Our girls (5&8) currently attend classes at Supreme. To say that we are satisfied is an understatement. The girls are eager to attend every session and look forward to earning the promotions/rewards. The space is kept clean and well organized while utilizing adequate social distancing norms. The instructors are dedicated and talented on top of being super friendly, and always go the extra mile to get their message across. I have seen my kids improve their physicality as well as concentration and discipline over a short span and I have to credit Supreme.

I have been attending the kickboxing class at Supreme since November last year and I could not be happier. Its exactly what I need after a long day at work. The masters are very professional, always come up with new exercises and take into account participants different levels of experience. It can be challenging at times but its never too difficult and always fun.

We go to Supreme 4 days a week with our son. The teachers are great, the classes well organized and flexible. They have an app that makes it easy to sign up. We would recommend it to anyone!

Sending my 5 year old son here was such a great decision. I was a little worried at first because my son is super hyper and has issues focusing, but everything worked out and he loves it! Not only is it super clean, but Master Jun is so amazing with the little dragons. He’s so patient with them and teaches the little dragons how to have confidence and respect. Not only is my son learning that, but he’s also starting to focus and follow directions a lot more. He loves going and the parents are super friendly! Great place!

We love the Taekwondo classes but do not like the constant change of schedules every month, you should keep all classes at least for 3 months. The rest classes are amazing and teachers very engaging with kids

My 3yr old son has been a member since October of 2020. Taekwondo services my sons level of activity and interest in physicality. We also wanted him to learn foundational skills in self-defense. This business, specifically at upper westside location, has been a great experience for my son. The Master for the 3-5yr old age range is great. He is very relatable, silly, but also, serious when its time to focus and execute drills. I appreciate that the children arent given rewards, when they dont earn them. I also like that there are daily as well as long term incentives that this age range can grasp in understanding. I am also happy that they have increased the ratio between children and Masters. Annd that they mix indoor and outdoor classes.

Supreme Martial arts is terrific! My son has thoroughly enjoyed the classes and benefits from the discipline, exercise and instruction. It is great fun to watch him learn new routines and consistently improve his Tae Kwon Do skills. Master Joon is a patient, encouraging and overall excellent instructor. I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Supreme Martial Arts. My daughter has been taking TaeKwonDo here for the past 3 years. The instructors are so wonderful. They take so much pride in their work and teaching the children. The kids learn but they also have fun and great get exercise. During Covid, they have done a fantastic job of coming up with creative ways to teach the children whether it be online lessons or lessons in Central Park. They are setting an amazing example.

The team of the Supreme MA (UWS) is beyond friendly and extremely professional. I feel like I’m improving my technique everyday. The studio is also super clean and follows all the safety manners. 10/10 recommendation!

Theres an amazing dedication from the instructors here. It never feels routine or repetitive; theres always some new nuance to learn. Theyre always patient, encouraging, positive. They also create a true sense of community among a group of students from very diverse backgrounds. People of absolutely all ages and levels of fitness train here and there is something for everybody. Its a great workout and a great stress reliever; for an hour you are so focused on the training and on getting your technique exactly right that you have no mental space to think about whatever frustrations you had to deal with during the day. If you hate dragging yourself to the gym, this is a great way to get fitter while learning a useful skill, gaining in confidence and shaking yourself out of your routine.

After visiting three other martial arts studios nearby for my 4.5 year old son, we walked into Taekwondo and my son loved it. The masters are wonderful with the children and after being persuaded to join in the adult class I was impressed by their immense patience with all of their students.I would recommend here to any family and encourage families to take the opportunity to join together.

My 4-year-old son started the Little Dragon program in December 2017. He is relatively shy and lacks confidence around people he doesnt know well. The first couple of weeks he was hesitant to participate so we allowed him to watch.The staff was supportive and friendly during this period and continued to encourage him. Finally, he was ready to participate and he just jumped right in. It was noticeable how with each class his self-confidence increased and he was having fun.Credit to Master Kim for his patience and exceptional ability to engage the younger kids in martial arts. My son loves attending his classes now and I can tell he has a real sense of pride and accomplishment. Instructors are very friendly and has been extremely proactive to ensure all our questions were answered and needs were met.I highly recommend Supreme Martial Arts and I really mean it.

