I have been a instructor with Carolina Dance Alliance for the past 2 years while I attended school at ECU as a dance major. I can honestly say that teaching this wonder group of kids and young adults is truly inspiring. The students are so professional and really give their all to refine their craft. I 10000% recommend signing your child up for a class. You’ll be amazed at how much growth you’ll see. CDA is truly a family. I can’t wait until the next time I get to work with this amazing group of special people!

This studio is fantastic! My daughter has grown so much as a dancer and young lady. The influence the other dancers, instructors, and owners have had on my daughter is nothing short of amazing and positive. Teaching her how hard work leads to success will impact her for the rest of her life. I am thankful to the entire staff at CDA for having nothing less than a professional and family friendly environment for my dancer to grow up in.

Such a wonderful group of dancers and teachers. I LOVE watching their beautiful work. Highly recommend for any age dancer for both competitive and recreational dance.

My daughter will start her 3rd year at CDA in a couple of weeks. We are so happy we chose this studio.The owners, staff, and instructors are wonderful. It has also been great for not only her gross motor skills, but also social skills and learning to follow directions. She has already learned so much of the terminology, all while having fun. She can’t wait to go to dance each week! She is naturally a shy child but this experience has given her confidence. The older children and competition dancers are so friendly and help with the little ones, which is great. Top notch facility; definitely recommend!

Hi, I’m Anna Carroll! I’m a graduated senior of NBHS, an incoming freshman to UNC at Chapel Hill, and a student/teacher at Carolina Dance Alliance. Please be wary that some negative reviews left on this site were written by children or are from people that have no relation to CDA in any way. This is my home and it has brought so much joy, encouragement, and friendship into my life since their very first class. From recreational to competition level classes, every student is cared for and loved by the staff as well as the other students. This is especially true from our senior competition team, whose passion and love for the art of dance inspires me every day.

I have the great honor of being an instructor here at CDA! There is always so much respect and encouragement displayed to one another amongst the staff and kids daily. I have been apart of the CDA family since high school and it’s is the most loving, positive, and fun filled studio I have ever been too! CDA provides many opportunities to the students from local events to competing at national competitions. We strive to give our students the best quality of dance education and always allow our students the opportunity to showcase their own artistry. CDA is constantly evolving and continues to give their students all the tools they need to be successful. Amazing I go to dance there and they are absolutely the best studio Ive been to....by far.the owner is so sweet and understanding this place is so cool

I have noticed that a lot of the people in the competitive teams are rude and hurtful. Many people have quit dancing at the studio because some of the girls like to hurt peoples feelings, and it isn’t called for.

The girls spread a lot of negativity around the studio. many of the girls are stuck up :/
