I first signed up to work with Bianca Mazor for 6 months and extended it for another 6 months because her coaching works. I have been in the U.S. for 21 years and thought that my accent was about 90% perfect. Oh boy, I was so far off. You dont know what you dont know until someone points them out. That someone was Bianca. She has lot of patience trying to correct the same groups of words for me week after week. Her classes are tailored specifically to my needs. An accent is the most difficult to change once you got an accent from your country. Long time, I was struggle my accent then I found Accents Off. I took 24 lessons then result was incredible, almost like different person. If you are not confident American English accent, just knock their door!

Absolutely incredible coaches! Deb has become like a mentor to me, Voice/Speech wise. I would come back any time... Actors out there keep this place in mind.*They have a few policies about communication and follow up outside class hours that is a little tough, but other than that superb coaching.

I am a actress from Taiwan, who used to be famous in asia, but struggled to even get an auction in the states. Ben Chase, as an dialect coach and actor have taught me so much and made me believe I can also speak with standard American Accent! And, I did! I couldn’t believe how far I come, because I have been speaking English in my whole life. However, I speak with an accented English. Because all my nannies since little in Taiwan are from different countries. We communicated in English with very heavy accents all over south east Asia. And I thought speaking Neutral American accent is far away from me, since I have accented English since little.. and I thought is in me and not changeable.Ben Chase, from Accent Off has changed my perspective in speaking English language. Worked with Deb Victoroff for almost a whole year. She’s excellent !!! I wanted to work on a standard American accent yet not loose my indian accent entirely, basically jump into either one when needed. Not only was she super meticulous with my specific needs she would come back to my issues that needed more work. I would rehearse everyday and still do even after class has ended. She gave me great monologues to work on for my accent reduction, and as an actor I was thrilled to have someone understand how important this reduction meant to me psychologically ! If you aren’t gonna do the work then no accent improvement place is for you. On the other hand if u you do your due diligence you can excel with the tools Deb can provide ! I have been in training for about 15 weeks and I am very pleased with the results. I am working with Rochel who is very personable and easy to be with. I feel comfortable and she has given me the confidence to know that I can accomplish my goals. I had a heavy bronx accent which I am happy to say is disappearing.
