Extremely helpful class! Very smooth transition as a first-time cybersecurity student. On top of that, the class would not have been a great learning experience without a great instructor, Juan Rodriguez, who was patient with all students, extremely knowledgeable, casual enough to encourage student interaction and involvement, he also tells students his experiences in the field to further affirm the topic of study. Definitely looking forward to finishing the rest of the pathway with this institute and hopefully the same instructor!

This summer I signed up for CompTIA Security+ course on version SY0-601. TIA’s website clearly stated that this class would only cover SY0-601, but in the first class session the course material was over SY0-501.I requested a refund, but I was asked to give them a second chance. I said thank you, but I would still like to withdraw from the class and get a refund. I was ignored…I had to go to my bank to dispute this charge, which was such a hassle!I previously took a ITIL-4 course with TIA and I enjoyed the class. It thoroughly prepared me for the certification exam. However, I am VERY disappointed with the customer service that I received this second time around.

I was looking for prep course and materials to finally pass my PMP after years of trying. I found Andrew Ramdayals materials on amazon and his videos on line. He was the one that put me over the top! I refer all my associates who are looking to take the PMP to his classes and materials. If you really want to learn about the Mindset, his course is where to go!

I should not have jumped the gun and listened completely to what was been asked. I made assumptions. They called me right back after my review and we talked with respect and both were very calm and understanding to each other. Now I see they are professional representatives as well and they answered even more questions that I had. Thank you for returning my call. I had called to just confirm some information and the representative told me I did not read the website. The fact is I did I just wanted confirmation. Everyone interprets things differently so; I wanted confirmation. He then refused to answer my question which was a yes or no answer and hung up on me. For this to be a professional school they need to get a professional customer service representative.

Im so glad I came across this training school. I was at a point where I didnt know if I was going to ever be ready to take the PMP exam. I tried various ways and even other institutions for months but I never felt ready to take the exam. I did not even know where to start with learning the material. And then I saw a free seminar with Andrew R. for this school and signed up right away. I learned more in that free session than I had learned in months. I recently took a TIA prep class for PMP. The class provided the perfect balance between project management domain knowledge and test taking techniques. One very good tip was understanding the concepts of earned value, actual costs, budget, and schedule performance. Instead of memorizing the formulas our instructor gave us with an understanding of the concepts that provided the foundation to answer many questions. The course also came with a couple of practice exams to reinforce domain knowledge and test taking techniques. I passed the exam on the first attempt with an above average score in all areas.

I took my PMP class with Michael and I passed my exam on the first try. Michael is the funniest teacher and professor, and will keep you learning and entertaining at the same time. He answer all questions and give his truest advices. Andrew’s book make it super easy to understand the PMP concepts, and help to pass the exam. Highly recommended to take the online class.

The PMP prep class that TIA offers is better than any class you can take, even at a top tier college, and its 1/4 the cost. They explain the entire process from inception to the day you take your test.The training materials that you have access to are immeasurable, never mind the instructors. They live, eat, and breath PMP. This is who you want teaching you the PMP mindset. All you have to do is dedicate your time, the rest is down hill.

I passed on the first try, above target in all areas! I researched different courses and found this to be one of the nicely price with lots of resources. More stuff for your money: great book, videos, online class, practice tests and exams. User friendly, information made simple and easy to access every where I went, commute, at home. Recommended!

I was looking for a place to take a PMP course that fit my schedule and wasnt crazy expensive. I found TIA through a google search and called to get more information. The staff was very friendly and gave me the necessary information to give to my employer to take the class.I took a Tues/Thurs. with Mike. I really enjoyed taking his class. He made the information understandable by using real like examples and takes time to make sure everyone understands the information. The teachers care about you passing the exam and make sure you are prepared.TIA has a lot of resources that made it easier to study for the exam. They have their own guide (similar to the PMBOX book) that has the majority of the information you need. Also, they have videos for each knowledge area which is a great reference when you are studying. They provide practice questions and quizzes. All of these materials are included in your tuition which is a great deal.I would highly recommend TIA for any of your certification needs. I had a great experience and the value in my opinion cant be beat. I passed my PMP test on the first try with above target on all knowledge areas.

Took the CISSP Online course. Went from 50% on practice exams, to a 100 question pass on the exam itself. The exam requires you to think and understand the meaning and theory behind the concepts. Andrew, our instructor, does an incredible job of providing this and was the deciding difference. Hes also an engaging instructor that will keep you focused.

