I came in for a relaxer touch up, shampoo blow dry and flat iron and Im in love with my hair!! I will definitely be back. The prices & services are great. I was nervous about going to school but they are extremely talented at this BSA campus...Certainly high quality. Ive been searching for a good place to get my hair done and I think Ive found it :)

Staff are reasonably polite and friendly...as one might expect...but as far as the service goes, utterly, utterly, UTTERLY disappointing... Went for a manicure and pedicure... Their tools and equipment would put anyone to SHAME... blunt and dull nail files, clippers, scrapers,buffers, etc... Foot bath jets not working (not a single functioning one in the entire nails department or section of the SCHOOL)!!!! SHAAAAAME... students scampering around looking to borrow tools from neighbor-students... i dont know about THEM, but I sure felt embarrassed FOR them, poor girls... Water was nowhere just BARELY warm...The fact that their prices are so low is absolutely no consolation or justification for such services,considering this is an institution of LEARNING, because it is an indication of the caliber of professionals that this school is turning out... Leaves a LOT to be desired... My 12-year-old niece could have done just as good...My criticism is not towards the students AT ALL... I question the training offered to them as their work only reflects what they are taught... No sense of pride... Not going back, nor ever recommending to anyone... But I do wish the students well... They deserve better...

This school feel awesome when you go there and they’ll make it seem like they are here for you but they’re not. You have to kiss their butt to stay on they good side and don’t get me started on asking for your transcript, they will give you the run around! I been asking for a whole year and even spoke to the president of this company and still no help. My advice, try a different school.

Worse experience EVER! waited hour and half to get get skipped and then get service. It took 30 minutes to wash my hair for it to still be dirty. The student was snatching my hair and yanking with no care. I told her my hair was still dirty. She said “washing does get everything out your hair” I’ve never heard something so stupid from someone trying to be a licensed stylist. Coming from a stylist, worse service. She kept burning my scalp with the blow dryer after I repeatedly asked to be careful. I got fed up and blow dried my own hair. The guy at the desk didn’t care either when I told him my hair was still dirty. I just left. NEVER COMING BACK . Somebody from corporate needs to visit them.

Im a student here, so Im not someone theyve paid to write this. As u proceed on to reading, youll realize instead I may be compensated to remove this. Which hell will have to freeze over , or the compensation will have to be close to half a million for that to happen!!! Im writing this as a warning for others, that are considering attending this specific campus. I wish I can record an audio so whoevers reading this can see how serious I am when I say think T W I C E!!!!!!! Ive been here for a month and two & a half weeks and still have yet to receive my supplies kit which is part of my tuition, a total of $275 separately paid for to be exact! Every time I inquire about it I get a puzzled look as to when I will receive it. Mind you the course is 2 and a half months. Nevertheless,trying to perfect a new craft with no materials is not an easy task. having to ask others to borrow their equipment each and everyday is annoying. Not being able to practice at home is frustrating and puts me at a set back state. The staff is way to nonchalant about the issue and honestly they flat ass dont care! DO NOT ATTEND THIS SCHOOL. even those that have received their kit after waiting a decade are missing some supplies, which is suppose to be included according to the list. Bottom line again DO NOT ATTEND THIS SCHOOL. I dont know about you but my money is hardly earned.

Cool place! The interior of the salon is clean and modern. My experiences with their mens cuts have been great, and female friends I have referred there have become return customers. I even referred my sister and Mom - enough said!

Its really difficult to find a best complete body care services in this inflation in Miami. But after visiting a couples of the Spa and Massage in Miami Beach. We were looking for the spa services in Jan 2012, me and my husband visited BSA from that day to till date for every Haircut, spa and massage services . The office staff is Experienced and professional. I will strongly recommend the BSA to everyone......

I went for a hair cut, it was actually my big chop and it was a great experience. The barber was so pacient and made sure I was okay with everything she was doing. Only $5. They know what they are doing for the most part their teacher comes around checks and ask the questions and give tips.

If you complaint about their instructor then they would lie to any place you work about you to embarrass you.The instructor’s name is Susan who told me that her grandfather is a “ machine gun” so that she has numerous cousins.I didn’t know why did she tell me those. I didn’t want to be her friend and she yelled at me inside of the classroom next to me and everyone was watching it.Also, they sent me people to harass me when I was working as a nail technician.In one word, this school is filled with evils.

I was in the school I’ve moved to texas ,I’ve been calling every single day since 7 months every 2 days I call until now I need my transcript and my certificate when I call either they tell me they will calling back they never call or they take my info let me know they will send it to I continue to pay-for my loan every month and I can’t even have my transcript or my certificate until now I will continue to call until I found a lawyer to help me because I don’t think they will give it to me it’s been to long .I sent email with my info nothing I don’t anyone need to deal with my experience which I’am still dealling until now it’s very bad

FRAUD! That is the word that defines them. Scammers, assailants, criminals, outlaws. Do not even think about registering! You will never learn anything. You will not have a teacher, they will not speak the language you choose, they will not give you the materials and tools. They will only give you the pill by telling you everything you want to hear and they will have you sign the financial aid, to steal $ 16,000, which you can never replace, since you will not learn anything.Until 1 week before announcing untimely that they closed the school, they were still enrolling new unsuspecting!

I am a student at the beauty schools of America school. For my ex, the best school in Miami with a very high level of teachers, and in terms of education I came to study in Miami this far away. From colorado I am happy because I learned a lot ... .. I had a problem there with a Secretary named Gabriela, thank God I spoke with the director named Janet Villegas ... she was too kind, to listen to my complaints, that person has already solved the problem ... that school .., is the best in Miami fl .... they listen .and resolve any questions from the students ... ... in my opinion it is the only school that serves .... in Miami fl ... I want to thank the owners ... in hiring. Educated and professional people ... and the best teachers ... Maybe later I will return to continue studying another professional career. ...... for I give 5 stars. Because it looks like
