The worst dollar tree on earth. No staff and the ones that exist are so stressed out (the line is always 40 people long) they never have time to put new merchandise out and there’s never anything on the shelves!

A customer can find a bargain here especially for party accessories. The lines at checkout can be quite long.

The line is usually long but the cashiers always move at a fast pace so your wait is generally not too long. The selection at this dollar tree is better than some others. They tend to get quite a few brand name items.

I have been there once a week in the past 3 weeks. 3 times. And nothing has been added to store inventory. Boxes absolutely EVERYWHERE. Im 100% convinced management is selling all the brand name stuff under the table or something. Too hot of a spot to be so unorganized and having NOTHING as advertised everywhere else. Oh and the workers seem annoyed as hell.

My experience about Dollar Tree, was wonderful, cause I got a lot of products for my familys needed, for a little money. Always, they are improving with a bunch of new items.

Terrible! The line is always way too long, its dirty and the shelves are never fully stocked. It always looks like its going out of business. Even the sales associates are miserable.

This location always has empty shelves. I make a list and can only purchase half of my desired items. Also, they need more cashiers.

The employees were helpful and pleasant but the to itself is a hot mess. The down escalator was not working and the elevator is always disgustingly filthy as is the entryway from the street. It amazes me how this store sells cleaning products but does not use any towards the upkeep and cleanliness of the overall store. I do not know if a maintenance company is responsible for cleaning escalator, elevator and entryway, if so that company needs to be FIRED and contract revoked.🙄

The line is ALWAYS long and to the back of the store whenever I come in here. They need to have more cashiers on duty because the line moves so slow. Customer service is not a priority here and the staff isnt friendly at all. Half of the things I do come in here for are never on the shelves. They are probably in those boxes stacked on the sides of the aisles that I see regularly. One of the very worst Dollar Tree locations Ive ever been in.

The place is amazing selection food thanks for the house everything everything is a dollar 100 pennies you cant beat it

This store has a lot of necessary items, but this store needs TLC and the aisles that I needed (decorations) had loads of boxes and unpacked merchandise that I couldnt access the aisle at all. This location needs to hire more staff. The Dollar Tree on 3rd Ave is WAY better.

I mustve came during receiving of a shipment because a lot of aisles were blocked by products needing to be unpacked however I was surprised at the grand size of the store and the overall ease to keep a safe distance and find what you needed (that was available). The staff was friendly and efficient. I enjoyed my experience but I do warn any first timers that yes the entrance to the store is a bit shabby looking. That was my only complaint, it was dimly lit and just worn down. I only felt safe because a NYPD car just so happened to be parked on the street so that helped.

The only local Dollar Tree available. Each time I enter this store its crowded with lines going into the back of the store. The selection of items available depend on what day and time you go.The cashiers are personable depending on the day and how many people theyve had to service. I do not fault them for the nasty remarks and impatience of the customers.

I love the place sometimes they always run out of my strawberry candy .

The lines are always long to checkout, and selection is a bit hit or miss. Its the dollar store so some hassle is to be expected. Working within those parameters, though, its the best bargain in the area and good value for what they have in stock.

This is the worst kept store in Harlem. I am disgusted by its condition! As person who has lived in the community for over 30 yrs, we do not deserve representation like this. I have visited many other Doller Tree stores and none as bad as this. Its trashy, understocked, boxes every where and always 1 or 2 cashiers.

Long lines, 2 workers, homeless people walking around with bags, and crates, without a shirt on. Just ridiculous!

Stay away, seriously. This place looks as if its falling apart. Its so dingy, even the entrance going down the escalator is disgusting. This dollar tree needs a major upgrade. Long lines, limited employees. So if you need assistance, good luck.

I would give the workers five stars and the supply and demand of the store one star because, the workers are always pleasant, no matter whats going on in the store. However, the shelves are empty most of the time and it would be nice to not feel as if, its not a waste of my time coming here.

Useful stuff you can get at really cheap prices (obviously because its a Dollar Tree) and usually a very very long line so you may think its not worth the wait, but the cashiers are very very fast and will get you through a 50-60 person line in 10 minutes at most.

I really like this place. Kind of like a one stop shop. I suggest coming early morning or Mondays - Wednesdays. But on a weekend or evening (Thursday - Saturday) expect long lines. They usually have 4 lanes open but since its Dollar tree and have very practical items and then some its worth the wait. Just bring your own bag cause the paper ones are easily broken.

Dont go here unless you have an hour to wait in long line with the hot sun beaming on you. I respect the rules about Covid-19 but almost 30 people left the store without replacing with new customers from line. It seems a new person should enter when someone is finished shopping. I left the line and went to another store that was more efficient at keeping the line moving.

Hella Flavor! Totally Bomb heat up meals gotta love them. Really like the interchangeable mops. Awesome snacks movie popcorn party is on.

Its dollar tree, cant really expect much. This location is right when you get off the train on 125th in Harlem. Have some really great Christmas items and bags, boxes etc.

BRING YOUR SHOPPING BAGS OR PAY FOR THEIRS. They have finally unpacked all the boxes over by the plants. Today, they had eggs, and plenty of Ajax. I love Ajax!I discovered the carbonated, Fruit Punch soda. My Mom LOVES it. They have those larger bottles of Pepsi too. We just started drinking soda and dont drink it often but when we do, those are our go-tos.She also needs tissues so the 175 count is great.Really appreciate Dollar Tree.

