Every time I go in this store the floors are dirtier and dirtier. It’s like they don’t even clean them. The bathroom was as bad as an old dirty convenient store. Toilet paper in only one stall and it was nasty. The toilets has dirt, pee, and hair on them and looked like they had not been cleaned in who knows when. It was absolutely disgusting for a place of business. I turned and walked out of that bathroom with disgust. I’m not one that does reviews but this was awful and I’ve watched it get to this. They obviously need a different more professional manager.

This was the first place to open after Hurricane Sandy for me to print important documents while my power was out. Even though I was using the self-service print station, Kelli was very cheerful and a great help to me and other customers!

I gave them a 5/5 because the excellent customer service. I order some programs online. The order did not come out the way I wanted (this was my first time doing programs). I contacted customer service online and they referred me to the store. I went to the store and the young man (named PJ) in printing service happily reprinted the programs the way I wanted them. You all were awesome. I went to the other Office Max store and they acted like the couldnt do anything for me.

Be careful when you buy stuff from this location.. They are tricky and manager same way.. Bought the package black and color ink and when i opened it they were both opened boxes inside returned them to show the manager he said those are not ink from here they are diff dates . And he saw me when i bought them.. All good lost$38.49 but just letting you guys know open it right away in front of the cashier if you buy anything from them... Dont get tricked like i got screwed..

Impressive customer service. From the time you walk in the door, you are greeted by an associate, who ask what they can help you with. I just needed a pack of manila envelopes (10x13), and Mr. Paul was the best help. Gave me a special discounted price. Really appreciated it!!!

Outstanding customer service. Kelli went above and beyond to make sure all my business needs were met in a professional and timely manner. I use to go to Staples, but thanks to Kelli I and my company will be using Office Max on Schillinger Rd for all of our business needs.

For one the guy that works the copying center is very rude me and my husband stud there for 10-12 mins before him coming over very rudely and asking can I help yall with something and as Im tell him what I want he interrupts me and tells me you do know we close in 20 mins. He didnt have a name tag on but its the guy that has the speech impairment I wouldnt recommend anyone to go up there. Not to mention it say on the website for this store that it cost 0.09 for a black and white copy and they charged me way over that I got 195 copies and payed right at 43$ when it was supposed to be like 20$ I dont appreciate you over charging me just because you didnt want to do your job cause it was almost getting off time. And be4 you go saying no I didnt over you here the math 195×.09=$17.55 now if you didnt over charge me why did I pay over 40 buck for my copies. I will be calling a manager today and talking to them I sure hope they get this resolved. I dont know if he was having a bad day or what but he didnt have to treat me and my husband the way he did...

The service was friendly and fast. The young lady helping me actually ask me questions to confirm that I got exactly what I wanted great jobs.

Got some business cards made in the print center. I had a logo and they put that on them and basic business card information. I was in and out WITH my cards in 25 minutes!! They turned out great and surprisingly inexpensive! PJ is the man!
