Practicing tai chi has added tremendous value to my life both physically and mentally. Physically; it has helped me with my balance and chronic back pain. I feel it has helped me become better coordinated if that makes sense. Another physical benefit of tai chi is the balancing of chi. The pleasure is felt immediately once one begins practicing. Its an indescribable sensation and in my experience; can only be felt once one is fully relaxed and flowing. Mentally; it relaxes me and aligns my mind to a peaceful and mindful state. The nickname moving meditation suits it well.I am beyond grateful for the amazing teachers at TTCS. This is a non-profit organization and having these individuals be as invested as they are in teaching us; is priceless. The community aspect is great too.
