My experience at this security training school always been good good. Mr Archibald runs a very professional atmosphere at his school.

Last time I was there 2019, good and prompt service.Get there early if u want service.Also theres like a thousand memos on the doors and walls about some of their policy lol, its hard to read all of them so if u ask a question and u missed the writing on the wall expect a rude response 🤣🙉.Its March of 2021, place seems to be out of business, too bad now I have to look elsewhere 😐

Ive gone here for a few years to renew my license They have been polite and friendly sorry that they have closed

Gotta give them that 1 star. Just went to their site to do my annual and the front desk guard in the lobby said they out of business. Either cause of covid or cause they was shut down by albany,he dont kno. This the second place that been closed permanently that I do my annual.Edit: It also seems like the owner wants to throw the death toll of americans at people to justify the cause of their shutdown and radio silence and follow up with its not about u sir. Yes,its not about me or anyone else who needs to get their annual year after year and suddenly have nobody answer the phone,nobody give an answer to whether their open or not.....just silence.Now an actual response to this review should of been: Im srry but due to covid-19 we had no choice but to close our doors. We know this may have inconvenienced you and others but please know there are other schools out there that remain open and can provide you with the training you need to obtain or continue your work as a licensed security guard.Instead their owner responds: well srry the death of half a mil americans and my staff has inconvenienced you. I feel sorry for u and sad. Its not about you.Lmao unprofessional 100%. Mr owner,you feel bad for me and others but we will find other places to go. You lost your business. We dont feel bad for you

I went there for the first time today, and the process was so easy and straight forward. The classes/training is filled with real life experiences from the instructor, making it interesting and enjoyable! Its no wonder seats fill up so fast! Highly recommend this place to anyone pursuing this kind of work!

Highly recommended, Fast, Accurate, Reasonable prices. Cant beat tht. Most youll spend for basic training is $210..To be exact, Wonderful friendly staff.Worth the effort.

Great school, professional staff, knowledgeable instructors. Word of advice to anyone getting their license get there early like 7AM or earlier because classes fill up quickly. Aye Spy is a true friend of security guards.

I went 3 times @ the times it was posted and was turned away i lost a day of work and I waisted car fare I live in Jersey and its very unfair that happened to me 3 times this has been the school Ive been going to all along very unpleasant and unprofessional. You shouldnt conduct a business this way. People are trying to keep jobs and need all the proper certificates. Very annoyed.......

Matthew is rude. If I tell you that other security companies arent taking reservations after you suggest I find another company due to limited seating, dont go out of your way to Google a security company and tell me how I need to try harder. Not only was that company NOT making reservations, you were rude and unprofessional.Rude people dont deserve my hard earned coins. There are too many state approved security schools.

Excellent Security class. The teacher is great, and the class is very interactive. Usually 8 hour classes are boring, but this class seemed to fly by. Will be back again!

First of all your message on your vm says start accepting for certification for security at 6am we got there at 6 and was turned away and was told they stopped taking people at 5:45. You all are very unprofessional and rude

Weird place. Called back and forth to make sure everything was still good for the day I arrive, But Im welcomed by this. I completely understand the First come, First Serve but if your going to be done before 11AM, maybe you should start taking reservations . Again, you open at 6AM but by 11AM your done and closed, then your not open until 4PM. Your open until your slots are full. Call before going. Ill find another school ✌🏾RE: Again, I understand first come, first serve but if your going to be done before lunch please let your customers know your hours are subject to change at random. I called back and forth to make sure Monday was good. I was only coming for an 8 hr annual lol...You say some days the office is open up until 9PM, yet I was turned away before 11AM. Consistency is key 🗝 and that is not consistent. I came from mount vernon because I was recommended by a friend of mine whom swore by your school. Everybody seems to love your school, so you seem reputable, you just inconvenienced one person so awesomely this review had to be written. So people, CALL BEFORE YOU GO.
