I literally had to call three times. I had to call the Admin office twice to actually get to someone to answer basic questions like hours of operations and pricing at the 130th street location. The director didnt even know the answers and then Kathleen gets on the phone and has no phone manners. I wouldnt trust people like this to watch my child and they cant even get the basic operations of answering the phone and giving accurate information out. The first time I called the girl says they have availability for my childs age but couldnt tell me the price or hours and she says the receptionist knows but is at lunch. I call back over an hour later and she says the receptionist is still at lunch. She doesnt take my name, number nothing. Then I call their admin office and explain and they connected me with the director of the 130th street location. He doesnt know the answers and is screaming on the phone instead of putting me on hold to call over to Kathleen. She is extremely loud on the phone and says the hours are different at different locations yet Im calling that location asking about their hours. Then she the availability is different at different locations and I again said Im calling that location asking about that location. Then she says they dont have any availability at all. I said thats not what the lady said earlier then she was like they keep doing that she is going to talk to them about it. Terrible professionalism thanks for the advance display before I left my child in their care or gave them any of my money. I understand the other negative reviews.

Lovely...clean staff appropriate..curriculum age appropriate...all is good

Teachers are disrespectful. You bring items for your kid they share with other babies. Not a good place