I recently took the TIA prep for PMP. Michael, our instructor, was excellent and kept the material engaging and fun with real-world situations. With the enrollment, you also get access to a library of video tutorials, which I found incredibly helpful. This curriculum is a fantastic value between the live class and the video tutorials -- the instructor knows his stuff and takes the time to answer every question. Make no mistake: you need to study a lot to pass the PMP - its a TON of material to learn and understand. I used the TIA course and study materials exclusively, and I felt completely prepared for my exam. P.S. I passed my PMP in late April, scoring Above Target in all three domains.

I took TIAs PMP Exam Prep training last week online and passed my exam the following morning. I wouldnt encourage others to sit their exam so quickly, unless like in my case you had been self-studying prior to taking a formal training program. The instructor was knowledgeable, relevant, and took the time when needed to review and expand or difficult sections of the materials. I should also add that the course content was fully up to date for the current Jan 2021 exam content. (Agile Methodologies etc) First-rate experience overall.

After a four month class/review process, I received my PMP certification and I could not have done it without TIA and my instructor Mike Monteverdi. I was nervous to take an online class since I’ve always taken classes in person, but this was a great experience. I signed up for the Tuesday/Thursday night classes. Mike was friendly and a great facilitator who kept everyone engaged (especially with his Dad jokes)! On the first night, he discussed what the next 4-5 weeks were going to look like. He provided all the materials needed for this course (PowerPoints, electronic books, and mock exam). During the class he made sure to answer everyone’s questions – there was an option to direct questions to him privately and he never brought up your name but still made sure to answer your question. He provided real life examples that were relatable and easy to remember. If folks needed more of an explanation on something, he would come up with examples relatable to your job to make sure you fully understood. Throughout the course, he would read emails from folks who passed the test and shared their experience. He provided tips on how you should study after the course was over and he explained what the exam would look like and the materials you would need (sent over mock exam links, whiteboard etc.)One thing that really drew me to TIA is that they allowed you to retake classes up to a year without any additional expense. This was super beneficial because I took the course again right before my exam as a refresher.Mike always went above and beyond to make sure everyone’s questions and concerns were addressed. He wants everyone to succeed and be part of the PMP club. Mike even had me call him one day so that he could clarify my questions regarding his feedback on my PMP application before submitting it. Excellent course! Passed my exam on the first attempt armed with the targeted knowledge and advice from instructor Andrew! I completed the week-long course, and highly recommend adjusting your schedule to accommodate uninterrupted learning. Andrew gives in-depth review of the material, spot-on advice on test taking methods and does it all with a sense of humor. Other courses offer free exam retakes for much more money. That isnt the goal here...the goal is to pass on your first attempt and TIAs course offers the best opportunity to do that!

They offer many freebies - you can re-take the course at no cost AND TIA will pay for your re-take if you fail on the first attempt (be aware of the restrictions that apply).My instructor, Michael M. was THE BEST! Ask for him if you can. He broke down the concepts with real-world experience; He reviewed my PMP application before I submitted it (it was approved with NO audit); and He provided very helpful tips for passing the exam and remembering material that were invaluable (i.e., crashing costs money). The materials from TIA - The textbook, sample questions, full-length practice exams, and extra worksheets on EVM formulas and Network Diagrams were ABOVE and BEYOND anything I have heard people get at other courses. And Michael was really good about telling us where we could get FREE full-length exams (outside of TIA). I did not open the PMBOK one time! Just finished the 5-day COMPTIA A+ Course through TIAEduOnline with Professor Juan Rodriguez.Price: The price is exceptional at $599. I can think of no other place that offers so much value for such little cost.Instructor: With many years of real-world experience in the computer field AND a background in cybersecurity, Professor Rodriguez was able to provide real-world examples while teaching the class which helped to digest the vast amounts of information given. He also provides study strategies for those preparing to take the exam. Check out his podcast: Technology Tap for some great information about COMPTIA.Course Content: Many study resources and exercises were provided throughout the course that were very helpful with information retention.Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience.

