable, very friendly, and above all else my daughter loves going to school everyday. I have complete trust that my childs welfare and cognitive development are being addressed to my own very high standards.

Update: the current center director has been nothing less than amazing. When i say i am that mom i mean im that crazy parent to deal with when it comes to my kids. Danielle has been on top of everything thrown her way and continues to go above and beyond for all of my babies! You can tell that thia is her passion. Its not just a job . I will be forever grateful to daniell, ms ashley, mr travis, ms patti, ms perla, ms haylie, and all of the teachers who have helped my kids be the best they can be.. it takes a village.. and im incredibly grateful for the village my kids are surroundes with!!

This location sucks...they monitored my 3 year olds behavior (then 2 year old) for over a week without telling me and then on a Friday evening when i am there to pick him up call me into the office and hand me a stack of papers showing me how they wrote down every time he misbehaved (most of the things he did could have been prevented as i feel it was lack of staff) like he was running with a pen or he was running around naked in front of other parents and that they felt he was a problem. I went against my better judgement and took him to be evaluated and the team did their evaluation and told me He is a typical 2 year old boy, sounds to me like the daycare was understaffed and does not know how to handle his amount of energy they did me wrong many times before this too but i didnt make a huge deal of it. One time i came to pick him up and he was sitting in a full on mud puddle behind a tree and he was head to toe mud. Other times i would pick him up and he was wearing some other kids shoes without socks. Other times they would call me saying he had a fever and i would leave work to go get him and when i got home, no fever. They also made me pick him up cause they thought he had hand foot mouth..took him to the dr the same day and he had nothing..He would come home with bites, scratches and bruises from other kids yet he was the one with the behavior problem..he was probably tired of being picked on. its nonsense and the best thing i ever did was pull him out of here. Within a week of him not going there he started talking and doing letters and numbers so apparently they werent teaching him at all..their nap times are too long too..they would let him sleep sometimes 4 hours which meant he wanted to be up all night. Half the time the staff was late in the mornings to open..it was just a mess...good riddance

I absolutely love my sons pre-K teacher, I’m glad they brought Ms. Jeanine in to be a part of the centers family. Let me explain why, in the last few months my 4 year old has bloomed since she came in, I was worried that I would have to put him in another program called KinderU to keep him caught up for kindergarten, but when Ms.Jeanine came in it was a 360, every night at dinner he talks about all kinds of topics he learns in class and he’s more structured than ever,( something my kids need). He talks about choices he made at school and knows when something is right from wrong. He learned his left and right direction, something we have struggled to help get right, ( no pun intended). Ms. Jeanine showed me where academically where my kiddo needed the most help and that help me get him help. She’s nurturing and at the same time Silly. I’ve seen her first hand help a student make a better choice before they decided to make a poor, That is something most teachers can’t do in a public school. I could only hope my son has a teacher like her for kindergarten!Before I forget I can’t forget Ms.Patty, she has worked with my kid In phonics and it has changed his love for books tremendously, he now spells everything he sees and sometimes it drives me bonkers and it’s at a moment I’m on a phone call but I can hear him and I’m mind blown that he’s trying to figure out what he just spelled. In the beginning when he started phonics I thought it was irrelevant but I would recommend it, he’s now in his reading section with Patty and I could only give positive results. Highly recommend Phonics!

I wrote a paragraph but all I need to say is this:The staff is unprofessional in the after school program, they dont fairly give consequences to all kids. Too many kids for the small staff in just a big room with toys that cant all be played with and the kids are discouraged because those are for other kids. Kids school things get lost and never to be recovered. Homework doesnt get done during homework time. Needs a more positive, fun, friendly staff. It is like my kid just goes into a big room full of kids and ends up acting out because he is bored and now my kids are kicked out and we have to take time off work and possibly even switch elementary schools because of the lack of afterschool programs. Regardless of my kids behavior, I dont care for the school.
