I got full highlights done by Emma N. She was very professional, personable and made sure i was getting what i wanted. I wanted them to blend naturally and she took the time to do little sections and make sure that the result and color was what i wanted. I would highly recommend her. Sure the academy takes longer than the regular full priced salon, but you cant beat the price and Emma was great!

I’ve had a few appointments with Kirst L and she’s been amazing every time! I love her great suggestions about color and her awesome attitude! The fun colors that we’ve done in my hair have turned out wonderfully. 💜💜

Ive got Plaque Psoriasis, and am very self conscious about it. It doesnt help Im an anxious person, so years ago when my stylist started talking badly about me to coworker, it ruined haircuts for me. Have had 3 appointments with Maddie A. at Xenon so far. Maddie has done a excellent job on my hair every time! I’ve had haircuts, lowlight & highlights done. She really took the time to listen and make sure to give me what I wanted! I will definitely keep seeing her, as her attention to detail is the best! Shortly after her turning me much blonder, I decided to go darker/ashy. Just what I wanted!

Wanted to have my hair cut and a hair treatment done. Christy Thomas was extremely awesome! They were super friendly and made me feel welcome. They did a great job cutting and styling my hair, even gave me tips on how to style it while Im at home. They helped me pick out shampoo and conditioner because my hair was frizzy all the time. I highly recommend them for cutting hair or even advice on makeup or styling! Ill definitely be returning to have them help me again! :)

Xenon is definitely a place I would recommend for body treatments. I soon as I got there I was seen within 3 minutes. Arianah does the best body treatments ever. I went there with a migraine and left feeling great. All the staff were polite and kind. 5 star without a doubt.

I saw Danna B about three weeks ago for a Brazilian Blowout. I have had many Brazilians in the past and she exceeded my expectations. My husband and I had her cut our hair this past week and we both were extremely satisfied. She makes you feel very comfortable, listens to you, and takes her time to give you the best service. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is awesome!

My hair was cut and colored by Christy T. She did an amazing job. She took the time to work with me on the color that I thought it would fit me best. The application was fantastic, and didn’t leave me with a red outline around my scalp. She was super friendly and professional. 10/10, would recommend.

I love the fashion colors & normally dye my own hair but lately I just haven’t had the energy so I figured I would try Xenon.I asked for my roots to be uplifted (grow out) & two colors, but not right side one color and left side another color. While Renea (I apologize if I misspell your name) was bleaching my hair, I was going back and forth..blue & pink or pink & purple. I finally settled on a blue & pink. “Be creative, no half n half”. I figure it’s hair, it’s semi permanent & it’s fun so no need to be serious.I’m the end, and with suggestions and help from “Ms S”, I have blue at the roots, blended to a purple on the middle, blended to pink at the ends. You could call it “galaxy”, but I call it “fantastic!”The price was great (about what I would pay to purchase the products & do my own hair), staff and students were fun and the atmosphere was friendly. I will be coming back.PS: no pic because I don’t like to be photographed, but I know my head was captured & posted on social media. Go fish ;)

I went into the salon with low self esteem about my hair and didn’t really want to do anything with it that would show it off. Then Hallie Roth did her magic and i’ve never been happier. I highly recommend going to see her. She’s a great person to talk to and she’s amazing at what she does

I came in with my mother for a haircut, and I received a decent haircut for a very good price. However, at the beginning of my service, my stylist, Suzie, felt the need to mention that my current hair color looked bad before even starting my haircut. She then proceeded to speak negatively about other stylists in the salon. Near the end of my service she brought up my hair color again. Unfortunately I cannot recommend her and I wish she would have been more professional.

I’ve gotten my hair cut by Carley Cooper 3 times now and she has done amazing each time! She takes her time and makes sure everything is perfect and makes sure you are aware of anything she’s doing throughout the cut so there are no blurred lines and everyone is happy with the end result! Definitely recommend her!

I went Xenon Academy for for the first time to get a underarm and leg wax. I had Arianah, she was amazing! She educated me on after care and made me feel very comfortable. I will be following her once she graduates!