I took a 5-week Tuesday and Thursday night class (6 - 10 pm) this past Feb. - March and am happy to say this course helped me nail the PMP exam on my first try.Michael Monteverdi was my instructor and with his training, coaching and study tips, I was able to distill and compartmentalize a lot of PMBOK in manageable ways.The course manual by Andrew Ramdayal is timely, comprehensive and easy to follow. TIA staff are efficient and responsive.Plus - you cant beat the cost benefit. TIA offers the same if not more benefits as many of the much more expensive PMP courses. I had a great experience with the TIA CISSP weeklong class. The instructor Andrew Ramdayal was exceptionally knowledgeable and provided great instruction that ultimately helped me pass my CISSP test. The methods used where highly effective and I was very happy to have someone with 15+ years of experience leading us through the topics. Andrew was responsive and engaging and helped point out the topics to emphasize in our studying.The materials we received were pertinent and highly useful, the materials included testing questions, the sybex book and an encompassing pdf of the slides. I had no IT experience before taking this course. My teacher for the Comptia A+ class was very kind. He did have technical issues during class (video, audio, lagging) but he was was always attentive to fixing it.I loved that he made it clear what the hot topics on the test would and provided notes after very class. He was very open to questions and answered them promptlyHowever, I wasnt impressed with the teaching quality. Being that they advertise that each teacher mush have 15 years of experience and are CompTIA Certified Technical Trainers(CTT+). I expected just a little bit more.It would have been easier to follow if there would have been a logical development of each topic vs bouncing around slides at a somewhat fast pace. Regardless, I dont regret taking this course. They do have a great price.

I took the PMP Course (T/Th nights) with Mike M; he is an awesome instructor and cares about information retention. Your 4-hours for each class will not be wasted. If you are a working parent, I highly suggest the evening option as it allows for a reasonable timeline to digest all the information.I was nervous about the 2021 PMP test changes, because I was not as familiar with the Agile framework. A month after taking the TIA courses, I passed the exam on my first attempt. Andrew’s experience with PMI’s Agile training made it very easy for him to adjust and update the PMP course in a very short timeframe. The information he has available for Agile is relevant and extremely useful. Andrew’s book, web-based coursework, tests, quizzes, and YouTube channel were extremely helpful tools to consistently engage and study the material.There are no gimmicks with this course. They are upfront about the amount of effort you will have to dedicate to retain the information. TIA gives you the tools and you must put forth the effort. I am pleased with my experience and would highly suggest the course to anyone.

I took the PMP prep course in November of 2020 remote bc of covid. Did the Saturdays and even though they were long days in front of a computer it was worth it. Passed the PMP on first try in December of 2020. Had Michael as my instructor. Guy is great at teaching. He provides good memorization techniques, test tricks/tips and has a real life story to give background to every aspect of the project lifecycle. Andrews book and the other study material was great also. I did a learn at your own pace course from pmi.org for my CAPM exam back in 2019. When comparing the two methods of preparing for these exams I would pick TIA every time moving forward. Well worth the investment. I will definitely look to them again if they have a course for the next certificate I pursue.

I recently finished a second course with TIA. ITIL foundation with Alexis. Excellent instructor. I passed the exam on the first attempt. All-around great staff, communication and follow-ups.

I took the CompTIA A+ On-Line Couse from TIA last week on line. Our instructor Richard Batka was awesome! I’m 61 who previously worked as a Certified Automotive Fleet Manager and I have never been in the IT field. This was a great experience! I know I had an aptitude for mechanics and I thought I had an aptitude for computers. I am so glad I took this course it thought me so much. It was well laid out and I can’t say enough about our instructor Richard Batka. While he knows the course material like the back of his hand, I think his greatest asset is his patience. He answered all our questions in a non-too-technical manor so we could understand. I do have to give a shout-out to my classmates, they were a good and smart group. While keeping it professional Richard also kept us interested with his live video presentations. TIA also has an extensive video library to help study. During the class presentation, Richard constructed a customized master note file for our studying reference. Since I have not been in the IT field previously, I will have to study another week or two before I take the test, which I feel the Technical Institute of America has given me all the tools that I need to pass.I look at several online classes for CompTIA A+ exam prep. Technical Institute of America had the best price and I wholeheartedly think they delivered on their promise of fully preparing us for the CompTIA A+ Exam. I’M SO GLAD I SAVED THOUSANDS AND WENT WITH TIA!!!!!!!!!!

I recently took the CISSP training course and passed my CISSP exam! Andrew is a great professor. His exam tips and class really helped me fine tune my studying and how to approach the CISSP exam. His online class was fun and interactive. There was never a dull moment and really like his teaching methods.If you are taking the CISSP, TAKE THIS CLASS!!!

