Really bad school I dont recommend 😕poor costumer service no good

I was a nail instructor at this school in 2014.. I was fired and not given a reason why. Today I have my own nail salon. I have been in business for almost 4 years now.. Today I called to have my nail salon registered for there job placement department.. The owner of the school told me no one is going to come and work at the location my nail salon is at.. The owner is very rude, disrespectful and RACIST. PLEASE DONOT ATTEND THIS SCHOOL..

Horrible customer service. The hair stylist Vadim Orlov was rude & unprofessional. I got delayed by pouring rain & got y here 10 minutes late. The first thing i hear when i walk in you have to go home cuz i called another customer . I spoke to the guy a day before to set an appointment and he had my #, so instead of calling me to see whats happening (and obviously they saw the downpour) he calls ANOTHER customer. All workers were just staring at me & didnt try to resolve the issue. Very embarrassing. Dont expose yourself to something like that & take your money somewhere else.

Horrible.costumer service ! The guy who answered the phone gets mad with questions about days and timing for the classes ! Stay away from it !! IN THIS TIME OF PANDEMIC AND FINANCIALLY HARDSHIP HE SHOUKD BE GLAD PEOPLE ARE CALLING TO HIS BUSINESS ! LOW STANDARD HEIGHT DISRESPECTFUL

I called just to get a few questions answered and was rudely greeted by Kevin from admissions and financial aid... So happy I called before signing up for school now I will be taking my money elsewhere

I am so lucky to attend such a prestigious school. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.Albina is a great instructor and it is a pleasure to work under her supervision.

Great school amazing staff

Amazing teacher, i haven’t been here for a while. But i learned enough in the short time that she’s been here. Wish i could have had her from the whole semester, but two weeks enough for me, to see that this is something that i want to do.

I loved my course ! The teacher is really patient also she has soGood technique to teach people !I recommend for sure this school!

I had my make up done for my wedding. Was perfect and I felt like the most beautiful bride ever.

I completed an eyelash course and it was great!I look forward to other training.

I put hair extensions with a lady who get fired from the place she was working, My hair fell off in 3 weeks, i contact her again after her fired , she did not help me to put my hair , even if I was offered to her to bring new hair , and she told me to put a restraining order on me , but I have all the rights to reclaim to her put my hair back bc is her part, since her old boss give me brand new hair free, this lady now is working in this place her name is MILA and he co worker SUGEL
