The administration of the clinic is a disaster. I made an appointment a few weeks ago and when I showed up they said I did not have an appointment. I have tried calling for another appointment and the phone rings and rings and rings... no one picks up... I leave voicemails and no one calls back. When I tried again today to make an appointment I finally got through! Amazingly the woman I was speaking to hung up on me. What a joke!

I have tried several times to make an appointment to come into the clinic. The staff answering the phones are basically useless. I was hung up on twice and still have not been able to make an appointment. Is it really that hard to do your job?

I am a former student and I had an excellent experience in this school. When I was there they had a great set of professors who were highly knowledgable and for the most part a great team. The administration had a nice demeanor and it made for a wonderful environment to learn, study and grow in. 5 stars out of 5!!!!

I had a horrible experience with college admissions staff. They told me to go to college to take English as a second language. My highest TOEFL score wasnt accepted. So I followed theirs demands. I came back with an excellent college English grade. The dean (Japanese lady) told me during my admission interview they cant accept me because my conversational English isnt good enough. But her English was worse then mine and she was the college Dean.So I applied to New York college of Health Professions, was accepted and never had any issue with the language. I met there the best of the best. Thanks Pacific college for not accepting me.

Im a current student here in pcom. To all the negative comments there, every school got their downsides. Here, probably its the administration part. Yes, Its a mess. But then again, they do have some excellent Professors and some exceptionally experienced clinical supervisors. So dont make judgement too soon before you finish the entire book.

DO NOT GO HERE!! As a student it is a complete waste of money. The faculty will do whatever it takes get more money out of you. The COO Malcolm is unprofessional, insulting, rude, and has given the the New York campus and bad representation. Students who are currently enrolled now wish to graduate as fast as they can and are continuously recommending others NOT to choose this school. The prices are constantly going up while the school remains a disaster! From a business standpoint they are completely unprofessional and lack organization.Save yourself the thousands of dollars now and choose a better program.

I’ve been coming here for almost two years and my monthly appointments have drastically improved my quality of life. After my first visit, my symptoms, which I have suffered for 30+ years, reduced by 90%. When western medicine kept pumping me full of chemicals, these kind souls ACTUALLY LISTEN to you, for at least 15min before a treatment. Ask yourself: does your doctor listen to you before they treat you? I’m obsessed. Fan for life.

Update :I had gone in for treatment and their phone system went berserk, calling me dozens of times & texting me inventory for several days. After going in, they were able to make it stop.Otherwise, the folks are nice and the treatments helped a bit.Tried acupuncture for my first time. The staff were very thorough in their diagnosis and assessments and took care in consulting to ensure their prescribed treatment was appropriate. They were attentive and careful through the needling process and made sure it was a comfortable session.

I scheduled an appointment and met Alek who did my initial exam. turns out my blood pressure was crazy high and she couldnt proceed with treatment. the staff wanted to call an ambulance to take me two blocks to the hospital and i said no. Alek and Fara (hope Im spelling their names correctly) walked with me to the ER and stayed with me until I was seen and told that Id be okay. They were wonderful. Now I have to set up another appointment and hope to see the two of them again.

Don’t go to school here! They are horrible!! The consular Steven Kendrick has no idea how to do his job or explain things. The financial aid guy, Keith takes forever to reply back to you and if you have further questions tells you to call the San Diego campus. So what’s his job there ? Idk! All of the staff are disorganized & have no clue what they’re doing. Don’t waste your time or money!

Came to take a look at the school to see if i would like to apply. STAY AWAY. A completely disorganized school whose professionalism and ethics seemed to be off. Not what you would expect for a holistic school. The people who work there were rude, almost seemed as if they do not care about you but care about the money. I advise choosing another campus, or school.Would also like to add that this program is really a 6-7 year program condensed into 3-4 so the students are actually paying 6/7 years of schooling. Not worth it!!!

The new downtown location has a bit of a sterile hospital feel, but it was bright and clean, which is most important. I went for one of the schools free community outreach clinics and had some auricular acupuncture performed by one of the student interns. After a thorough conversation, the intern consulted a teacher and then proceeded to needle me accordingly. I have to say, the interns hand was a bit shaky and he kept looking back at his pressure point chart to make sure he got the right point, so that was a bit disconcerting, but I didnt feel much discomfort after the initial pricks, so all in all, it was a decent experience. Would go back to try them again!

After being a student at the school for 2 1/2 years I see that the Masters degree offered is just a part of the national requirements while the school does not offer a masters degree education or environment! I just received a letter from the school announcing another 3% increase.... which has happened both years in my attendance at the school while our TVs do not work in the classroom and there are no tools for the teachers teach any of the science classes. I was encouraged by the administration that I would be able to work a full-time job, as a mom, in New York City and complete this program successfully… Myself and many other working moms have found this very difficult and many have transferred to other schools. At best I would say the education provided here is mediocre! I am looking to transfer as well!!!

The clinic is ok if you dont want a consistent treatment plan. But stay away as a student over priced and once enrolled they dont care about you. Please look at other options before locking yourself in here. They will make you miserable without apologies.