Cashier was telling someone a story about the day before coming in this place I almost turned around coming in the store it is so dirty and they do not have a lot of products no other Dollar tree looks like this that I have visited I will never visit this one again. Like I said the one Harlem not on the east side is disgusting down to the escalator downstairs that alone looks like 5 years of germs

You can find cool stuff here and the prices are great...the employees not so much...I went to the register to pay and after I had tapped my card on the terminal one of the cashiers made a commented if youre bougie you cant shop at Dollar Tree.um...that is reverse discrimination...the cashier who said that is also probably one of those people who points out inequalities...🙄🙄🙄 all this talk about inclusivity is a bunch of bullsh!t and just lazy freeloaders who want handouts!!!

Lots of good stuff! Wide variety of items! I frequent this store the most because its in my neighborhood. Stores are popular, trendy and atttact crowds. All locations have friendly and helpful cashiers that do their best to get customers out quickly!

Very disappointing this location is a dump not only is the store always messy merchandise thrown on the floor many of the isles the shelves are devoid of merchandise this place does or cannot seem to stock Arizona juice or bread I have been there a few times its always the same messy with hordes of people standing around.

This Dollar Tree is a mess. Its really quite amazing how messy and unorganized it is all the time. Some of the aisles are so full of carts with items to be put back and new inventory to put out that it is definitely a fire hazard. I cant tell you of a time this place ever looked like an functional store. Its really disappointing since most Dollar Trees are pretty great and have a nice selection. Hope one day they improve...

It was real crowded but I got everything I needed

Awesome when there is actually stock here but usually its like a tornado blew through the place...you cant go wrong because everything is a dollar but because its in a high traffic area namely 125th street the place is typically picked clean sadly I was unable to get the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches and Red Baron personal pizza. However I did get a 1 dollar phone charger that lights up and looks cool , well as long as it doesnt burn down my house.

The line for checkout was wrapped around the store and it took almost 40mins just for me to get to a cashier. If I wasnt desperate, I wouldve just walked out. This isnt the 1st time the line was wrapped around the store like this, and to top it off, they are always short staff. The only good thing about this shopping experience, was that the staff are hilarious and in good spirits despite the chaos. They definitely need to hire more people.

I miss deals on 145 st I used to go there every day! Its one of the best stores ever!!! On the planet everything is 1$.

Its a Dollar Tree so theres not much for you to be wishing high hopes for. But good Lord why are there always boxes in the store. I mean literally, it seems like they are always restocking the shelves because theyre always boxes is blocking the way done every single aisle. The farthest two aisles from the door are normally so filled with boxes that you will not be able to get down them. The people who work at this Dollar Tree dont exactly want you to ask them any questions, they want you to get in line and get out as quickly as possible. Be wary though, the line to check out can always get long as hell if youre not paying attention.

The place is disgusting is never clean, shelves always empty is horrible the manager is terrible her customer service is lousy she dont help the customers all she do is talk talk talk talk all day long.

This must be the worst Dollar Tree on the planet. Its filthy. Its a mess. I feel sorry for the people that work there. Their corporate office has no shame. Ive seen the execs in there before so they know. I go to other locations when at all possible. I live near this one so sometimes its just more convenient. Half the time they are out of stock, though. Disgraceful.

Amazing place with good variety.

This store doesnt have things pack on the shelves or in the freezer. Everything is usually on a skid. There are people that come and steal out of this store everyday and night. This store needs a Security Guard. The workers and management are nice and polite, but they need more workers in the store. To put more food and things on the shelves or have them working overtime to stock the shelves for the next day.

One of the cashiers is very rude...store is cluttered with boxes in some aisles...difficult to shop...

Dirty then dirtiest

The place is a mess. Selection is limited. But it is the only store of its kind in the neighborhood. There are not much selection or competition here so this store is actually very refreshing and welcoming. Yes, it is a mess but it adds a much needed variety.

Todays experience was good. Dollar Trees freezer area was pretty full and they had everything that I came there to purchase. The lines were very long but was moving at a steady pace. The elevator was not too bad for a change. Its usually very dirty.

Needs better customer service. Lines are long and only one cashier. We had to ask the cashier to request back up. Then afterwards we got and the line moved. Not all products are on the shelves and customers were complaining. Needs better management. And the crew should speak of their personal business by the registers or talk of their fellow coworkers. Not professional. I work for retail part time and this is not the way we treat our customers at our store. They are number one and treated as such.

This store is always a mess! The checkout Line is always long, boxes everywhere blocking isles I asked Benjamin for help he said he can’t help me because he keeps getting in trouble the customer service LACKS Tremendously here!!!!! I will never come back

This dollar tree needs to be closed for a week so that it can be cleaned and organized. The inventory is in boxes instead of shelves. I love dollar tree stores but this is by far the worst Ive seen.

EVERYTHING a dollar! Soo cheap!! Hard to believe that everything is a dollar, the line moves really quickly, dont expect the most friendly staff in the most but they will get you on your way fast when seeing a long line. Over all the store seems organized.

This particular unit in Harlem on 125 is the worst unit I have seen not only are the shelves empty but its a mess. You have more products in return carts than on the shelves.the staff are unbelievably friendly and assist you the best they can but the unit is terribly under staffed with clerks pushing out the product and recovering the store .I tend to e mail corporate and show them a video of this unit.change needs to come quickly as possible this unit is unacceptable to the people of harlem.again the reason I rated it a 2 is cause of the staff present.

When ever Im in Harlem, I make sure I go in. I like looking around, even if i end up not buying anything. It the atmosphere I like, the staff and customer are friendly. One word to describe it for me, is Harlem.

I love the care they give their customers

A safe haven for poor college kids that want to get their weekly groceries done. Staff is helpful, checkout is fast. They might not restock for a week or two but that is overshadowed by the fact that EVERYTHING HERE IS FOR $1