Hallie is excellent: Not only did she win Nationals, but she is meticulous, she is professional, &, most of all, she is an Artist! Hallie works with you, the customer, every step of the way. I feel very fortunate that I got her today, & am very pleased with the outcome.

I was really upset after my visit today. The stylist I saw tonight was nice, but wasnt happy with the visit. I have naturally curly hair and she started off by yanking a comb through it. I showed my picture and all that was said was we wont be able to get it that blonde, but it will be a caramel. I was fine with that. I get that when you show a picture its not going to look exactly like the photo, but what I got isnt even close. After she was done I was told a balayage isnt suppose to be on the top layer of hair and more hidden. There was no red put in. When I asked for layers she stated she would just do hidden ones. I was asked to take my glasses off during the majority of the appointment so couldnt really see what was being done. Plus, Im not a stylist, Im going to trust they know what they are doing. After everything, she left a bunch of color on my face and I just wanted to get home. At the beginning, she asked if she could take an after picture, but she knew it didnt look good and ended up not taking the photo. Just very upsetting, spend $100 and dont even get close to what you wanted. Ive come here a few times, and havent been this disappointed.

I’ve been going there for about 8 to 10 years the one instructor that I loved has left!! so I was in Saturday and a new Instructor came and looked at my hair I had blonde highlights with dark roots I wanted to go light brown I don’t know what she concocted but I turned out with orange on top then they tried to fix it with a toner that left it orangey purple color Emmaso did it and has been doing my hair for a few months she does awesome work but whatever the instructor mixed up for us was terrible so I had to come back in today which is Tuesday and have a different person do my hair and the color still isn’t what I wanted!!! it now has more red in it than anything!! All I wanted is to have a very light brown hair color very disappointed ….

I recently had a haircut and color treatment done from a new student named Christy T. She was kind, funny, and worked very hard to make sure the cut and color was exactly what I wanted! It came out gorgeous and the color is still going strong! Ill definitely be going back and asking for her again. I highly recommend Christy if you love dying your hair fashion colors and like edgy haircut styles.

My hair didn’t turn out at all like the picture I showed. I wanted silver and it’s a muddy green color. I was there for 7 and a half hours and took off work to be there. The stylists said they didn’t know what went wrong or how to fix it. I have to come in again next week to try to get it fixed. Really disappointing.

This will be my 3rd experience at Xenon, although the stylist and or techs I’ve had each time are kind and personable , I ask myself every time ‘Are the reception ladies , xenon employees or disgruntled students who are forced to work the front desk?’ If I didn’t care about helping the students get their hours and fine tune their new skills , I’d likely not go back. The front reception can make or break a business, the people at xenon reception should be enthusiastic, kind, and helpful. All ages of folks walk through that door and communication and direction is very lacking. I hope this improves for the sake of the hardworking students.

Prom look by Maddie A. was perfect! She listened to exactly what I wanted for my hair and made my day feel special. Her professional opinions and great communication exceeded any expectations I had going into Xenon for the first time- overall fantastic experience!

They RUINED my hair, I had a lot of bright blonde highlights in my hair I asked for low lights and a toner to bring my white-ish blonde down to a honey blonde. They dyed my entire head extremely dark brown with very few blonde strands left. Im livid. Dont try to save yourself money by going here this is going to be expensive as hell to get fixed.

Danna B has done a handful of services for me. Everything has turned out great! Shes good about asking questions not only to me but also to her Instructors to make sure the end result is positive. My next challenge for her is to get my summer blonde going! Go schedule an appointment, you wont be dissatisfied with the service or the price! I’ve been letting my hair grow out naturally, greys & all, and Ryann S. has been working with me to lighten the length of my hair. So far we are 2 treatments in and I couldn’t be happier! She explains things as she goes and is gentle with my head. I would recommend her & Xenon to all my people.

I had a facial, mani, and pedi with Kara O. I was so relaxed after the facial. She did a great job of quietly explaining what was happening, her manner was very soothing. The spa pedi was great. My feet felt and looked great. For me, manicures are tough. Im very hard on my hands, and she made sure that my nails stayed short but attractively polished. Looking forward to more services with her.