Definitely the best Martial Arts school!I had almost no Martial Arts experience when I signed up (I did Judo back in Germany when I was 5 years old). Its been almost 4 months now and I feel like I already learned a lot!Master does a incredible job teaching and he is very patient. He has the perfect mixture of motivating and pushing you to your limits, and being patient and understanding.So if youre thinking about starting martial arts, I can highly recommend to go to a trial class. It definitely doesnt matter how old you are, how much experience you have or how fit you are. My daughter has been training at Supreme for over 5 years and I cant say enough about this school. Theyre dedication to their students and their craft is amazing. My daughters self esteem and confidence has helped her in school and on the soccer field. There have been times when she has struggled and her instructors took notice and gave her the attention that she needed to succeed.I myself just started the adult kickboxing class and I absolutely love it! The workout is amazing and you leave feeling energized and happy! There are plenty of places to take kickboxing but this is the only place for me. Its very unique place. The instructors and staffs greet the families with their friendly faces and respect. They answer the questions with their knowledge and polite. They pay attention on each student, compliment and encourage them.My son is not only learn Taekwondo at this place but also learn lots of good social interactions. This is a very nice and clean studio with Grand opening school.They have one more school in East side.Staffs are nice and professional especially with kids.Classes are Nice combination with Strict and Fun.They even encourage my kid to be a better person in his life not only studying but how to treat people and stuff which is i really like because my kid sometimes he is very rude to others.Highly recommended!

Ive been kickboxing at Supreme Martial arts for almost three years. All the instructors are amazing, the people are great, and its a fun workout. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun environment to sweat it out with a group of awesome, supportive people!Shout out to instructors Jesse, Domenico, Franklin, Joon, James, and Mustafa for kicking my butt on the regular!

Over the span of few months from April 1, 2018 to October 7, 2018 the following is what I observed at this martial arts school:1. On a VERY POSITIVE note, the instructor-owner, Master Kim, engages the youngest students 3 years old and up exceptionally well. He is great at keeping the children mindful of their self-control. Master Gabriel uses all the positive words to all the children which i love to hear that also.2. Exercises are done either with no targets (air strikes) or with target paddles that make a nice loud popping sound when struck properly. They use some kind of x-ray papers. However, the large kicking shields are virtually NOT used that much. Sometimes the paddles makes so much noise and it kinda bothers you to watch.3. They Yell and scream a lot. I think its good because my kids cant yell and scream anywhere. Im sure kids want to express themselves sometimes. Even i want to join just to scream and yell and hit things so i can think of my boss and revenge him on the paddle.4. The place is very clean and safe. I heard they are having renovation soon. Even Better for me.CONCLUSION:The Little Tigers program is a GREAT VALUE.My kid love it. I guess for now. But i will keep him until he gets a black belt because this is very different than other kind of activities.All the instructors really knows her stuff on how to engage 3-4 year olds. forms, basics (blocks, strikes, kicks), and street self defense portion of his curriculum is indeed WELL ORGANIZED in stages for the belt-rank progressions.

Clean and open studio, excellent instructors. My daughter has been attending for almost 3 years now and still finds classes to be fun and challenging. During the pandemic, they offered live online classes, but now they are back in the studio. Classes are about 30-35 min long; they used to run 40 min.

My son had a trial class and he really enjoyed it. All teachers seemed very patient with the kids.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff with a variety of backgrounds. The classes give you a great workout, but do not neglect good technique. Plus, it’s the only MMA gym in Manhattan I’ve found that has both taekwondo and Muay Thai!

Their 35 minute kickboxing is intense and worth every penny. I could tell my instructor Ronald was reading the room and was able to adjust the rate we were going without compromising the exercise. Recommend highly!!

Supreme Taekwondo has been such a wonderful addition to out lives. I have strong-willed & smart children (dont we all?!). Mine are boys and these classes have built the principals of confidence ans self respect that act as cornerstones to proud and proper behavior in all aspects of their lives. My kids arent perfect, but they are lovely himans, in part thanks to these studios. Tkd instructors instill self control and respect for those in class wnd all around us - my boys 4&6yrs are super proud of who they are. When we started I felt like they were searching for morals and values outside of what I was teaching and these courses gave them such healthy personal goals. Plus physical strength and body control. Instructors lead by example. Ive heard other patents mention “too firm” but, for us, and i teuly believe for most...its a gentle and expected firmness of respect that is both given and expected and the consistency and structure that really works to help mold our wonderful little people. Kids know exactly what to expect when they walk in and it lays groundwork for their lives iutside of class. Im so pleased. On top of all that its a sport for the self, not a direct competition, their practices are their own. They do what they do for themselves and not to please their parents. Self driven is HUGE. I highly reccomend this specific studio because they genuinely care and this practice because its a lifelong healthy mentality. We go 1x a week. My kids are diff levels.

I came to check out this center right when they opened up, and ever since day one every single instructor/member of the staff has been so warm and welcoming. Ive been here for about five months now, and day after day I leave the gym feeling great! Youll always be surrounded by people who are looking to learn and grow, as well as instructors who are looking to help you get to where you want to be.The facility is solid, in terms of the mat space (they made great use of the space that was there when bell sports plaza was around) and in terms of other equipment for the muay thai and taekwondo classes (pads/heavy bags/etc). LId highly recommend you call the gym and check it out, do a walk through/take an intro class.
