Worst place for education. Low level faculty members who neglect on education and quality. Just like how all ASU student feel, the investment you make here is like buying a fake watch. Be warned.

I went to this school for four years and I had the best time of my life. It is a nice, quiet, and small campus. The landscape is lovely, the class sizes are small and you do not have to walk far to get to class. However, living on campus was...interesting. The dorms there (besides the freshman) are decrepit. They are old army barracks. They are filled with asbestos and they make you sign a waiver if you live in them. They are also in the middle of nowhere so you get visits from bugs and critters. **IMPORTANT**: I also want to add that the the upperclassmen villages are a bit far from the campus and the street lights are old so it is very dark. Unfortunately, this area has had incidents of crime. I knew of students who were robbed here, and heard on the news about a women getting assaulted. If you have a friend or child who goes here, make sure they stay safe.

January 17, 2020 I went on a campus tour. Everything seemed great! Until I was introduced to a work study employee. College of integrative science and arts department. The work study employee was rude, and Arrogant. He had No means of acknowledgment toward me. As though I was invisible. I was going to transfer to this college but, no thanks. I wonder if all work study employee’s at polytechnic campus have this same attitude. Tuscan here I come.

Want a focused environment that is kind of a bit out in the middle of nowhere. Well hey. It has been a while maybe they developed this place. But I remember when it was kinda out in the boonys. This place offers an alternative to the hustle and bustle that you will find at ASU main campus. I am assuming, I may be wrong, but you may be able to find a more affordable living situation out here compared to Tempe.

This campus feels a bit empty. There is basically one cafeteria in the whole campus with only two restaurants, one of which is Subway, and a Starbucks. Neither of which I could eat or drink from daily. The rest of the campus is usually just buildings for classes to be held in or empty football fields and other sports as well. I feel like this campus could use a bit of improvements like adding more places to drop by if you werent a student.

What a great campus! Some amazing innovations in robotics, clean energy from algae and even UAS is happening here right now! The buildings are new, class sizes are small, and there is some great technology in them too! Also, the Morrison School of Agribusiness is located here.

Quaint campus where the emphasis is on applied learning. Campus is nicely spread and not too dense with great utilities for student access. The best bike co-op of the campuses, rivaling some bike shops.

I sent my two kids here with the purpose of them being exposed to a bigger school so they could be prepared to go to college. By the time they finished their 4 years here they turned out to be outgoing virgins who attended parties where they acted like middle schoolers gossiping about who likes who instead of drinking with each other like normal high schoolers. This is ridiculous and i would not send your kids here if you want your kids to come out as normal!

The ASU Polytechnic campus is my favorite campus because of its calm vibes, yet vibrant ASU culture. The engineering programs are well planned. There is beautiful desert gardening throughout all the walkways. A diverse, fun, and friendly student population along with a very helpful and friendly staff make the campus feel neighborly. Being a non-traditional student and military veteran, I feel right at home here, without the stress of being in the midst of the city; but have all the amenities of America’s largest ground university, in one of America’s biggest cities. I really love ASU and the Polytechnic campus.

I had an on the phone advising appointment in order to add the wildlife certificate to my program. This appointment was one of the most pleasant phone calls Ive ever received. It involved a very rushed process, interrogation techniques, badgering, and belittling the potential (me) student. Im an adult and its always the most wonderful thing to be talked to as if Ive never drank alcohol legally, had a job, drive legally, and file my taxes. Imagine that Im a big boy oops did I say boy, I meant that Im a full grown man. Huh. I was also yelled at for not being able to find the email my advisor sent me. She said that she sent it to me and I should be more on top of stuff. Funny when she couldnt even tell me which email she sent it to. I have several emails youre going to have to be specific and do your research. Heres something youll hear as an ASU student often, DO YOUR RESEARCH. Even when you put in hours of research about your degree they still act like you dont know what youre talking about. I worked on a schedule plan for my degree which was the duration of three years. It was perfect. They even said that. Then shortly after saying that.... they said do your research. Ugh. Im now going to attend U of A instead where they treated me like a person and not a dollar sign. Also U of As advisors actually know what theyre talking about because they have the same degree that youre going for. In case you didnt get the memo ASU, IM A HUMAN AND I HAVE FEELINGS.

Polytech is a beautiful campus nestled in the desert in what used to be Luke Air Force Base. Its natural desert landscape and LEED certified buildings make for a pleasant student experience. The campus is far less crowded than the Tempe campus because of this and the wide walkways and spacing between buildings. Highly recommended for prospective students.