Amazing stylists with professional and kind attitudes. You can’t even tell that they’re learning, they know exactly what to do when you ask, my personal favorite is definitely Emma S.O. Because she is so professional and talented, she’s also very kind and easy to talk to. She has given me multiple brow waxes and haircuts and they’ve all been of amazing quality. Skip your trip to great clips and come here instead. It’s cheaper and you get an actual salon experience with salon professionals.

I have never been comfortable with anyone touching my feet but she worked like a professional not a student. I found her to be very pleasant, calm and detail oriented. I had a great experience with Emma Shields, i had her cut, color my hair and wax eye brows and lips! The hair color was beautiful, i let her know i usually pick up green hues and she added just enough red tone to give a great color with no green! With her instructors assistance she impressed me with the use of different types of texturing cuts to get my hair to do as i wanted! Emma was very particular and took her time to make sure my waxing experience was a positive one! Her confidence was very reassuring, she made me very comfortable and relaxed, highly recommend her!

My hair can be difficult to work with but yet she managed to cut it just the way I like it, even better!! I decided to treat my skin to some love and care. It was my first time at Xenon, and Dani V. in the esthetician program gave me an awesome facial. My skin felt so clean and soft after spending an hour with her. I cant wait to go back and request Dani V!

I went back in December of 2020 to Xenon to have my hair done for the first time ever. Litzy Guzman was my hair stylist and she did such an amazing job! She was very patient and explain the whole process to me. My hair looks amazing and everyone always compliments me on it. I am planning to go back to her and get a touch up. I got an aromatherapy body treatment and a lactic chemical peel from Dinae today. This was my first time getting either service She was very professional and made me feel comfortable by checking in with me throughout. I already see my sun spots looking lighter and feel relaxed from the body treatment. I would definitely recommend her! Book her now while still in school! You won’t be able to afford her once she graduates!

Xenon Academy is the place to go to receive facials, hair cuts, buy very good products for yourself as well as for your family and friends, but it is not all; I go to Xenon for their friendly and professional service, very good management, clean facility, and wonderful customer service. Kayleigh H. is that person I have recently had a pleasure to meet, chat, share some knowledge as did she. She is a modest and friendly person who knows how to listen, give a clean and nice hair cut (since thats all I wanted that day...), be patient and gentle with shampooing and rinsing, had a sense of humor and did not waste time. I am sure there are many other great skills I did not have the opportunity to see, but I would truly recommend not only for the price you will get but for all the features above. My stylist, Sydney B, displayed a professional manner, instructing me on how to use the hair products properly in order to get the best results. She did such a good job that I bought one of the products she used to style my hair. I left the salon very satisfied and will return soon.

I’ve been to Kennadeye A for a cut and a reparative now and she is AMAZING!! I had an absolutely professional experience, and I’ve gotten a bunch of compliments on my new cut! She’s very easy to talk to and is phenomenal at what she does - absolutely salon quality. Kennadeye takes her time to make sure everything is done right, and gives excellent input. I have naturally curly hair that I wear straight pretty often, and she made sure I knew how much my hair would shrink before cutting anything. I also have bleached my hair into oblivion, so she recommended coming back for a reparative during my cut. When i came back, she explained to me exactly what she put into my hair and what the purpose of everything was. It’s clear she really cares about what she does and the health of every clients hair, and I can’t thank her enough for all her help with mine. I’ll be going back to her forever!

Tatiana has been working on my hair for a few weeks now! I wanted to go from all over black and balayage to light. This is a time consuming process and not only did she coach me on how to heal my hair from the bleach we would be applying, she did a great job on the actual placement! I often see a hard line on some balayage styles but you can tell she took great care to think about where and how the color would fall. HIGHLY recommend Tatiana!!

I didnt have to wait on her she was ready to get to work on me very prepared. I presented Xenon with a little bit of a challenge. The length of my hair was a faded brassy green color which isnt an easy hue to get rid of. I think they did a good job for just the one visit so far to correct the color. The staff I met was also very friendly. I would/will definitely recommend Xenon Academy. You will want to plan to stay several hours so come prepared.
