DONT BELIEVE THE NASTY COMMENTS:This is a very nice great location.. I was there for a test.. smooth process nice staff clean neat would recommend this as a testing site and would be happy to go back

I took a test here on 4/9/21 and the staff was very friendly. They had lockers (lock and key provided) for me to put my belongings in as I took my test. The chairs were comfy office chairs. I also saw them sanitize each computer station before people came into the testing room for their test.

This review is based on the testing center at ACS Computing Solutions. I registered to take an exam today at 10 in the morning. I arrived 15 minutes early and the receptionist notified me and other test takers that there will be no examinations today. Apparently, the proctor did not come in due to an emergency and that the manager was out sick. I made a few phone calls to the program a registered with, and the result was that I had to write an email to open a case and wait so I can reschedule a test properly because the cancellation was out of my control.The receptionist at Computing Solutions recommended that I can attempt to go to their Flushing location today, but I am not sure if it is possible to transfer scheduling to another center. Also, I called that place in Flushing and they left me on voicemail.Computing Solutions can improve by having a backup sub proctor for emergencies like this. It would be better for the manager to have a list of people to call to proctor an exam. Also, I believe there should be at least three employees there at a time because the receptionist (I am not sure if he is a receptionist, he was the only employee there greeting us) was bombarded with questions by the confused and rightfully upset test takers. It was stressful for everyone there.

I love ACS. It’s medical assistant program gave me the opportunity to pursue my passion in medical field. I maintained a 4.0 GPA and focused on enhancing my skills. Our faculty is wise, straightforward​, and knowledgeable. The school’s office will make sure that you receive all the necessary resources throughout your student life and the career journey. I am thankful for all they have done​ to help me. I would not have been here without their support.

A very pleasant experience - they had very quiet rooms with ice comfortable hairs and nice leather headphones too. I was worried that the city noise would leak into the testing room but not at all. The front desk was extremely courteous and allowed me a bathroom break before my exam which let me tell you - was much appreciated. I also passed so overall feeling happy. Parking I got through spothero and paid $25, but taking the exam on a weekend was a big convenience.

I had a great experience. I graduated on time, and they help connect me to employers looking for my skill set. It can get noisy, depending on your class size and time of day. But show me a school that isnt. Since the facility caters to mainly adults, my classmates were very respectful and just as serious as I was about completing the task at hand.

I am almost through my ESL course and I am totally loving the environment. The teachers at ACS are extremely professional. I have great friends and the course along with other activities are amazing. ACS is a great place to learn English. I highly recommend ACS to anyone who wants to do an ESL course.

Had a horrible experience with the customer service personnel who treated women with contempt and condescension. And, imagine, being reprimanded for having “an attitude” 🙄