Enjoyed the class and the instructor Juan Rodriguez, made the time fly. He kept the class interesting with examples and good content. This class made the test not so intimidating. I will be taking it this month.

I had a great experience using this course for the CompTIA A+ 220-1001 and 220-1002 The course runs through the details in great detail and the instructor had amazing knowledge about the course work. I took my Core1 test and passed it a week after completing this course. Thank you guys so Much. I will be finishing my Core 2 test here in another week or so.

It is a good training institute with great value courses. I took the CISSP class and the content is concise, useful and pertinent to the exam. Andrew is a knowledgeable instructor and I would recommend his classes for CISSP courses at TIA.

Hi, Took the class PMP Exam Prep at the first week of December 2020. First I connected via email with some questions and got a response to my email in couple hours. The response was very detailed and I felt confident to register to the PMP exam preparation class. I received the material in the mail in a matter of days and could be prepared to the first of four full days of class.The instructor was very organized, transferred the material clearly and informatively and focus on the important subjects to the exam. It was done in a way I could focus and remember the material. Every hour passed I reached to an understanding of the (PMBOK) so much better. In my opinion, it is important to read the PMBOK before you take any class.In addition to the class, I took the time to watch all videos in the website and again, it helped so much to be able answer practice questions and be ready to the exam. I had an amazing experience at TIA! The course work was spot on and they allow you to go to the course multiple times with no extra cost. This was huge and helped me with repetition. I took the class twice during my period of studying which helped out tremendously. The professor was outstanding, and did a amazing job. I have passed my CISSP due to their help. So much great things I can say about this school but Im a keep it short as possiblePrior to enrolling I had failed Core 1 of the A+ Certification exam three times since I first took it in March. Then a family friend recommended the TIA and I enrolled in their 5 Day Bootcamp and it was the best investment I have ever made. Also if you need to retake the course as a refresher, you can do so for free to up to a year. My online instructor Juan Estrella was great. He was patient, thorough and answered any questions we had and gave us great material to study for the exam. He even gave helped find discount vouchers for the exam as well. Then 2-3 weeks after boot camp I passed both Core 1 & Core 2 earning my A+ Certificate from CompTIA. Im excited and ready to return and take the Network+ boot camp to earn my Network+ certificate. If you do enroll, I hope you get Juan as an instructor because he really takes his time out to make sure his students understand the material and objectives for the exam.

I took the PMP prep class for two separate sessions, first with Mike & then with Mimi, and highly recommend. Both instructors are very knowledgeable and give you tips to help pass the exam on the first try. If you put in the work to study and follow their advice, you will pass just like I did on the first try!

I took the CISSP class and successfully passed my exam!! The course is a great exam prep course and helps you understand the knowledge of the Domains and as well the knowledge of the question, how to interpret the question and find the right answer. I used this course plus the official ISC2 study guide for the CISSP exam, which is included in the price for the course, and purchased the exam guide from ISC2 to move on. Overall great course!!

I took an online/virtual CISSP Bootcamp (just finishing up today 2/5). This was an EXCEPTIONAL class and well worth it.

I just took the CompTia A+ course. This was a great course and the instructor Juan Rodriguez explain everything very well. I highly recommend this course if you are looking to gain knowledge in IT.

I passed the CISSP exam last week. TIA (Technical Institute of America of NYC) has a learning portal included with the training that allows you to refer to related subjects like ITIL and Agile as well as reruns and other study material. . Andy allows no student to be left behind, and if you fail it TIA (Tech. Ins. Of America) lets you repeat it. Andy is a fanatic about wanting his students to pass and know it in the workplace. I want to circle back and take some other courses like the PMP exam with TIA (Tech Inst of America). Andy wrote a best selling book about it.

I passed my CAPM exam first try after taking the PMP prep course. Mr. Monteverdi is a fantastic instructor who truly cares that you learn what it takes to be a great PM. He provides great real life examples during his course that helps put things into prospective. He is honest and straight forward about the hard work you have to put in to get your certification, which is greatly appreciated.

I took the EKG class with Mr Samuel Santiago, the first day felt like I have been in his class for a long time!! He was very welcoming, patient and he made the class interactive!! U can ask him to go over stuff, which he does willing , no hesitation!! The information was in-depth.. but with a lecturer as great as Mr Santiago u will definitely pass!! If you don’t pass it’s because you don’t want to!! What else can u ask for ,Having fun whilst learning!!Your the best!!

