This place is a gem. Its a no frills type of place that has everything you could ask for to get a good workout. Would be 5 stars if their hours were extended, especially on the weekends but I can deal with that.

Great place to work out. Very friendly staff and always clean. Plenty of amenities and space. Would definitely recommend.
