We have had a wonderful experience with Down East Dance-- very professional but still fun and engaging. Quality instruction and lots of opportunity. We have loved it so much that I am signing up for class as an adult while my 6 year old daughter dances for the fourth year in a row! Highly recommend!

Were starting our second year here and couldnt be happier! Staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and patient, and keep the studio running smoothly and parents well-informed. The teachers treat each student as an individual, and like family. We hope to keep dancing with Down East for many more years!

By far the BEST dance studio in New Bern. The owners and staff and warm, friendly, and know what they are doing. My 10-year-old daughter has been going to Down East Dance since 2012 and she LOVES her time there and always wants to take more classes. I highly recommend this studio to anyone and everyone!!!

My son (12 yrs.) is taking the summer Hip Hop class and he said it was so awesome.. The teacher is awesome and he just love it! So we signed him up for the school year.. He cant wait for classes to start..

I have danced here most of my life and I really enjoy it! C it is amazing to be surrounded in such a great atmosphere and Downey stance is my favorite place to be!

I have danced with this studio for 8 years now and I love ms.joan.this is a great place to dance at and to learn at.i highly recommend it for 5-17 years of age.you can start dance there at age 3 though.
