Staff & Teachers are so kind and loving. Was always greeted with a friendly hello. I love their App that they use so you can see how your kiddo is doing through out the day. Not one bad day and not one bad experience. All the teachers showed so much care and are very involved. So sad we had to leave (moved too far away) I recommend this place and will for sure miss all the staff.

I don’t understand why kids will be outside planning and it just got finished raining and it’s cold outside. You would allow toddlers and infants to be outside to get sick

Very unprofessional... suspending a 6 year old foster child who has a complex trauma. Jeanette the director is very unreasonable and rude. Nicole the assistant is very sweet as well as Jewelz the other assistant is the friendliest person Ive meet. Most of the teachers are caring. Some are new others arent. Im not sure, if Id use them again. I kinda always had anxiety dealing with them because of the brightt well app they use. Also, always kinda on edge waiting for them suspend my kid. They knew up front about the childs behavior.

Love love love the staff and teachers here they treat my daughter so wonderfully and I adore the smiles I see in her pictures and when I’m picking her up❤️❤️

I had the worst experience at childtime.Never have I seen my two sons so upsetAnd just mentally broke down. The directorWas nice but as far as that goes I have nothing more to say. If your looking for a good quality daycare that is awsome with kids please look into Maxwell academy. My boys loved it there.The only down fall was they did not transport to there school so I found childtime and that was the worst experience Ive ever had.

I love how secure this daycare is. All the staff is super kind and really care about the kids. They are a very clean facility too. I have a 1yr old & a 6yr old & both receive great care.

I hated this place!!! They are filthy dirty!! And when I came in to drop my child off they never made her feel welcome. I would stand there embarrassed because they would just watch me trying to let her go. As a parent it isnt easy seeing your child cry for you and not want to go. These teachers just sat there on their iPads making sure she was checked in. I was so frustrated that I just left with her and she will not be going back. My daughter was always hesitant to go back. But loved the fact that she could play with other kids!! do not choose this daycare unless you dont care for your kids being welcome somewhere.

I love it here! My son is almost 2 and this is our first experience with daycare. It took awhile to get him used to all the bugs little kids pass around, but that sounds pretty common anywhere. He has been going for 4 months now and we love it. The teachers are very kind and sweet with him, he doesnt cry anymore when I drop him off, hes ready to play with his friends. The school has a massive outdoor play area, which is something I didnt see anywhere else that I looked. Its always clean and all of the teachers greet me and my son by name, its a great feeling knowing that your child is being cared for by people that love him too.

Great center! Great Director! Great staff! I have a 2 year old, a 4 year old and a 8 year old who attend.

I did like this school. We did the temporary flex care. The director and the asst. Director are really nice and understanding. They let you know whats expected ahead of time. I wanted to continue with this school but my son would get cough everytime he went here. I did like how 1 yr olds sat together around the table at meal times unlike other schools where they are all scattered all around the place. My 17 month old also did so well on vocabulary when he went here as compared to other schools. My only complain is that Ms. Lisa will stare at you and give you that unfriendly look... well, I have noticed this with many childcare workers. I dont know why they lack social skills. Also, one day when I went to pick up my son, Miss Lisa didnt know where he was and started looking around the room and later said - oh he sneaked into my back. Arent toddlers supposed to be supervised at all times ?

I toured Child time of Mesa this afternoon and words cant even explain my disgust. First.... the overwhelmingly musty, moldy, feces smell in the main lobby made me almost puke and leave however I always try to be positive so I tried to ignore it.... then The room for 1 years old is about a 10x20 these kids had no room to walk around because there was furniture everywhere! There was literally pieces of trash, large rocks and other debris ALL OVER!! All the kids were screaming the entire time and all their faces were extremely red and puffy like they had been crying for a while! The outside play area had no real play ground equipment..... ok, not a huge deal but there was large sticks and trash all over the play ground!!!😭

Your children will not be safe here. Do not put your kids here

I contacted the hotline for tours and registration. Spoke with Robert. They took my information, and said that they could transport to and from my daughter’s school. The director reassured me that she would be transported and needed to be present by 0710. I called the school to find out they do not transport to her school until 0735. First discrepancy. Minor, so I left it alone. I received a call from my husband telling me that the child care center could not transport her to school and that we needed to provide transportation.I do not understand how the communication failed between the general contact line, the coordinator, the assistant and myself. They in fact transport to a Sequoia charter school on horne, just not the one my daughter goes to. I demanded my money back for this week, I want it back in full, as now I have to go through the hardship of finding another center for her and my husband and/or I must take time off work to ensure she goes from and to school.I am thoroughly disappointed with the services rendered. Something like this should not have happened to me and my daughter.To say the least a horrible experience.

My kids LOVE this place! At first i was a little skeptic because staff is young & their classrooms looked small... But then realizing everything is well organized, have lots of toys and activities for the kids plus a big backyard for the kids to play && MOST IMPORTANTLY super fun& friendly staff! Shoutout to Jasmyn? For helping me get rid of (both my kids) pacifiers!!! & Deanne the childcare director for being so nice, professional and caring towards all the children.... MY 3&ALMOST2 YR OLDS LOOK FWD TO SCHOOL EVERYDAY!!! (THX4 being so patient w my girls😍😍😍)

They have no healthy food but it is fun
