Ten years ago I walked into Buzz Martial Arts with two goals. 1) To achieve the rank of black belt and 2) To maintain a 100 pound weight loss. I have achieved both and so much more. It has been the best investment I have ever made. I will never train anywhere else and the owner is also the head instructor and the best I have ever trained with, period.

Buzz Martial arts is an amazing Mixed martial arts school , quite frankly the best in New York . I can say that as a student . During my time at the Dojo ( I still am actively in the school as a high red belt and taking classes ) I improved physically, but also mentally , Buzz ( who is the teacher) helped me to become over all a better person . I dont know who I would be now without him or the school . So I can confidently say sign up to this school to improve everything about you !

I just signed up both my kids at Buzz! Much cleaner than the other schools around the area. And the owner is a real martial artist. We love this school
