Great sore, helpful employees

Completely messy store. Honestly looks like a black Friday sale happened in there. This place used to be one of the best Dollar Tree locations in Mobile, what a shame.

Usually this place is clean and well kept. Sadly Ive had issues with some of the employees stocking shelves and being rude when asked a question. Cashiers are usually nice, even if its almost always a single register open. Overall, one of the better DTs in the area.

Water on tbe floor in a couple of places and not very clean store

I truly enjoy shopping at the dollar tree...I find many of the items there that I buy in the major food stores for a very convent cost...Thank you...

They got plenty of plastic Easter eggs

They run out of popular stuff but thats to be expected. I dont by otc meds or vitamins tho...

Very organize. Excellent customer service. This place Carries a tremendous amount of stuff. From beauty supply to birthday party balloons and accessories to car accessories and oil. The seasonal stuff is also avilable at all occasions. School supplies are also available in big quantities and different selections. Its a one stop shop.

A big mess and shelves wrmere empty

The store wasnt clean or organize and the cashier wasnt friendly or helpful..

The store is great but after watching how one of the employees treated a customer today I wont be back. At about 2pm on April 24th I was getting in my car as I saw an elderly lady who was clearly struggling to walk head towards the store using a shopping cart to steady herself, as she approached the side walk she had to stop and try to lift the end of her cart to get it over the curb. As my daughter and I were getting back out of the vehicle to go help her we saw a female employee standing less than 5 ft from this lady smoking a cigarette and watching her struggle. The employee didnt offer any help instead she put her cigarette out and headed for the door, I really figured ok shes going to hold the door for the lady but no instead she literally shut the door in this elderly womans face. Who does that? Even if you werent an employee the decent human thing to do would be to offer a little assistance but the fact that you are an employee and this is how you treat your customers lets me know this is no place I want to give my business to.

Very dirty, empty shelves, rude staff

Great Location! This is by far my favorite Dollar Tree to visit however they usually only have one slow person running the registers and they wait until the line is totally backed up to call for help. The wait times are a little much but Ill still frequent this store.

Very helpful and I ended up buying way more than planned!!

I found most of what I went in for, which is saying a lot, because some of the DTs just dont keep things in stock. They may have had the other things, but that stuff was probably still in the boxes that cluttered the store. Besides that, pretty good experience.

Nice dollar tree when well stocked. The holidays has it looking a bit messy inside but the staff is nice and helpful.

I love the price and the great craft options...but the customer service leaves something to be desired. The long, slow moving lines are unpleasant at best.

This location always seems to be under staffed, the long lines and wait does not encourage me to come to this store very often. The staff members are friendly and try their best, but they need some help.
