Our infant daughter was only at The Baby Vine for a short time, but our experience was so wonderful. From the moment we reached out (before our daughter was born), Delaney and Willie were responsive and supportive. We loved their approach and that they focused on each child as an independent person within the larger community. The physical space is also so warm and inviting!

Our daughter attended The Baby Vine from age 10 months to 2 1/2 years, at which point she aged out of the program. Throughout the daycare years with our three kids, we experienced several different childcare centers and providers, but we never felt as comfortable leaving our child in someone else’s care than we did at The Baby Vine.We were very pleased with the care and attention that Delaney and Willie provided. They were consistently well-prepared with daily curriculum and instruction that was tailored to the ages of the children in their care. Delaney and Willie communicated with families clearly and frequently. We always knew the reasons behind their decisions and never felt uninformed. Delaney and Willie understand the importance of early childhood and aim to foster each child’s development by giving them a variety of materials and experiences, reading and speaking to the children one on one, and following a child’s interest. It’s amazing how rare that is!The Baby Vine also provides healthy, homemade, and often organic meals and snacks. We were always jealous of the variety of foods and scratch-made meals our daughter ate.Delaney and Willie are such dedicated childcare providers. If only there were more like them. We miss The Baby Vine!

Im echoing what other reviewers have expressed--Willie and Delaney are gifted daycare providers and have left a lasting impression on our family. Their early childhood development experise helped us navigate through out childs milestones and helped us build the skills we needed to raise our child through encouraging and inspiring social, cognitive and physical development to create compassionate global citizens who care for their neighbors and the earth. We are so thankful our child has that as a foundation, due much in part to the Baby Vine!

The Baby Vine exceeded our expectations in every way. Our daughter started in Delaney and Willie’s care when she was only three months old and continued until we moved out of state when she was 20 months. Delaney and Willie truly loved our child and she loved them. Not having family near us, we were very focused on our daughter forming healthy attachments with adults outside the home, and The Baby Vine provided that tenfold. Our daughter loved going there every morning and still talks about “Dee Dee,” “Wee Wee” and all her friends. Communication at The Baby Vine was excellent. Openness was valued and promoted, and the app gave accurate, real time updates on our child’s activities, meals, diaper changes and nap times. Receiving pictures of her throughout the day was always a special treat.Our daughter also had acid reflux and food allergies that The Baby Vine accommodated beautifully. Not only did they take extra care to help her feel her best, they also prepared delicious, allergen-free meals that were better than what we cooked at home. The Baby Vine works diligently to meet each child’s specific needs and monitors their progress expertly. The core pillars of their program instilled so many wonderful traits in our daughter and helped shape who she is today. We will forever be grateful for their excellent service - it is unlike any other we’ve encountered.

This is such a lovely daycare. Delaney and Willie are phenomenal women who are passionate about growing thoughtful, well-adjusted children. They are such great communicators - both with parents and children. We always felt our son was in a safe place at The Baby Vine - a place where he was respected, valued, and seen. We are sad our time is coming to a close at TBV as these ladies are pivoting to specialize in infant and young toddler care, but we know so many other families will benefit from their focused model.

Can I give 10 stars? It is hard to put into words how wonderful the Baby Vine is. Our almost 5 year old has attended for the past year and a half and we could not be happier with the quality of the preschool program and the loving care he has received. He has grown so much emotionally, cognitively and socially as a result of the activities, curriculum and relationships at the Baby Vine. He wakes up every morning excited to go to school and see his school family. Willie and Delaney are two of the most thoughtful, caring, and calm people we have ever met and we are grateful for the care, love, learning and joy they have given to our son.

The Baby Vine provides a truly personalized child care experience. Delaney and Willie werent simply caring for our two daughters; they used every ounce of their vibrant personalities to help our girls become independent, thoughtful and caring little people. Every single interaction with our family was respectful and compassionate.Communication and relationships were prioritized at The Baby Vine. The child-centered learning activities were beyond enriching; the food was better than what we cooked at home; and the physical environment was stimulating, inviting, and Eco-conscious. Reliability was outstanding as Delaney and Willie ensured the daily operations were timely and well-organized. Each day we looked forward to seeing private updates and photos of our girls.The families and other children at The Baby Vine formed a tight-knit community where we would celebrate milestones and problem-solve together as needed. Delaney and Willie are key to the development of this authentic sense of family. My oldest daughter still talks about each of her friends at The Baby Vine as if they were her cousins. The low provider-to-learner ratio not only ensured my kids received a great amount of attention from Delaney and Willie but also that they could develop strong relationships with their peers.If we had not moved out of state, we would have stayed at The Baby Vine forever. Just this morning our oldest daughter asked if she could see her friends and hug them. Daycare is expensive no matter where you go. The investment in sending our daughters to The Baby Vine was one of best value-add decisions weve ever made.

Because we would temporarily move from the Netherlands to Minneapolis because of our work, we were looking for good childcare for our 8 month old son. Thats how we came into contact with Delaney. She was immediately very pleasant in contact, quickly responded to our questions and made us feel that we could leave our son with peace of mind at The Baby Vine. This feeling turned out to be absolutely correct. Although our stay ultimately lasted much shorter due to the international COVID-19 developments, Delaney and Willy certainly lived up to our expectations in that short period. Our son had never been to a day care center before and had to get used to it. Delaney and Willy helped him very well with this. Every morning he was greeted enthusiastically by them and during the day they shared updates on eating, sleeping and fun activities such as reading books, sledging, walks and listening to music. When he was not doing well for a day, they told us honestly, which we really appreciated. Delaney and Willy were honest and open in their communications to us, even in the uncertain early days of COVID-19 developments when much was unclear. Now that we are back in the Netherlands we regularly start with our son about his time at DeeDee and Willy and every time he starts to smile broadly. We think you cant get a bigger compliment than that! We can therefore wholeheartedly recommend The Baby Vine!

The Baby Vine was our daughters first out of home childcare experience and we could not have asked for a more nurturing space for our daughter.Delaney (DeDe as the kids call her) and Willie are patient, enthusiastic, consistent, firm, engaged and educated in all that they do. The space and curriculum are designed thoughtfully to meet the littles various needs, from infant to preschool. The nutrition program is something you would be hard-pressed to find anywhere else. Every day upon arrival Willie or Delaney very mindfully great each child in a focused manner. They are quick to share observations about ones child and their daily activities, as well as very detailed assessments throughout the year. Their knowledge base runs deep and they continue to aspire to do and know more about infant and child development, as it relates to the academic, emotional and physical.
