I went to school here about 40 years ago, went back on vacation about 6 years ago just to see the school and the staff was extremely nice even offered to let me walk around. It was very nice reminiscing and being treated so well. Ty

My biggest worry with moving to a new state was whether we would find a great school for our son. Lakewood has exceeded my expectations. Two years in a row my son has had excellent teachers and student teachers who have helped him excel further than he has before and who helped him adapt to a whole new school with lots of new faces. Every staff member I have encountered has been welcoming and a pleasure! Well be sad to leave Lakewood after 5th grade!

Wonderful school!! Its my sons 2nd year with them, and he has had an awesome progress. His teacher Ms.Rachel Sachinni, is a wonderful very attentive and loving teacher. My husband and I are very sad, because we have moved and unfortunately there is to transportation from where we are to there, and next year he will have to start on another school. We love it, this school isost definitely a #10.

Office staff is extremely rude and does not care for any issues or concerns you may have. They talk to people like your trash and beneath them. VERY disrespectful. I would urge not to sent your kids to Horry County Pubic schools. We are home schooling our children because of the lack of education & human decency. Hopefully in the next year or two I can afford to send them to a private or charter school.

I went there in 4th grade it is the best school I have been to Im Paris Fealy every teacher or staff knows me and I know them there all very nice Im in sixth grade now thank you for being a great school
