I was pulling up to check out the school and meet a cousin who lived close by I was told I didn’t belong and to leave had the cops called and because I don’t have to explain to a rude human who accused me of committing crimes I am very pregnant I get they have a lot of drug addiction issues due to the camp by the light rail but the disrespect and the fact I was attacked by a employee was what drove me away I will never attend this program

Takoda Institute is a wonderful place to learn and get ready for your future! They offer small class sizes and the faculty treats you like a part of the family.

I love Takoda! When youre here, its like family. The staff here are fantastic. Im so glad that I decided to take a program here! I highly recommend Takoda! Takoda means everyone is welcome in Lakota.

It seems like a good place by how it looks on the inside and out, so I dont question its legitimacy. But the way communication is done is very iffy. It doesnt make me wonder if anything is dubious is going on, but its very blatantly disorganized. theyre not good at getting back to emails and phone calls, and I went in to talk to someone in person and even that was disorganized. the community speaks very highly of it, so Im still going to give it a shot with the classes, but I am very skeptical of how this is going to go.Edit: they scheduled a class on veterans day causing people to miss a day into training and certifications because of that day. veterans day isnt new, and I feel it was a very negligent for them to not plan that out better.They also dont keep up with their website, flyers, and updates. This is all really poor communication, on their end.Edit 2: the facility has Wi-Fi, but it has a password and its very weak.

They are very helpful and resourceful. The employees there are pretty awesome when it comes to people that come through the doors and want to work to better themselves and their lives

They dont even care to give a call to let you know building is closed when in fact exam is scheduled and after taking off time from work when i arrive its closed. and when i call them they were so careless and the lady who picked the phone try to tell me pearson due should have notified you and should have known we are closed ... she says the person who can help you not working this week and call next week ? is this customer service ? I paid 330 dollar to take the exam and they just let you hang in there with no notice ? Just worst customer service!!!

The teachers there are more than teacher they are friends to us we could be ourself around them and as long as we stayed on track with work and stuff we were suppose to do we were good. The teachers there gave us the opportunity to learn. And made it interesting and fun learning😁

Horrible horrible service. I book a GED science test there for June 9th and take the day off work, rent a car and turn up for the test. Only to be told that due to logistics problem the test was cancelled, without a call or a email??mess up my whole day and my whole week plans. 3 others were in my position on that day alone.This service is not good enough, its a disgrace.

Wonderful staff always willing to help. AIOIC is the future of this generation.