I signed up for the PMP 4-day, online, boot camp training. The package also included Andrews PMP Exam Prep book and access to the online course with instructional videos and practice exam questions. The book and videos were easy to follow and helped me prepare for the boot camp, which was very fast-paced (although there was always time for questions). My instructor, Mimi, is an experienced PMP professional and she is knowledgeable about how to study strategically for the exam. She shared supplemental study notes with our class, which demonstrates how she goes the extra mile and supports her students success.

This institutes PMP exam prep is the no-nonesense highway to certification. My experience was with Instructor Michael Monteverdi. His uncomplicated test-taking principles provide the framework and the principles corollaries take you the rest of the way. Andrew, the author of the program, has provided a method that focuses on the necessary knowledge, and only that knowledge, to pass the PMP exam. Classes were productive, and down-to-earth, and Michael displayed a wonderful willingness to answer questions and review with students on a one-on-one basis. TIAs value is unbeatable and if you are looking for a program that is reasonably priced that offers the necessary tools, knowledge, and PDUs to get certified then you have found it.

Andrew did a great job of delivering the ITIL4 Foundation course. The resources made available for preparing for the exam were pivotal to successfully passing the exam within 1 week.

Andrew is the best! Honestly, I would not pass the exam without taking his class. Ive taken all week online classes before and I really thought it would be bad...but not with Andrew! They were solid 8 hours day but he was so engaging that I did not lose focus. His tips about taking the exam, what to watch out for, and pulling for authentic questions were wonderful. Took the CompTIA A+ course instructor was boring and the material was outdated. Waste of money

I have been reading up on all of the domains of the CISSP examination curriculum on and off without going to a boot camp. Friends of mine who went to such camps talked well about how it makes a difference to go through one and take the test immediately after the conclusion. Even though my employer paid for the boot-camp, I chose not to go for the pricier ones out there. I liked the way in which Andrew Ramdayal explains on his videos about the way to pass the test and after verifying that he was taking the class I intended to sign up for – confirmed my attendance. I did my due-diligence on the process of selecting the best-boot-camp provider, and selected Technical Institute of America (TIA).The SIX weeks course (Saturdays) I took it was money and time well spent. Andrew was phenomenal in the way he walked us through the course material and provided us with strategies to analyze the intent of the scenario/options/most-appropriate answer choice. The perspectives he shares on the many topics covered across the eight domains in the lectures sessions bring the CISSP-mindset needed to answer the questions in a way ISC2 expects. After doing due-care in preparing for the test a few days after the conclusion of the boot-camp, I provisionally passed, and am now going through the endorsement process to soon get the CISSP!I will recommend TIA for anyone considering a boot-camp for the multitude of certifications they offer.

Took CAD 1 & 2 with Joe. I have always been apprehensive about learning this program bc I know its a difficult program. As a designer, this are one of the core programs we should have knowledge of under our belts. It is very detailed but with the help of Instructor Joe, my fears are gone and I am looking forward to working with this program. The class is very informative. He takes his time explaining areas where we have trouble. One of the best parts of this class is we learn short cuts to increase our productivity be reducing the amount of steps needed to create a design with the program. Joe offers real world solutions. TIA is only 4 blocks away from Penn Station and it was easy to get to. I am extremely happy with this program and the prices cant be beat for the knowledge you attain. This is a legitimate program for half the price.Thank you Joe and thank you TIA. You need to learn CAD? Then go sign up and get the package.

I took the course in August and Im happy to say that I passed the exam. More than that, I have continued to speak with my instructor Inas Taha to leverage her experience in the ITSM field. Ive posed questions, gotten advice about my studies and my career. Im my 20+ years in IT, all the classes and certifications Ive achieved, Ive never had an instructor be so willing to discuss and advise after the check was cashed. I cant say thank you enough!

I passed my test first time. Definitely recommend Andrews CISSP bootcamp course for multiple reasons. His course material had great coverage of all topics. I took the Saturday classes which worked great for my busy schedule. I also had to re-schedule my exam multiple times due to COVID and work. Andrew was straight to the point and saved me time while studying class material, so I can focus on important areas. Definitely recommend it for the content, material, and the engagement.
